God works in mysterious ways and in His own timing. God customizes blessings to fit our individual needs. Change your mindset and timeline. Thomas was a doubting disciple but God knew his heart. Remove fear and increase your faith. God will never leave or forsake you. Trust God and don’t worry. (John 18) God hears our negative self talk. Watch what you say as life and death are in the power of the tongue. (Proverbs 18:21)

10 Jesus answered her, “If you knew the gift of God and who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you living water.”
11 “Sir,” the woman said, “you have nothing to draw with and the well is deep. Where can you get this living water?
12 Are you greater than our father Jacob, who gave us the well and drank from it himself, as did also his sons and his livestock?”
13 Jesus answered, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again,
14 but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”

God wants us to be reminded of this world is full of hardship, but we can be comforted in knowing that He knows our hearts more than anyone, even ourselves. He hears our cries and wants us to run to Him.

There's so many stories in the bible of Jesus walking with ordinary people like you and I.
In the midst of their struggles, which means He will for us, too! Whatever it may be. He’s there. He’s listening, and He wants to fight for us. All He asks for us to do is rest in Him.

Have you had a prophetic Word come true? What do you do with prophetic Words?
Prophetic word about suitcase for a missionary being lost but was eventually found by the person I prophesied over. I look back on that to remind me and encourage me that God speaks.
Vision and hope are similar
Let's look at what happens when we lose hope or the Vision
It happened in the spring of the year, at the time when kings go out to battle, that David sent Joab and his servants with him, and all Israel; and they destroyed the people of Ammon and besieged Rabbah. Distractions can impact the Vision God has for us.
What should believers do? Our purpose?
Our purpose is to walk by faith and not by sight.

Exodus 3: 5-20
Who was the stuttering man that saved 600,000 men, women and children from slavery? Moses.
- UNIQUENESS: He was born a Hebrew slave. His mom didn’t want him to die so she wrapped him up and sent him down the river. Pharaoh’s daughter found him in the river and took him in. He was raised up as royalty. Years later he saw a Hebrew slave being beaten and something stirred up in him so he killed the guard then he fled into the dessert.
YOUR STORY MAKES YOU WHO YOU ARE. IT DOESN’T MATTER THE UPS AND DOWNS ALL OF IT CAN AND WILL BE USED FOR YOUR PURPOSE.
- YOU WILL EXERIENCE THE STIR: There always comes a point when you feel the stirring. It’s forcing you to make a choice

Moses answered it but the he fled out of fear. For 40 years he hid in the desert. He lived a quiet life, married, as a shepherd.

YOU WILL EXPERIENCE THE CALL: He was minding his business and God spoke to Him from a burning bush. Told him everything he needed he already had in his hands and was already fully qualified for saving the slaves.

Yours may not come to you in the form of a burning bush but there is a call over your life.

QUALIFIED: Let’s talk about what he didn’t have? As a peasant, shepherd, old man, with a speech impediment, lack of training, no money, no team, no connections. He was considered a killer, liar, slave.
- HE TRUSTED GOD: God told him what to do and he did it
- God gave Him everything he needed: Staff
- God told Him everything to say: 10 plagues
- God never left him
- Pharaoh let everyone go!
- Even if I was Moses today and literally freed you right here and pushed you into your purpose, unlocked your destiny. Placed the calling inside of you. Ignited the stirring—only a few of your would say YES.
Moses led 600,000 men, women and children out of slavery without sneaking out in the middle of the night. They were released after hundreds of years in captivity. After a while of walking and hiking they started to get mad a Moses. They started to want to go back.
MANY OF US HAVE FELT THE STIRRING. WE’VE HEARD THE CALL BUT WE WILL NOT MOVE BECAUSE WE RATHER STAY IN OUR OWN COMFORT.
Your burning bush moment will find you. Stay committed to a season of YES. Trust God and walk in faith.

What Is the Joy of the Lord?
When Ezra was reading the law to the people it produced sorrow because their lives and behavior were not in alignment with the law.
Alignment is so important: proper positioning - purpose -
God - Family - Friends - Business/Work, other
What does it mean to be in alignment with God? It is when our hearts are right with God, where our spirits, souls, and bodies work together in peace and harmony. We are three-part beings; spirit, soul, and body. When we are aligned with God, the spirit rules the soul and body.
Jesus loves us and welcomes us as we are!
But instead of being rebuked and condemned, they were instructed to celebrate because of “the joy of the Lord.” Why would the Lord have joy when they were “a bunch of sinners?”
The children of Israel were never known for their perfect behavior. They were known for being the people of God. They were His. He loved them.
His people had been separated from Him in exile for years and were finally reunited to Him. God had His beloved people back — why would He not have joy?
The joy of the Lord gives us strength to reach for God’s provision of love and salvation.
What season are you in – Ecclesiates 3 – there is a time and season
If you’ve been caught in a season of disappointment or struggles, maybe you’ve lost your joy, and as a result, laughter is a rare occurrence.
You’ve likely heard the old adage that laughter is the best medicine. That happens to come from the Bible! Proverbs 17:22 is true—a merry heart really does a spirit, soul and body good like medicine.
There are spiritual, emotional and physical benefits of joy and laughter. Science has proven why the Bible tells us to laugh—it’s good for our health! Laughter reduces stress, fights against depression and sorrow, fosters a positive outlook on life, and puts you in an all-around good mood. Laughter also lowers blood pressure, and impacts the cells in your body, preventing disease and setting you up to live long and strong

***Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body's natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.

There is only 1 thing that provides meaning to life: Having the fear of the lord and he also charges us to enjoy life.

As you celebrate Christmas, how often do you reflect on the birth of Christ? Do you get caught up in all of the Christmas gatherings, finding the perfect gifts, decorating, baking, and all of the Christmas “to-dos”? By the time you look up, Christmas has come and gone - and there was no room made for Christ in your schedule. But rejoice! Every day we wake up, God gives us the opportunity to celebrate Him! Do an advent study, read about the birth of our Savior. Don’t leave Christ out. He’s your reason for this holiday season
Isaiah 9:6 “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
Do you have a mentor? Someone who can be honest with you and tell you when you need to turn your focus back to God. Everyone needs a mature spiritual leader in their life. Your mentor is there to pray for you, give you sound advice, and speak truth that you cannot see for yourself. When looking for a mentor, look for someone who lives by example - the same way your future self wants to live. The word “mentor” may not be directly used in the bible, but the concept of a mentor is evident in the life of Christ with His disciples. Then they became mentors to others whom they taught, and that is the ultimate goal. Psalms 119:68 “You are good, and you do what is good; teach me your statutes.”
Being connected to God probably reminds you of a plant that grows on a vine. As long as the plant is connected to the vine, receiving its nutrients, it can survive. As soon as it is cut off from the vine, it no longer has access to its nutrients. When you’re connected to God, you will receive nutrients. His daily nutrients consist of reading the Word, praying, worshipping, praising God, fellowshipping with other Christians, attending Bible study, and lots more. Set a reminder, to fill your body daily with the right nutrients; and stay connected to the True Vine.
John 15:5 "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”
Outwardly, Christmas may look different this year, but we still get the best gift this Christmas season! God himself became flesh, dwelt among us; all so we could have an eternal relationship with Him! Let us spend time, today, reflecting on the Christmas story and discover the Hope that came from Bethlehem. Yes, Christmas may look a little different this year, but the true meaning of Christmas will never change. Luke 2: 4-7 “So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David. He went there to register with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child. While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger because there was no guest room available for them.”
Sometimes, we can be guilty of having a selfish attitude and acting out of character, because things may not go our way (or at least I can). We act out of our flesh and not the Holy Spirit. Every now and then, that reaction can cause a spiral of emotions to make us think that is just “who we are”. But take heart! We are flawed humans just trying to be 1% better, every day. Today, make it a point to show the character of God whenever things do not go as planned. We have control of very few things in life, and our reaction/attitude to a situation is one of them!
Proverb 25:28 “A person without self-control is like a city with broken-down walls.”
We all have heard the proverb, iron sharpens iron. Meaning, a strong person can only sharpen another strong person. But often, while we’re pouring into another person, our own zeal and energy become low on fuel. It’s not that your faith has weakened, or that you’re not practicing what your preaching, you simply got tired. But the good news is, God promised a sudden turnaround. Because you’ve partnered with God and walk in agreement with Him, He promised a full restoration! Therefore take heart when you are low. Rest in knowing that God is sending someone or something to refresh you.
Proverbs 11:25 “A generous person will prosper, whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.”
Living is different from existing. If you want to live your best life, then you must jump forward. You must take a leap of faith and jump in order to see what’s on the other side. Your best life will always be on the other side of the fear wall. Believe in yourself and believe in the vision that God showed you. Trust that God already placed the right people and provisions for you. You can live a life of abundance, don’t let the devil and small-minded people steal your joy. Simple say, Yes, and Amen.
2 Corinthians 9:8 “And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work”
Walk daily in the light
Your decisions mirror your heart. Does your heart resemble God’s heart? Every decision or choice we make says a lot about us. Our attitudes, how we treat others and ourselves, reveals our heart. There are times our choices have led to disappointment or great pain. The great news is that we serve a loving, forgiving, patient God. He knew all of our shortcomings and still calls us his beloved. Allow that truth to be your motivation to walk in light. Strive to make decisions that reflect that you are a child of the most high. Make a commitment in your heart to seek Gods wisdom in all you do.
Proverbs 27:19
Just as water mirrors your face, so your face mirrors your heart
Healthy friendships
God wants us to have the right kind of relationships. The right relationships consist of people that pour into each other’s lives giving & receiving fuel for our tanks. The best friendship example is in 1 Samuel, with the bond between Jonathan and David. They had such a deep friendship and brotherly love. God desires that for us. People who encourage others, easily forgive wrongs. People who are following God’s will for their lives. These are healthy relationships. People that will help you get to the next level in your relationship with God, which leads to a full and abundant life.
Proverbs 17: 17
A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a time of adversity
Learn to love the process
The process of going through difficulty polishes your unique and marvelous qualities. Process, makes you wiser. Process, unlocks us and requires us to teach a new level. Process, changes you and helps to order your priorities. Process, reveals supernatural reality. Be thankful for the process, it brings growth. Ask God for clarity and perspective for what he desires you to learn, during this time. And don’t forget to praise God before, during and after the process!
1 Peter 4:12-13
Friends, when life gets really difficult, don’t jump to the conclusion that God isn’t on the job. Instead, be glad that you are in the very thick of what Christ experienced. This is a spiritual refining process, with glory just around the corner.
Love Is a Choice
We’ve bought into this myth that love is something that just happens to us, or that it’s uncontrollable. 1 Corinthians 13 says, Love is a choice! We first choose to love God, then ourselves and then others. This is something we must put into practice, so our actions can back our words.
Here is a challenge: think of 3 people today who could use a gesture of Gods love and think of creative ways to show them that love!

Don’t Give Up
There probably are days when you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders, and you want to throw in the towel and just give up. These are the times when you should draw closer to God. We have the hope of eternal life with Jesus to combat the stress of this world. There is joy and purpose in our hope. Hope guides us to an abundant life. So don’t give up. God is always in control and He is guiding you every step of the way.
1 Corinthians 15:58 “Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.”
Give Thanks!
As you enter this Thanksgiving season, certainly it’s like no other. In spite of all you’ve experienced this year, there’s still a reason to give thanks. As with most of the world, there has been great loss relationally, financially, emotionally, and spiritually but we still have reason to be grateful and thankful. It may be easier for some than others, but through it all, God is with you. He loves and cares for you. As you go through the day, think of good times, do something that brings joy to you. Encourage someone. Whisper a word of thanks to the One who has brought you to this day. Be thankful.
Colossians 3:17 “And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, [do] all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.”
Depend on God
Do you try doing things without God? Of course, you do! You’re human. But how far do you get without Him? Not very far. Remember even to perform some of the simplest daily tasks, you need God. It’s okay to be independent, but regardless of how independent you are, don’t ever think you don’t need God. Start each day asking God to show you what he wants you to accomplish. He will order your steps. Depend on God for all things.
Psalm 62: 5-7 “I depend on God alone; I put my hope in him. He alone protects and saves me; he is my defender, and I shall never be defeated. 7 My salvation and honor depend on God; he is my strong protector; he is my shelter.”
People Who Don’t Like You
Let’s face it. We will have people in our lives that simply don’t like us. It can be for any reason they so choose. We work hard to get the person to like us because we naturally long to be loved and find acceptance. But no matter how hard we try, they still reject us. So we mold and reshape ourselves into who we think we should be, instead of who God already created us to be. The enemy is busy and will try to do things to make you second guess all that God has planned for you. Don’t fall for the distraction! Talk to God and He will speak truth over you.
Luke 6:27 “But I say to you who hear, love your enemies, do good to those who hate you,”
Is It Okay To Complain?
We have so much in our lives to be grateful for, but oftentimes we can catch ourselves complaining about the little things. Is it okay to complain? Yes! - but tell it to the presence of God, not your Facebook group. The presence of God isn’t a place to bypass your emotions, it's a place to process them. The only way into the presence of God, is to go to Him from where we truly are! God is the only safe place, where we can pour out our complaints. And if you don’t learn how to do that in his presence, they will spill over somewhere else.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
Be Free in Him
True freedom is to live life with purpose and to be a blessing to others in your daily walk. God has given us all gifts to share with the world, so share them often. Take time to know and develop who you are in Christ. Be free and own your truth. Experience the magnitude of ultimate freedom.
John 8:36, "So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed."
Give with a Good Heart
Giving to others is the key to your increase. God wants to shower down blessings on you. If you give with a good heart and with good intentions, God will bless you with so much more.
Luke 6:38, "Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you."
Forgiveness- An Attribute of the Strong
Some of us struggle with forgiveness in our lives because we are unable to let go. What are you still holding onto? The moment it happened God immediately forgave you. If He's forgiven you, it's time for forgive yourself. Let go.
Matthew 8:21-22, "Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, "Lord how many times shall I forgive my brother who sins against me? Up to seven times? Jesus answered, "I tell you not just seven tines but seventy seven times.
The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong. -Mahatma Gandhi
Change Starts with Love
Make it your mission to show others what love feels like every where you go. In all that you do– give love. It's the best way to show Christ. So give love freely. How can you give love to a stranger? Co-worker? Neighbor or friend? Let your Holy Spirit to guide you. Change starts with love. Give love and be part of the change.
Matthew 22:37-40, "Jesus replied, “‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ The entire law and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments.”
“If you want to bring happiness to the whole world, go home and love your family.” - Mother Teresa
Meditate on Gratefulness
Take a few moments to meditate on how great God is. Hasn't He been good to you? Today, stop down every couple hours to reflect on gratefulness. God is constantly at work on your behalf. Take the time to notice His goodness.
2 Corinthians 9:11 says, "Yes, you will be enriched in every way so that you can always be generous. And when we take your gifts to those who need them, they will thank God."
If every moment is sacred, and If you are amazed and in awe most of the time when you find yourself breathing and not crazy, then you are in a state of constant thankfulness, worship and humility. -Bernice Johnson Reagon
Don’t Do It Alone
We may think we’re superheroes and we can do it all on our own. God made us so we would have helpers. Family, friends, spouses, co-workers are here to help. Ecclesiastes 4:9 “Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed.” Just remember, we never have to live life alone. Not only do we have people here on earth to help, but we can always call on our Heavenly Father for help. He knows what we need before we ever ask. So just ask Him. Just Do It!
Psalm 18:6 “In my distress I called to the LORD; I cried to my God for help. From his temple he heard my voice; my cry came before him, into his ears.”
Giving
Each day can present an opportunity to give to others. But giving season is upon us, and at certain times of the year, we seem to be more in the giving spirit. Do you give from the heart or a sense of duty? Are you a cheerful giver or are you reluctant in giving? God has been good to you. Don’t have a tight fist and hold on to your blessings. Share with others that are less fortunate. Share with someone you know won’t be able to repay you. Be a blessing to others. Be a cheerful giver.
2 Corinthians 9: 6-7 “Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”
In His Presence
God wants to spend time with you! When you spend time with Him, do not come with a shopping list of things you want. Start with being silent and still before God. Then give Him praise and adoration. Next allow Him to open your heart, eyes, ears, and mind. You can experience being in His presence through prayer and reading scripture. So spend time with God, and watch as things begin to change in your life.
1 John 4:12 “No one has seen God at any time; if we love one another, God abides in us, and His love is perfected in us.”
When You Look Back
When was the last time you looked back over your life and did inventory on the goodness of God? Do you ever look back and think, “how was I able to get through that situation?”. Well, it was not without God! God has brought you through so many times and opened doors you would never walk through on your own accord. Take time today to write down at least 5 things God has done for you this morning and acknowledge the goodness He does throughout the day. When you look back over your day, it’s easier to give Him praise and see how the Holy Spirit moved through you.
Psalm 126:3 “The LORD has done great things for us, and we are glad.”
His Love
Growing up, you probably had that one parental figure who was with you through it all. From days where you received praise for nailing a test; to being disciplined for climbing over the church pews! In the end, their love has never changed towards you. If your earthly family loves you unconditionally, why would God love you any less? God’s love is unconditional. This means He loves you when you’re thriving AND when you’re broken. Spend time today to thank Him for always being with you through the good, the bad, and the ugly. Matthew 6:33 “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
It's Seasonal
Every season has its start and end date. So, if you’re having a bad time right now, rejoice! Because it cannot last! Most importantly, do not make a permanent decision in a temporary problem; rather, accept what you cannot change and allow God to process you by standing in faith.
Ecclesiastes 3:1 “There is a time for everything and a season for every activity under the heavens”
Partnering with God
Having a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ is the most important thing in life. Partnering with God places a coat of blessings that come in the form of mercy and grace. Through these particular blessings, we can live freely by the guidance of the Holy Spirit and without condemnation. His grace freely gives, even though we may not deserve; and His mercy is a shield for the things that we do deserve. Remember, God covers the ones who love Him, and never will He count their sins against them. All and all, nothing will ever be enough until Jesus is enough.
Psalms 103.10-10 “He does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities. For as high as the heaven are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him”
Sustained
There are days were the flames seem to surpass the neck and the pressure is like that of the crushing earth. King David, the appointed king of Israel had many days like this. From, being on the run from a King that he was loyal to, to his very own son trying to dethrone him. David experienced many afflictions during these times. Though his heart was in anguish and he did not fully understand what was going on; he never turned from the Lord; rather, he leaned into the Lord. Through it all, God sustained David and kept him safe throughout the calamity. In the same way! You who call out to the Lord, will he hear and sustain you through it all, because he is the God of promise.
Psalms 89:21-23 “My hand will sustain him; surely my arm will strengthen him. The enemy will not get the better of him; the wicked will not oppress him. I will crush his foes before him and strike down his adversaries”
All the Way Faithful
It doesn't matter how bad you think you are or how bad you think you dropped the ball; God’s love, grace, and mercy covers you through and through! God made a promise never to leave you or abandon you despite the bad choices you’ve made. Yes, you will pay for your sin in some form, however, neither angels, nor demons, nor powers, nor present or future things can separate you from the love of God, that was revealed in Christ Jesus. So rejoice, because God is all the faithful and you are all the way forgiven. A promise kept for His namesake.
Psalms 89:32-33 “I will punish their sin with the rod, their iniquity with flogging, but I will not take my LOVE from him, nor will I ever betray my faithfulness
Is there something that the Lord gave you or placed in your heart? A dream or vision that you can’t get out of your head? A special vision, that no one else may understand or even agree with, but the Lord showed it to you. That is likely your gift and its brewing on the inside of you. Ask the Lord for guidance and take a leap of faith! Your parachute may not open right away, but the Lord rejoices when He sees the work begin, and He who starts the work in you will finish it. Trust in God and take that leap of faith! You may never know what could have been your if you don't jump.
Zechariah 4:10 “Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin, to see the plumb line in Zerubbabel’s hand.”
Be Grateful Exactly Where You Are
To be grateful is to be in a state of peace and joy. Be grateful in every situation you're in, whether it's in lack or in abundance. Many times we find ourselves hoping and dreaming of being in a better situation. Today, challenge yourself to make the choice to be happy. Simply be grateful exactly where you are.
Philippians 4:13, " I can do all things because Christ gives me the strength."
It's Winning Season
Many of us are stuck on the defense. Always on guard, and constantly in protective mode. We're fearful of what we may lose, so we never try to win. There are seasons when we must defensively be covered by the armor of God, however we are not allowed to stay in defensive mode forever.
There's an offensive side to life that must be played. It's time for you to run the ball with confidence knowing the battle is already won. Keep expectancy in your heart. Let's win this!
Deuteronomy 20:4, "For the LORD your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory.”
You are Perfection
God made you perfect just the way you are. He has purpose for your life. Be open, free, silly, serious, weird, and smart; be "Uniquely" YOU! There's purpose in you. Make no apologies about it.
Jeremiah 1:4-5, "Now the Word of the Lord came to me saying, 5 “Before I started to put you together in your mother, I knew you. Before you were born, I set you apart as holy. I chose you to speak to the nations for Me.”
Give Grace
Ask God to guard your tongue so you can speak blessings not curses. When someone hurts you, ask God to intervene. Many times our flesh is so weak that we want to react based on our feelings. It is your job to show God's grace in everything you do. Swallow your pride and give it to God. You will be surprised how God shows up. He may even change the entire situation for your good.
Proverbs 12:25, "Worry weighs a person down; an encouraging word cheers a person up.
Let Your Light Shine
You may think being afraid of the dark is just for kids, but many of us are still scared of "darkness." Be encouraged today, its in those dark moments when your light shines the brightest. Don't let fear of the unknown shake your foundation. This is when you need to lean on God the most.
Psalm 18:2, "The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold."
Kindness is a Fruit of the Spirit (Gal. 5 22-23). In the Old Testament (I and II Samuel), Jonathan showed kindness in his relationship with David (Yes, the one that killed Goliath and ruled Iseral as a King for over 40 years). Jonathan and David were best friends. One day, Jonathan spoke to his father, King Saul, in regard to David’s life. Why you may ask? Well, King Saul was jealous of David, so he wanted him dead! However, kind-hearted Jonathan reminded Saul of how reliable David had been to him. And because of Jonathan’s kindness, David’s life was spared. Later on, David remembered the kindness shown to him by Jonathan and in turn, showed kindness to Jonathan’s son. Sometimes, it may be hard to show kindness. Nevertheless, you’re to be kind to everyone, even when you don’t feel like it. I challenge you to do a good deed for someone, today!
Ephesians 4:32 “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”
Fear is something everyone experiences throughout life. Whether that be fear of the virus, not being lovable, not having enough money, failure in our jobs, being average. The list can go on and on! Take the Bible for example. Even in biblical days, fear was an issue. Moses lived with fear. He feared Pharaoh would not let the people go. Elijah feared Jezebel and feared for his life. Moses and Elijah overcame their fear with Faith. Faith is confidence and trust in our Father, even if its the size of a mustard seed! The way to grow our faith is to know God; and to know God, is to read His Word. So repeat this with me: Know the word, Obey it, Pray it, and Live it. What a great recipe in overcoming fear with faith.
Joshua 1:9 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."
Do you praise God when you’re unemployed and the bills are due next week? How about when the doctor comes in with disappointing news or when your child has gone astray? Have you sung the praises of God as the bank is about to foreclose on your home? Can you praise God when all hope is gone? God never said life would always be easy. Oh, no it’s quite the opposite! He says we will experience tests in our lives. This year alone, I’m sure most of us (if not all) have gone through tests. You may not be able to see the end of the tunnel, just yet. But worship and praise God in advance, even when it’s tough! Even when all hope is gone, there’s still hope in God! Praise him for ALL things! God’s Word is the best medicine to withstand the test of time.
James 1: 3-4 “because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”
Who are you obeying - Man or God? Ask yourself this, “Is the way of the world more inviting than the direction God is leading me?”. Your steps should be ordered by God. The Holy Spirit can speak a word that may be in opposition to what man or YOU may want! But God doesn’t have to explain His “why’s” to us because His ways, thoughts, and plans are higher and greater than we could possibly understand. Nevertheless, God uses every situation for His glory and for the ultimate good. Be obedient and faithful as God leads you, today.
Acts 5: 27-29 “The apostles were brought in and made to appear before the Sanhedrin to be questioned by the high priest. "We gave you strict orders not to teach in this name," he said. "Yet you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching and are determined to make us guilty of this man's blood." Peter and the other apostles replied: "We must obey God rather than human beings!”
How often do you ask God his plans for you? Do you ask God daily or every now and then? Do you want to be a blogger, but don’t know what to blog about? Is that what God wants you to do? What about the passion you have to write that book? Have you asked God if this is His will? You can save yourself time and not be disappointed if you seek God for direction. Through God’s word and prayer, He will speak and direct you down the path He’s chosen for you. Now ask yourself, are you willing to Be still and wait for God’s leading?
Psalm 32:8 “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.”
God Loves You
Isn't it amazing to know there's nothing you can do to make God love you any more or any less? God's favor simply gives us unconditional love whether we deserve it or not. God always welcomes you with open arms even after you've made a wrong turn. God loves you and there's nothing you can do about it.
1 John 3:1, "See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him."

Doesn't it feel good to receive encouragement from others? Like, "great job, and keep up the good work." Instead of receiving the kind words, be the giver of them.
Today, shower encouragement to those around you. It can be a simple text, a 'thank you' email, or even a gift. If, and when you don't receive encouragement in your walk, learn to encourage yourself by finding your strength in the Lord.
1 Samuel 30:6, "David was greatly distressed because the men were talking of stoning him; each one was bitter in spirit because of his sons and daughters. But David found strength in the Lord his God."
Be anchored in your faith so when a storm comes your way there's no need to run around frantically. There's no worrying, fear or doubt. You can literally sleep during the storm, in peace, knowing that the victory is already won. The Bible declares storms will come. But God will fight all your battles. You can sleep during the storm.
Galatians 6:7, "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap."

Learn to not only speak "I Am's" over your life but believe them There's power in what you speak into and over your life. Look at yourself the way God sees you. You were created in God's own image which means God is in you. Say: "I am more than a conquerer, I am blessed in my coming and my going. I am above and not beneath. I am chosen. I am His. I am loved."
Exodus 3:14, "God said to Moses, "I AM WHO I AM. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: 'I AM has sent me to you.'"
Be careful what you put into your spirit first thing in the morning. Build a routine giving your first thoughts to Jesus. Wake up with your heart set on God. Spend quiet time with God, pray, worship, journal, meditate on the word, etc. The morning time is a fresh renewing for your soul to fill up. The entire day consists of you pouring out. Get filled up with Jesus every morning!
Romans 12:2, "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."
When times are bad, when circumstances are crumbling, where is your faith? When anger sets in, when all hope is gone, can you still say, "God I love you"? A real testament of faith is when you can offer up a praise to God even in the storm. No matter how hard it gets be encouraged to know that God honors a sacrificial praise.
Hebrews 13:15, "Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that openly profess his name."
Write your vision and make it plain. God will give you a tiny glimpse of your destiny. Speak it and more importantly, write it down. This places accountability toward your dream and puts it into motion. Write your dreams down and place it where you can see them daily. Pray over them. Spend time in prayer. These are the promises of God. We are the hands and feet.
Habakkuk 2:2, "And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
Love is not just a four letter word you say. It's not just a feeling. Love is action. Show love today to everyone around. Show love in a smile. Show love by doing something for someone else even if you don't want to do it. Give love because you know it makes them happy. The love of Christ lives inside of you. Let others feel God's love, too.
1 Peter 4:8, "Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins."
Sometimes you put everyone else first and leave yourself last. Your loved ones want the best version of you! Don't lose yourself serving everyone else. Take some 'much-needed' time out for yourself. Spend quiet time with the Lord. It's okay to say, "no" sometimes and invest in yourself.
2 Timothy 3:16, "All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness."
When temptations arise, with God's help, you can control yourself. God always provides a way out no matter how difficult the temptation may be, all you have to do is say, "No." Remember you cannot control others actions but you have complete control over your own actions, at all times. Say no to low hanging fruit.
1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it."

You have to speak a word over yourself. It's not important what others say about you, but it is important to know who God says you are and to speak these words over your life. Say your daily affirmations: I am His, I am enough, I am loved, I am smart, I am rich in love, i am beautiful, I am confidant etc. Say it and believe it. If you will not speak live over yourself, who will?
Romans 8:37, "No, in all these things we are more than conquereors through Him who loved us."
You are a walking, talking, breathing MIRACLE!
How do you pray for a miracle? First, pray persistently. Don't give up. Pray until something happens. Secondly, Pray precisely. Be descriptive and detailed about what you are praying for, don't be scared. Lastly, pray with patience. Some of us have been praying for things for years. God is simply saying right now isn't the time. Pray. Believe. Be patient. Your miracle is coming.

Pay close attention to the power in your words. Remember to give encouragement at all times. Encourage those around you even when it's not perfect. Give the support and motivation so show that you believe in them. This will help your kids, family, friends and loved ones to keep trying and not give up. If you shoot them down and tell them how horrible it is they may never try again. Focus on their effort and give encouragement. This will push them to greatness!

You will face mountains in your life. When you do, here are 3 key strategies to help. First, ask yourself, "what just happened here?" This means analyze the situation and give yourself a clear explanation of facts. God is trying to take your through something. He's wants to teach you and bring you closer to Him through this lesson. Secondly, take a moment to decide what to focus on. This is key. Many times we waste time focussing on things that are not important or we simply focus on only the bad parts. Change your perspective. Third, choose what you are going to do next. Do not react out of emotions. Make the hard choice by asking, "What would Jesus do?". God commands us to cast our cares on Him. No need to go through anything alone.

When you find yourself blindsided by life's uphill battles, simply ask yourself, "What would Jesus Do?"
Here are 3 easy ways to handle life's obstacles. First, know that difficult seasons are learning lessons of growth in the kingdom. Secondly, your perspective matters. With any situation you can look at it negatively or positively which inevitably will add or reduce stress in your life. Lastly, decide what to do with the situation. Christ died for us and shed His blood to wash away all our sin. How can Jesus forgive us but we not forgive ourselves? To allow for true forgiveness of others you must first look within. Ask God to guard your tongue so you can speak blessings not curses. When someone hurts you ask God to intervene. Many times our flesh is so weak that we want to react based on our feelings. It is your job to show God's grace in everything that you do. Swallow your pride and give it to God. You will be surprised how God shows up. He may even change the entire situation around.

As you conquer new territory in your faith walk, keep your mind focussed on the "Why." It's easy to get rerouted or to lose focus. When you find yourself getting angry at someone, remind yourself that this is a spiritual battle. It's not the person you're at war with, there's a war of good and evil. Encourage yourself to stay calm and filled with peace. The devil can't win this battle- not today.

You will still face challenges, mountains and uphill battles. You will still have bad days. True spiritual maturity is determined in how you face these setbacks. The biggest battle you fight daily is with yourself. Do not be 'so' hard on yourself. Most importantly, make sure you're quick to forgive. Learn to love yourself with flaws and all, and be your own best friend. Walk in your authenticity and own it.

There is nothing you can do to make God love you any more or any less. Tell yourself today, "I AM ENOUGH." Know that you are enough in Christ. God created you for a beautiful reason and a specific purpose that only you can walk out.

Get past the pain. Get past the hurt. Don't carry the issues from your past into the future. God is taking you somewhere big. Hold onto that and let go of what already happened. Leave your past behind you.

You may want something so badly but instead of trying to take control, give it all to God. Maybe you're in prayer for a new job, car, spouse or child. Surrender to Him. God is an on time God. It may not arrive exactly when you want it too, but God will be on perfect time.

Love your enemies.
Life is too short to hold onto past hurt and pain. God simply calls us all to love one another. So, unfortunately that means you have to love the people who wrong you. You need to let go and let God. God will fight on your behalf. Let it go today.

God cannot fix a broken life if He doesn't have all the pieces!
Stop trying to hold onto certain areas of your life. Either you want to walk in a full surrender and truly trust God or you want to fix it yourself. Be honest, look how far it got you. Surrender your whole entire life to God. Don't hide anything from God.

As you pray and ask God to have His way in different areas of your life, many times He's speaking to you but you just can't hear Him. Get to that quiet place where it's just you and God. He speaks to us the loudest when we get quiet. Remember, God speaks to us through others, His Holy Spirit and His word. Bask in the stillness of the Holy Spirit today.

Surrender every part of your life to God. Yes, that means also surrendering any thought that has to do with money as well. At times you may look at your bank account and question if you can make it by. Trust God that He has it all figured out. Surrender all your thoughts on money to God.

Loving God is not forced. Don't do anything because you feel you have to. Do it because you "Get to." Loving God is simply an eagerness to be with Him.

God already has an established moment of favor in your life. You don't have to figure it out. God has already worked it out. He has a marvelous plan in your life. All you have to do is trust in Him and walk it out. God is working behind the scenes on your behalf. The impossible is very possible with God.

To be content is to be in a state of happiness and satisfaction. Be content in every situation that we're in, whether you're in lack or in abundance. Many times we find ourselves wishing we had more when we should simply be content in the state we're in. Find satisfaction in your today's.

So many pressures surround us all to be perfect, but this is not possible. Many times when we make mistakes then feel guilty and carry this burden for days, weeks, months, and even years when our Father in Heaven forgave us instantly. We stay in condemnation thinking we are less than who we really are, feeling like we don't deserve blessings. This is where the enemy wants you.
Today, just simply try to be better. Don't try to be perfect. Try to be better than you were yesterday. It's that simple. No real pressure of perfections just baby steps of better choices.

We reach a milestone in our life and then it's immediately on to the next one. We are constantly climbing, always trying to get to the next place.
For today, can you simply look behind you and take notice to how far you've come. You've covered a lot of ground, already. Be grateful for where you are right now! Bask in it.

Do NOT compare your life to theirs. Stop trying to see what others have and why. Never let yourself believe that anyone else's life is better than yours.

Gratitude.
Be thankful for everything God has given you. Change your perspective from the negative to the positive. Instead of being angry for the things you do not have, the promotion you have not received, the kids you haven't had yet, the relationship you're not in etc. What can you be thankful for right now? Wake up in gratitude. Walk in gratitude. Taking the time to notice all the many blessings God showers upon daily. This will bring you insurmountable joy. A joy that only God can give you. A joy that cannot sway. A joy that is constant.
Romans 15:13, "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit."
Daily Devotion:
You have been walking around for years lugging past hurt and pain. Why? The weight of these circumstances disrupt your tomorrows. Come to terms with your mountains. You must forgive and release the darkness so you can be free. In a recent Bible Study, we walked through (3) steps to removing mountains in your life. Listen to the podcast to get details.
Step 1: What are the mountains in your life past & present? Write it down and be descriptive.
Step 2: How do these mountains make you feel? How have they hurt you? Write down every word that comes to your heart.
Step 3: What are the blessings that have come out of these mountains? What is the learning lesson?
Mark 11:23, "For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says."
Daily Devotion:
Many of us are standing in our own way. Some "blessing prohibitors" that we all fight are fear, rejection, comparison, self, and/or success, just to name a few. Keep your access to faith free & clear of the enemy. Do not let negativity and darkness block you from receiving your blessings.
Ephesians 6:11, "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil."
Daily Devotion:
Lift your hands up and wave your problems goodbye. Many of us hold onto things that we should've let go of a long time ago.
Are you still holding onto a relationship? Why will you not walk away from that job? You're still carrying around past hurt? You're holding onto worry, fear & rejection? Let it go.
There was an expiration on that circumstance, but you've decided to hold onto it way past it's deadline. Wave it goodbye!
Proverbs 4:25, "Let your eyes look straight in front of you, and keep looking at what is in front of you."
Daily Devotion:
Today is the yesterday you worried about tomorrow! Stop stressing about the days that lay ahead or worrying about the past you left behind. Be in the present! Enjoy your now. Tomorrow will be here before you know it and you will have plenty of time to deal with the stresses and/or the blessings it brings.
Matthew 6:31-34, "Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. The best way to stand up and fight is by kneeling. Instead of looking for your boxing gloves to fight, buy some kneeling pads so you can pray for them instead. Give your frustrations and anger to God. We have to stop trying to handle everything ourself. Give it all to God.
Isaiah 40:29, " He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak."
Daily Devotion:
Have you ever noticed that God has given us two eyes, however we have never actually seen ourselves? We have merely seen a reflection of ourselves, only. Many believe God has given us not one, but two eyes so we can spend time giving, serving, and doing for others. Jesus was the greatest example. Today don't allow your love to be self seeking. Focus your sight onto others.
John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son. Whoever puts his trust in God’s Son will not be lost but will have life that lasts forever."

Understand your blessings may sometimes come disguised, but it's still YOUR blessing. Today, let this be a reminder to be grateful for your blessings no matter how it's packaged. You may not understand it now, but God is in control and He has a plan for your life.

Sometimes we get stuck on where we're going that we forget how far we've come. Do not be discouraged by the gap that separates you from the finish line. However, be encouraged and filled with peace that you have endured and are one step closer then where you were yesterday. The race is not giving to the swift nor to the strong, but to the one that endures to the end.
Philippians 3:13-16, "Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. Just like gift cards, over time, if you don't use them they will lose it's value. If you wait too long, money will begin to subtract from the original gift amount. Keep this in mind when it comes to the gift God has placed within you. If you do not use your spiritual gifts for the purpose God intended them for, you will lose it.
1 Corinthians 12: 4- 11, "There are different kinds of gifts. But it is the same Holy Spirit Who gives them. 5 There are different kinds of work to be done for Him. But the work is for the same Lord. 6 There are different ways of doing His work. But it is the same God who uses all these ways in all people. 7 The Holy Spirit works in each person in one way or another for the good of all. 8 One person is given the gift of teaching words of wisdom. When you get home this evening, reflect on your gratefulness from the entire day. Many times we move so fast throughout the day that we miss all the many blessings God has showered us with. Take the time, at the end of the day to say, "Thank You."
It's natural to begin the day with gratefulness. However it's a completely different feeling when you sandwich the day in the evening with gratefulness. Tonight, shower your prayers with gratefulness.

Nike's slogan is, "Just Do It." God's slogan is slightly different. He knows we will face storms and there will be times when it feels like we can't, "Just do it." God sympathizes with us in saying, "I know you can't "Just do it", but I can." God can do all things. He makes the impossible, very possible every day. God created the universe and everything in it. God can do it. God can change around your circumstances. God can turn your pain into your purpose. God will make a way. He can do it.

Many times when you think of the word Tithe you think of 10% of your financial earnings. While we always want to show God our faithfulness by giving back to Him financial. Today, give your best self to those that matter. From the book, "Present Over Perfect" by Shauna Niequist, she recommends that we re-examine our top priorities in this simple exercise.
First, imagine you have an inner circle filled with family & your closets friends. Then, in your outer layer, fill this with acquaintances and coworkers. Many times, we put our best foot forward at our jobs and out in the community. Studies have shown we check our emails 11 times an hour. We say, "Yes" to every request. We smile. We are kind. We attend and support everyone around us. When we return home, to the ones who matter the MOST to us, we are exhausted. Many times we are giving scraps to the ones who matter the most to us. Let's switch our circles and bring our best selves to those who matter the most to us.

Have you ever considered what might happen if God actually blesses you with it? Some of us are scared to ask, not because the answer may be "no," but because the answer might actually be, "yes." When God blesses you, make sure you fill up your cup and be a giver of your overflow.

Just like receiving a gift on your birthday, the first thing you do is unwrap the gift to first see what it is, and secondly, you immediately try to use it. We all have a gift inside of us. It's no good to you or anyone else if you don't unwrap your gift. More importantly, make sure that you use your gift. Many times, we are so busy worrying about what we do not have, rather than focussing our time and efforts on what God has graced us with already. Walk in your gift!

The deeper your roots travel into the dirt, the less you are affected by the storms of life. If you have shallow roots you can easily be swayed by the winds, and rain. In order to grow deeper roots, you must first answer, "what am I rooted in?" The Bible teaches us to be rooted and grounded in God's word. This is how you will gain strength for life and grow in your faith.

Consider a tree for a moment. As beautiful as trees are to look at, we don't see what goes on underground - as they grow roots. Trees must develop deep roots in order to grow strong and produce their beauty. But we don't see the roots. We just see and enjoy the beauty. Face it, some of us just plan to fail without ever giving life a real try. There's a builder in the Netherlands constructing a house called, the prenuptial house. This house will separate and literally drift apart down the stream once the family decides to get a divorce.

Many of us expect a 'pat on the back' after a good deed. But, what if the "Thank you" & "Good job" never comes? This tiny trick of the devil can steer us away from our destiny if we constantly expect to be rewarded every time. We will begin to allow for negative thoughts to fester like, "maybe they didn't like it or maybe I did a bad job?"
It's important to stay focussed on the mission and remind yourself of the "why". Why did you decide to do the good deed in the first place. That's all that matters anyways. Never forget, God is your ultimate rewarder.

We received this prayer request: A woman is going through a divorce and recently ran into her soon-to-be ex husband with his new girlfriend who is pregnant with his baby. It's important to work out on a regular basis. We all need to stay healthy and fit. Reading is important, too. Stay up on new findings, stretch your mind, and challenge yourself. Make learning part of your daily life. But, we need balance in all areas. Add spiritual growth to that list. Then, move it all the way to the top! You must increase spiritual growth, as well. This means spend quiet time with God. Speak to God constantly, stay in His word, apply what you learn, and walk in love.

Do you wake up and immediately spend time with God, or do you jump on social media and skim through emails? Prayer is the best way to talk with God. Practice building a relationship with God by staying in constant communication with Him. 1 Thessalonians 5:16 reads, "Always be joyful. Never stop praying. 18 Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus."

The best way to witness to others is through your actions! Do you show up to work on time? Or are you early for that matter? Do you do your job with excellence? Do you speak life and love over others, or do you find yourself gossiping?
As others watch your every move, show them that Christ lives within you. Show love and give grace to all. This is the absolute best way to witness to someone who does not know God. John 13:35, "Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples."

There is purpose inside of you! If you are unsure of your purpose, it's quite alright. Simply, think about what excites you the most. What are your passions? What do you love? What is your heart's desire? Your purpose will be found in these answers.
Also, remember that following your purpose does not necessarily mean quitting your job. You can walk in your purpose in your current season. For example, if your purpose is to help others. How are you helping people at your job now?
God created YOU for a reason. Be open to the spirit in deciphering what that calling is. There is purpose inside of you. Walk in it!
I truly believe that everything that we do and everyone that we meet is put in our path for a purpose. There are no accidents; we're all teachers - if we're willing to pay attention to the lessons we learn, trust our positive instincts and not be afraid to take risks or wait for some miracle to

Your mind is like a house. You need to protect it 24/7. Bolt lock the doors and set the alarm because the devil is lurking outside looking for a way to get in. His evil plan is to whisper thoughts of doubt, worry, insecurity and fear into your mind. If he slides in through a cracked window or an open door, over time you may find yourself depressed and hopeless.
Today, protect your house. Guard your mind with the word of God. Guard your heart by staying in prayer and constant devotion. Keep the devil and his evil schemes out of your mind. They don't belong here!

PREPARATION + OPPORTUNITY = PURPOSE

PREPARATION:
- LIFE APPLICATION: Today you will implement a year long personal growth plan.
- Take a look at your calendar for the next 12 months, and rework your calendar so you have an appointment with yourself for personal growth every day, five days a week, fifty weeks a year. You might be thinking, What, I don’t have time for that!? That’s probably true. Do it anyway. If you want to succeed, you need to do whatever it takes.
- Get creative with your hour: get up an hour early, stay up an hour later, give up your lunch hour, put in extra times on the weekends, drive time university, working out and getting ready with a podcast, audible, etc.
OPPORTUNITY:
- “When it was time; when the turn came” It’s your time, and it’s your turn.When it is your time, and when it is your turn, you will already be prepared for the opportunity.
- LIFE APPLICATION: Spend two hours in reflection for every hour of interaction.
- For every one hour of interaction with someone (opportunity), spend two hours of preparation.
- Who are you listening to? Who is your mentor? Who has God assigned to help you fulfill your purpose
PURPOSE:
- Ladies, when you have been intentionally preparing, and opportunity comes your way, you will know it is your purpose when it is bigger than you...when you feel as if you are not the one for the job, when you feel as if you’re not qualified, but trust that you have been prepared for purpose!
- You will never fulfill your destiny doing work you despise.
- There is a direct connection between finding your passion and reaching your purpose.
- Passion gives you energy. Passion gives you the E&E factor: energy and excellence. Passion requires you to listen to your heart, and I believe in my sanctified imagination that Esther’s passion was for her people, and she resolved in my heart that if it costs me my life, I will fulfill what God has called me to do.
- We all know how the story ends, but what I love is the true ending in chapter nine, when Mordecai wrote a letter asking to inaugurate the tradition of the festival of purim where God turned what was evil for their good. Esther wrote a letter backing Mordecai’s and as a result these festival days were kept from generation to generation and celebrated by every family...I say all of that to say YOUR PURPOSE IS NOT JUST FOR YOU!!! It is to leave a lasting legacy!!!

- Attraction - if you want to be around growing people, become a growing person. If you’re committed, you attract others who are committed.

Today Dr. Figgers examined the heart of who David was in the bible. He wasn't the strongest of his 7 brothers and he wasn't the best looking but He was chosen and anointed by Jesus. This is the same thing for you- You may not be the best but you have been chosen by God.

Sometimes we say to God, "I know what you said Lord, but I thought..... " Often times we know what God is saying to us but we have to let our faith in God propel us forward. Not fear.
If you allow God to lead you what will happen? Stepping out in faith-- things and people will come out of no where to help you bring your calling to fruition.

Our calling for the Lord is to speak His name in everything we do. We have launched a nonprofit called, "Stolen Lunches". It started as a small bible study setting with 8 ladies who decided to give up a lunch break to be fed by God. Years later we are now a global bible study community. Now leading virtual bible studies for women, men and married couples. We have prayer groups and retreats, with a dream to launch Stolen Lunches bible study community for kids very soon. We are all servants for Christ with the passion to be better in our faith walk.

In today's bible study episode we randomly kicked off our first video/ podcast bible study in our home together, yikes! We didn't really have any idea what we were doing. As you listen you will see our son Cameron walk into the room and our dogs jump in our laps, we're totally not professional enough for this. One thing is for certain, the word is clear and our purpose is genuine. God laid on our hearts to discuss what it is to have a purpose and what if feels like when you're walking in your purpose. I dare you to listen.
