We visit New Saigon, a sit down Vietnamese restaurant that boasts being the first to serve authentic Vietnamese food in Denver. We wade through the enormous menu and highlight some of our favorite items.

Tonight the snow was coming down hard, but it didn't stop us from warming up with some spicy Thai food at J's Noodles. The name may change each time they print a new menu, but the food remains consistently delicious.
