Episode 9 is the final episode of The Fall of Celtic Britain the final series of Holistic History, at least for the foreseeable future. In this episode Jim tells us about the last years of Celtic Britain and presents his theories as to why the Celts lost Britain to the Angles and Saxons.
In episode 8 of The Fall of Celtic Britain we look at the rise of the Anglo Saxons in the late 5th and early 6th centuries.
In episode 7 we look at the reigns of two kings, Urian and his son Owen. We also discuss the Battle of Arfderydd which took place during the reign of King Rhun whom we discussed last episode.
In episode 5 Jim looks at Celtic Britain in the period immediately after King Arthur's death sometime after the year 520 CE

Welcome to episode 1 of Holisitic History's brand new series "The Fall of Celtic Britain" In this series Jim will outline the military history of Britain from the time it became independent of the Roman empire in 410 until the fall of the central government in 682. In episode 1 Jim outlines the conditions that to Britain becoming independent and continues to the reign of Vortigern.
In this, the last episode of The Quest for King Arthur we look at the some of the legends that have grown up around King Arthur and his time.

In episode nine of The quest For King Arthur Jim presents his arguments as to why he thinks the accepted idea that Britain was ruled by a high king at this time is wrong. Jim argues that instead of a high king, Brtain was ruled by a central government.
