Join the conversation as I talk with Will Moore about business and life success through the use of habits to gamify your life and the 5 core areas that lead to real happiness. Will's purpose is to help others become the best version of THEMselves so they can pay it forward to help the world become the best version of ITself.

Will Moore is a multi-talented entrepreneur. He graduated with honors from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. Soon after he created Rollins Rentals (www.rentinwinterpark,com) with another fellow alumnus - Jay Gaiser ('01) - focused on providing quality off-campus college-friendly homes to students from his alma mater.

Next came Doorstop Delivery, a restaurant delivery service comparable to GrubHub or Door Dash (but WAY before them!). DD quickly became the largest RDS in the South East with 19 branches. Will's original location in Orlando remained the largest flagship branch until the official exit in 2019. (Here's a link to the story: https://hospitalitytech.com/restaurant-platform-waitr-buys-bite-squad).

Whether it's real estate, restaurant delivery of one of the other ventures he's helped pioneer, Will has always had an uncanny knack for capitalizing on trends before they happen. And his newest venture is no exception. He is tapping into the current momentum of the up-and-coming generation finally realizing that there's no shame in wanting to be their best selves.
As a successful business entrepreneur, Will has discovered that a person's career and finances are just 1/5th of the equation. REAL HAPPINESS involves "firing on all cylinders" in the FIVE CORE areas of your life. And his purpose involves helping people do this with his unique, industry disruptive system.

It’s an urgent need. When we respond to this call and create businesses that help us heal, we will shift the Biz-life landscape and include people of all abilities.

Faith says: "Starting my career as a computer programmer on Wall Street, but quickly recognizing my passion for education and teaching at the college level for several years where I became fascinated by my learners’ inner motivations and started taking psychology courses to answer her questions. My career in computer engineering and systems analysis helped me develop a systematic approach to problem solving that I applies to my current passion — helping people figure out the next steps on the path to their desired destination, and strategizing a plan to getting there. My interests in human motivation and personal experiences as a mom of a child with autism led me to doctoral studies in performance psychology and a coaching practice that focuses on the needs of autism moms navigating leadership, business, and entrepreneurship.

Through striving for more my formal education includes graduate and undergraduate degrees in computer science, graduate studies in adult education and psychology, and doctoral studies in performance psychology. While homeschooling my three children, I participated in 100+ hours of training in various approaches to facilitating learning in people with autism. co-founding Melody of Autism, an organization that is committed to helping families with kids on the autism spectrum enlarge their village and thrive while embracing what I call, the New Normal of Life on Spectrum Road."

Neal G Brownell is a multi-faceted individual. Being an inventor at heart, his interests are many. What makes him the happiest though is bringing out the special gifts in a person that they didn’t even realize were there.

This is what led him to write his book, You’re Amazing and I’ll Prove It! It engages readers of all ages so that they internalize, understand, believe, and then are able to act on the knowledge that all people are exceptionally special. You’re Amazing asks questions you probably never even thought of asking to show the reader that each and every one of us has extraordinary gifts given to us at birth. Entwined with the questions are also real-life stories about seemingly unremarkable people doing extraordinary things.

Join the conversation as Jade Duggan talk about how you can use your body as your GPS, paying attention to the wisdom of your body to create ease moment to moment.

Growing up in a family of wellness and organization development pioneers, Jade was the guinea pig for what would become the first Master’s of Transformative Leadership and Social Change in the U.S. Using tools from the arenas of ontology, biology of cognition, chaordic design, TLSC principles, natural scale and the proprietary Duggan Method- alongside her clinical acupuncture practice gives her a particularly practical and physiologically grounded skills-based approach to culture and leadership design.
Jade's signature work is in the arena of empowering more effective living and leadership through listening to the body and treating an organization or community as a body using principles of acupuncture. Her unique skill is in teaching individuals and groups to notice and activate their physiology towards leadership- thus naturally away from stuckness or "stress" patterns. Her favorite party trick is transforming team culture that impacts thousands of downline employees in 24 hours or less. Jade works with leaders and groups from Pepsi, FINRA, NSA, Accenture, Lockheed Martin, FDA amongst others around leadership, communication, mindfulness, safety and corporate

Join the conversation as I talk with Heather Breedlove about being (and falling in love with) your true self.

As the author of Shine Your Bright, Chief Financial Officer of Keyston Bros, and Co-Founder of Choose Goodness, Heather's success has grown rapidly. Like so many of us, she grew up striving for the perfect life – a fairy tale romance and a successful career. While working her way through the checklist of accomplishments, she found a disconnect.

The person she was at home was not the person she was at work, nor even the person she IS. She was playing the role rather than participating in the life. She has found excitement in bringing her full self to every aspect of her life. Through her book, Shine Your Bright, she hopes you find the peace and courage to do the same.

All too often life throws us curve balls, or we end up on autopilot ready to implode. We find ourselves burying our feelings just to keep everyone and everything around us afloat. Is it time to start to release some of the pressure and get to know yourself again? With Heather's help, you can start to remember the real you and unlock the emotions you have held too closely all this time.

How do you envision healthy living? Every wondered about keto? Or felt that you just couldn't figure out how to make healthy into a lifestyle? Join the conversation as I talk with Thom King about his journey to health.

Part CEO, part personal development wonk, and part biohacker info geek, Thom King is a self-confessed serial entrepreneur. While his favorite book list contains many success oriented and personal-development classics, the traditional definition of achieving success (e.g. make a lot of money) is not what inspires or motivates King. He follows more of a “you aren’t doing well unless you’re also doing some good” line of thinking. King’s company has been built around the simple principle of “do the right thing.”

In 1999, Thom’s personal passion for food and his concern over the explosion of metabolic disease led him to found Steviva Brands, now known as Icon Foods, with a mission to stem the tide of “diabesity” by providing consumers healthy alternatives to sugar. In recent years, his passion for food and optimal health have intersected with his embrace of a ketogenic (low carb, high fat) diet. Thom’s latest project is a line of ketogenic condiments intended to help more people successfully adopt a healthier lifestyle.

Join the conversation as Josh Cary and I talk about accepting fear (and yourself) - no more hiding!

Josh Cary spent 40 years in hiding! That’s right. He was hiding every aspect of himself and showing up with a ‘mask’ on in all areas of life trying to gain the approval of everyone else. At 19, he changed his name and entered into, what would become, a 15-year career as a professional actor and filmmaker. The applause and external accolades didn’t completely heal his feelings of anxiety
and insecurities and he found himself more isolated than ever. Today, Josh Cary is a podcast host and business coach to entrepreneurs who are ready, willing, and able to say “F That NOISE!”
“F That NOISE” in their head that’s been acting as the comfortable excuse for remaining where they are.
As a digital media and creative consultant, Josh has the uncanny ability to bring the human side out of each person. Whether it’s as a guest on his show or working directly together, you quickly feel consumed by his unique natural energy, bright outlook and creative mind. He is also a proud father and credits his adoring two young children with helping him to turn things around and embrace the mortality of life. Josh helps his clients ‘unmask’ themselves by leading them through
poignant, important, and direct questions. This approach results in a profound and honest experience that reveals aspects, desires, and philosophies within you that have been dormant for years. On his podcast, The Hidden Entrepreneur, Josh speaks with successful entrepreneurs, creatives, and small business owners who were also once in the darkest of hiding places so you may rediscover your world, connect beautifully with others, and excel in all you set out to do. The podcast has been downloaded in 18 countries.

Truly an amazing woman, Angela Andrews devotes her time to increasing awareness of autism and neurodiversity. Join the conversation as I talk with Angela about being a person with autism and raising 5 children with autism.

Angela Andrews has worked with Johnson & Johnson for a total of 4 years. During her time here, she has worked as a Complaints Analyst in Medical Devices, a Business Data & Integration Owner Analyst and a QS&S Quality Analyst in Supply Chain, and most recently works as the Data Improvement Manager for Janssen Quality Analytics.
In November of 2016, Angela formed the group “Autism and Neurodiversity” under the Alliance for Diverse Abilities (ADA) employee resource group. The group focuses on promoting equal treatment and employment of those who are on the Autism spectrum and encouraging others to focus on the positive aspects of Autism as well as the benefits of neurodiversity.
Angela holds a BA in Psychology and Philosophy from Saint Mary’s College at Notre Dame. She holds an MS degree in Data Analysis from Southern New Hampshire University. She holds certificates in counseling, at-risk youth coaching, and child abuse investigation.
She is an active member in multiple Autism and mental health groups for adults as well as supporting activities at her children’s schools related to decreasing the stigma of mental illness and increasing awareness of the positive results of embracing neurodiversity. She recently presented a Tedx JNJ talk entitled “You Are Your Brain” (June 2018). In her talk, she opens up about growing up with Autism and provides information regarding Neurodiversity, acceptance, being your authentic self, and ways others can support those with Autism at work and in the community.
Angela loves working with data and music, as she sees the patterns and beauty in both. She is very active in the lives of her five children aged 15 through 22, all of whom have Autism. She works to inspire others to accept themselves as they are as well as to accept others, regardless of their differences. She is currently authoring a book about her experiences growing up with Autism and raising children on the spectrum.
She chose to become an outspoken advocate on Autism and acceptance due to her personal experiences with Autism and mental illness. She grew up in an environment where differences were shamed and she was rejected for her Autism and depression. Although she focuses primarily on the positives, she continues to struggle with sensory problems and depressive episodes. She hopes by sharing her personal experiences, she can help inspire people to always be their authentic selves.

Join the conversation as Kyle Grappone and I talk about inspiring students and young adults to discover their passion - by focusing on "what type of person you want to become".

Kyle Grappone is the founder of To The Next Step, an educational services company that
prepares students for the next steps in their lives, including college and entering the workforce
and the real world that awaits them. His organization accomplishes these goals through an
array of services including motivational speaking keynotes, group workshops, self-help books,
student success coaching, on-demand courses, live online classes, and various free resources.
Kyle founded this organization after working and living in the aforementioned “real world” for
nearly ten years. A few years after graduating he began to notice that the majority of his
co-workers seemed to dislike their jobs and worse, were dissatisfied with the type of person they
had become and the life they were living. He began to dig deeper and discovered that one of
the main reasons for the issue was because these graduates were not prepared for what was
coming after high school and college. They did not take the time to research and prepare for
their futures. Instead, they adopted a “figure it out later” attitude, and when later arrived, they
were thrown into a world they knew nothing about, forced to take a job they did not want and
ended up living a life they never intended on living.
The main message and purpose of To The Next Step is to help students understand the
importance of preparing for the futures. To inspire them to think differently about their education
and answer the question, “What type of person do you want to become?”. This change in mindset combined with the various services offered, Kyle is confident that students will move into the next phase of their life with a clear picture of where they are going, who they want to become, and what type of impact they want to have on their community and the world around them.

Join the conversation as Jazz, Kristin Sunanta Walker and I discuss consciousness, chanelling, and what it means to truly come to know yourself.

When I was five years old, I sat on the sofa watching the entire family talk and celebrate Christmas. I knew then that I didn’t move or speak the way they did. There was always more happening beneath the surface than they talked about. Growing up I sensed the invisible: deep, wild feelings and spirits. I was told my birth mother might not want to meet me. I knew she did, so I continued to search for her. If I had listened to what they told me,

My Mom - I would have lost her entirely — she was diagnosed the day after we met, and died six weeks later. The more I trusted myself the more the world revealed itself to me. In 2002, after arriving early to class, I heard a man’s voice over my shoulder telling me to write. I turned to find no one in the empty room. I retraced my steps — no one was anywhere. But I trusted the voice, and listened. Five years later I was a ghost writer for Simon and Schuster. My life has been one unfolding after another.
I’m able to sense things other people can’t. I can read energy, receive audible instruction, and know things that are impossible to know through normal human senses. It’s a gift, one that each of us has in one form or another. I’ve simply spent a lifetime seeking to understand and interact with what has always guided me.
It isn’t easy learning to trust oneself, especially when we’re trained from childhood to trust others authority over our own. But if you’re ready go on the adventure of truly getting to know yourself, and you’re truly sick of giving your power away, I can teach you how to discover and master your inner truth and abilities. Trust me — there is more to you and to this life. More than you’ve been taught.

Healthy eating and positive body image can be sooo challenging. Join the conversation as I talk with Dr. Glenn Livingston about food, healthy living, and changing your patterns.

Glenn Livingston, Ph.D. is a veteran psychologist and was the long time CEO of a multi-million dollar consulting firm which has serviced several Fortune 500 clients in the food industry. You may have seen his (or his company's) previous work, theories, and research in major periodicals like The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Chicago Sun Times, The Indiana Star Ledger, The NY Daily News, or the American Demographics.

Disillusioned by what traditional psychology had to offer overweight and/or food obsessed individuals, Dr. Livingston spent several decades researching the nature of bingeing and overeating via work with his own patients AND a self-funded research program with more than 40,000 participants. Most important, however, was his own personal journey out of obesity and food prison to a normal, healthy weight and a much more lighthearted relationship with food.

You are going to LOVE the conversation with the Wiser women. Women working together to make the world a better place, one positive statement at a time! You can support Womaze by accessing https://ifundwomen.com/projects/womaze starting 3/24/19. Together, we CAN change the world!

The Women Behind Womaze
Womaze was created by three sisters — Rebecca, Leah, and Hannah Wiser, and their mom
Corin. The Wiser Women are on a mission to democratize wisdom and build a sisterhood of
empowered females who are ready to change the world.
Corin Wiser, M.Ed (52)
Corin Wiser is a co-founder of Womaze and author of Matters of the Heart: A Guide to Living
and Loving Your Teen Years. Initially written just for her three daughters, Corin decided to share
it with all young women.
Having experienced sexual abuse as a young girl, Corin struggled with her own sense of
worthiness and later made it her life’s mission to empower women of all ages, starting with her
three daughters. Corin obtained her master’s degree in counseling and worked with young
children and adolescents, which fostered an even greater commitment to helping people tap into
their true worthiness.
Today, Corin’s daughters possess that same passion, and Womaze is a manifestation of their
collective commitment to empowering women.
Rebecca Wiser (21)
As a co-founder of Womaze, Rebecca Wiser believes that she was put on this earth to amplify
women’s voices. Rebecca is also the founder and former CEO of A Little Wiser, a marketing and
branding company for female entrepreneurs.
From a young age, Rebecca knew that her life’s purpose was to spread compassion and
kindness in the world. That purpose took on a whole new meaning when, at fourteen years of
age, Rebecca developed an autoimmune disease that caused her hair to fall out. From this
experience, Rebecca learned that she needed to foster that same kindness and compassion
toward herself.
Losing her hair as a teenager led Rebecca to disc over tools for developing true confidence and
self-worth. She credits the teachings of Oprah Winfrey, Louise Hay, Marianne Williamson, and
other inspiring female leaders as the catalyst for a profound shift in perspective. These women
taught her how to rise above challenges, become more self-aware, and be a vessel for change.
Years later, Rebecca is now fully healed and is channeling her passion, through Womaze, by
mainstreaming wisdom for women around the world.
Leah Wiser (21)
Leah Wiser is a co-founder of Womaze and an advocate for women’s rights and empowerment.
Leah’s passion began at the age of 11, when she became involved with Give a
Girl a Chance, an organization that provides shelter and education for girls in Africa. Leah
created and spearheaded the organization’s Ambassador and Pen-Pal programs and became
Give a Girl a Chance’s first teen spokesperson.
Leah experienced her own struggles with anxiety and body image, and discovered the power of
consuming empowering media as a tool for self-love and acceptance.
Leah is a media enthusiast (and a journalism student at George Washington University,
currently taking a leave of absence to pursue Womaze), and she recognizes the power of using
media to inspire, rather than as a tool to distract and numb. Through Womaze, Leah plans to
empower the next generation of women leaders and inspire them to find their purpose and
make extraordinary contributions.
Hannah Wiser (17)
Hannah Wiser is a co-founder of Womaze, an actor, and a junior in high school. Both the
Entertainment industry and high school place a great deal of importance on outer appearance,
and Hannah soon realized that if she didn’t actively seek out empowering content, she would
get sucked into a world of comparison and insecurity.
Every morning in her family group chat, she wakes up to feel-good content that creates the
positive mindset needed to take on the world. Through Womaze, Hannah and her family are
taking their family group chat to a whole new level! At age 17, Hannah is already committed to
creating the space for women to feel empowered, and there’s no stopping her

Join the conversation as we talk with Amy C. O'Neill, MS, LPC. She's got a new take on resilience - this is an episode you will want to listen to several times!

About Amy:
Amy C. O’Neill has built a career in mental health over two and a half decades, and traveled a personal path that has proven over and over again that resilience is key to truly living healthy, both in mind and body. Resilience enables us to face tragedy and still take the necessary steps to go through. Resilience is mandatory for us to recover to well when obstacles interfere. And, as Amy can attest, resilience can be harnessed. After methodically training and successfully completing three Ironman Triathlons, and the prestigious Boston Marathon five times, Amy knows how mental and physical focus can lead to success. Perhaps her biggest life test was being thrust into the role of a Boston Marathon Bombing Survivor. Amy’s goal is to share her keen and personal insight with others on how we can not only survive challenges, but also thrive and create a life we love.

Join the conversation with Robin Joy Meyers as we talk about a new understanding of fear.

Learn about Robin Joy:
At 53 I realized that not only do I have a voice; I have a loud, strong, powerful voice. I am the only one who can give myself permission to use it and make myself heard.

Voice. As an international Speaker, best selling Author, and Fear Strategist, it’s the common thread that runs through everything I do. It’s my mission to empower women to give themselves permission to speak their authentic truth, meeting fear as an opportunity for growth, valuing times of transition as occasions to step more fully into their power, and activating the bold choices that will help them create the life they want.

You may wonder why 53 is significant to me. That’s the age when my mother died, and I was 21. It was my wake up call to live my life with purposeful intention.

It is my mission to live a life of purpose and fulfillment and to teach as many women as I can along the way that you have the power to not only use your voice but be heard.

Life is full of transitions and challenges, but by being aware of what triggers our toxic, negative self-doubt and talk, We can shift and reset our mindset.

ALONE time is powerful, empowering and mandatory. It’s your time to think about your visions and to turn them into actions.
