Taylor’d to You is a podcast where Taylor Doherty has genuine, raw, and compelling conversations with amazing individuals. They are everyday people who just don’t have everyday stories. Each guest’s story is unique and Taylor’d in its own way, and that’s exactly what Taylor loves about them!
You’re telling me The Odyssey isn’t based on true events? If I wasn’t already confused, just keep adding A-list actors and Greek gods until I have absolutely no idea what’s happening. And yet... I’m LOCKED. THE. F. IN.
Ryan joins me this week to break down our takes on The Odyssey, why we’re fully captivated for all 172 minutes, our one big gripe with Christopher Nolan, and why we’re begging Hollywood to give us some fresh faces... although when it comes to Robert Pattinson…. keep doing you.
Am I the only one calling what I think Devin Booker’s real play is with Kendall Jenner? Him being spotted with Irina Shayk can’t be a coincidence... or maybe it is. Either way, let me know your theories, because my University of Kentucky roots will always have me rooting for Devin and Kendall.
And finally, I'm climbing onto my soapbox for my girl Morgan Stewart McGraw. Because if DeuxMoi won't do it.. I WILL.

We’re getting into Alix Earle opening up about online hate and why it feels like we’ve hit a point where people are way too comfortable tearing strangers apart on the internet. Then we dive into the Paige Lorenze “NO INFLUENCERS” controversy, because it has officially taken the internet by storm.
And now for the main event… we have to unpack In the City Reunion Part 2. We’re breaking down whether Lindsay Hubbard is carrying the show or just playing the reality TV game better than everyone else, comparing Amanda Batula’s Summer House reunion performance to In the City and why it’s VERY telling, questioning whether the Danielle/Lindsay friendship was ever as deep as we thought, and West Wilson rage baiting the internet. And of course, we discuss Amanda and Kyle’s relationship and beat that dead horse one. more. time. And we’re making our plea to production: what needs to change before Season 2, and who we’d actually want to see take over for Andy Cohen one day.

The In the City reunion left me with one major question: when will Amanda Batula actually get it? Chi Chi and I are breaking down the apologies that worked (and the ones that definitely didn’t), Kyle Cooke taking the high road while revealing who really betrayed him, Amanda’s “cool girl” performance is slipping, why Amanda still can’t answer if she is in love with West Wilson, Kenny vs. Lindsay and Lindsay maybe meeting her match, Lexi’s questionable moves, single Kyle and Amanda’s deep rooted jealousy. I said what I said! Plus, we had to talk about the Real Housewives of New York City trailer… because Carole Radziwill is back, and she has a LOT to answer for.

Just give us something to talk about… and we will!!! I went from saying “not much happened” to analyzing every conversation like it was a crime scene. We get into:
Whether In the City is actually too mature for Bravo
Why outgrowing friendships can feel like grieving a breakup
Kyle Cooke choosing peace while Craig Conover chose violence
Whitney and Kenny holding their own (damnit!!!)
Amanda Batula being mentally checked out all season - and whether Kyle just had his best Bravo season yet
Paige DeSorbo’s Italy trip and engagement rumors
The new Summer House cast is here!!!!
THE TikTok …

Another week, another In the City recap. We get into:
Room-gate and whether Lindsay and Georgina deserved the primary suite or group trip etiquette. Don’t ask Ramona Singer or Sonja Morgan for what to do…
Whitney’s “single mom card” comment and why it became a much bigger conversation than just a room assignment.
Amanda and Kyle’s bunk room era.
Kyle Cooke being absolutely ALL TIME, yet again.
The Lindsay vs. Yvonne conversation. WARNING: Chi Chi and I didn’t see eye to eye on this one and that. is. okay. COMMENT YOUR TAKE!!!!
Kenny and Gavin quietly becoming one of the most important dynamics on In the City and giving us something we’ve never really gotten from Summer House.
Whether I may be blinded by Mother Hubbard and more!
Then we switch gears to recap JUST&T MARRIED aka Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce’s wedding at Madison Square Garden… and our revelation for the Swifties: it’s okay not to like the wedding.

This week I’m chatting with Sara Gretzky as she gears up for the launch of her brand-new podcast, While I Have You, dropping Tuesday, July 7.
Sara and I first connected years ago when we were both launching our podcasts, and since then we’ve both rebranded, pivoted, questioned ourselves, and evolved. Looking back, every chapter, every name change, and every pivot was leading us exactly where we’re supposed to be. Because maybe starting something new isn’t really starting over… it’s building on everything you’ve already done.
We talk about how this is the Year of the Horse and why Sara said “okay, it’s time” and launched a podcast that’s fully hers. After years of podcasting with co-hosts, she’s spent the last year learning to trust herself and now she’s just doing the damn thing - on her own terms, as her own boss.
We get into what that shift actually looks like: making decisions solo, figuring out how much of yourself to share online, redefining success, and learning to celebrate your wins just as loudly as you obsess over your losses.
We also talk about:
Why a pivot doesn’t always mean something went wrong
Overcoming self-doubt and trusting your decisions
Manifestation, astrology, and why being a little delulu might actually be a superpower
Posting like it’s still 2016 (“get it on the grid!”)
Her approach to sharing her children online
What listeners can expect from While I Have You that they haven’t heard from Sara before
The full-circle moment when I bring up something Sara forgot she ever said - and how it lands in this next chapter
Sara is fully riding the Year of the Horse bareback at this point… and honestly? I left this conversation ready to run through a wall. I. AM. FIRED. UP.

I leave for ONE vacation and Taylor Swift is getting married at Madison Square Garden, West and Amanda are out of Summer House and somehow in my backyard (Lake Geneva, Wisconsin), and Gavin has officially pushed us to our absolute limit.
ENOUGH ALREADY.
Chi Chi joins me to recap In the City and break down:
The Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce wedding rumors and why we are very much not Swifties
YouRowKelsey, ocean fear, and whatever that conversation turned into
West Wilson and Amanda Batula leaving Summer House - fired, mutual, or wedding-season?
Bravo editors finally seeming to turn on Amanda Batula
The Lake Geneva tea that somehow made Wisconsin the center of the Bravo universe
A full thesis on why Gavin is actively trying to distract us from HIM
WHY WE LOVE KENNY MARTIN
A church choir story that fully sent us

This week my cousin Regooooo joins me to recap her 21st birthday in Nashville, which we’re officially calling “A Series of VERY Fortunate Events.” From accidentally booking the trip during CMA Fest, immediately losing the birthday girl’s luggage, to run-ins with Shaboozey and Big Mike, we spent the entire weekend just trying to keep up with whatever Nashville was throwing at us. Every redirection felt like it was meant for us, and you’ll see why as we break down our chaotic 48 hours.

We’re a couple days late because your girl is packing for a friend’s wedding in Kentucky and a trip to Cape Cod, but there was NO way we could go another day without discussing SUMMER HOUSE: THE AFTERMATH.
Since Bravo refuses to give us the unedited, uncut footage, we’re doing the next best thing: giving you our completely, UNEDITED, unfiltered takes. Consider this our official petition for Bravo to get its integrity back and release the tapes, because there are still way too many missing pieces, unanswered questions, and conversations that simply aren’t adding up.
These post-reunion sit-downs were supposed to give us clarity. Instead, they left us with even more questions and again… WE. ARE. OFFICIALLY. TIRED.
So grab your detective hats because Detective Chi Chi and Tay Tay are back on the case, breaking down every contradiction, every convenient omission, and why we’re still not buying what Bravo is selling.
And let us know: are you as frustrated as we are with Bravo’s apparent mission to protect Amanda? 👀

I’m reporting from vacation and Chi Chi had to leave NYC because she is SICK OF AMANDA & WEST. PERIOD. But Summer House Reunion Part Three waits for no one!!!!!
And somehow... after three reunion episodes, leaked audio, Bravo sleuths, timeline investigations, Peacock bonus scenes, and enough conspiracy theories to fill an FBI evidence board... we still have questions and WE. ARE. OFFICIALLY. TIRED. Buuuut let’s get into it.
The beta blocker question heard around Bravo... and what we think is sitting on the editing room floor
Kyle Cooke being the voice of reason
West somehow managed to make himself look even worse than he did last week. Which honestly deserves its own award.
Whether Amanda is trapped, checked out, protecting herself... or all three
West admitting he’s been unclear with “a zillion” women and somehow thinking that helps his defense
Our comparison of West to Jax Taylor... and why West WISHES he was Jax. At least Jax owns being the villain.
Amanda refusing to watch the season back and why that tells us EVERYTHING
The “fabulous” comment that sent both of us into immediate cardiac arrest
And my completely unexpected Shaboozey x Summer House crossover moment in Nashville that proves you can never escape Bravo

Chi Chi is back breaking down Summer House Reunion Part Two!!!!! And West seriously thinking he had backup… he in fact did not.
What starts as another ex entering the Summer House turns into the plot twist nobody saw coming. West brought someone into the conversation who he thought would be on his side… and instead she became one of the most credible people to expose exactly who he is. OOOOF!!!! Talk about poetic justice. And Dara, Meija, and Ciara are getting the last laugh.
We get into:
Amanda fully unraveling at the reunion (someone please unclick her mute button)
The Mia comment that lands like a straight knockout punch
West realizing way too late that Amanda being single is… actually a thing
Amanda as the “Robin” of every relationship on Summer House… and her Batmans are nowhere to be found
Kyle Cooke’s entire emotional rollercoaster arc (crying, concerned, betrayed, self-aware, yelling… repeat)
The real truth underneath Kyle + Amanda that keeps bubbling up after years of procrastinated conversations, Amazon packages, and Loverboy deliverables
Jesse’s tour backlash and his bloodshot eyes
And Dara dropping a bomb that sends a shockwave from NYC to Missouri and back

A friend gets a part-time job at a dry cleaner because she genuinely loves folding laundry, and it sends us into an existential spiral: What actually counts as a hobby anymore? Why do we feel the need to monetize everything we enjoy? And why did Barbie make us think we could have 100 careers and still have time for a beach house?
Plus, childhood dream jobs, shark tagging, side hustles, Kim Kardashian’s apparent Lewis Hamilton hard launch, the Kevin Hart roast, celebrity hall passes, and an update on Ryan’s free Apple TV+ subscription from a Chinese restaurant - which has officially changed his life. Yes. Apple TV+ won.

All we wanted was RECEIPTS. PROOF. TIMELINE. And Amanda and West said, “no comment”, trying to piece together a timeline THEY don’t even believe. Luckily for us, we have the seasoned veterans led by Mother Hubbard… plus Mia asking the question keeping us all up at night: “Amanda… WHY?”
I’m joined by my cousin Chi Chi as we do what we do best: dissect a situation we have absolutely nothing to do with.
We get into:
Amanda and West thinking they’d get a slap on the wrist… until minute two
“Ear stuff” gate and West’s manipulation tactics, including trying to distract everyone with his leaked d*ck pic
Ben unknowingly walking straight into the lion’s den and us asking ourselves: “G’day mate… do you not like when women speak out of turn?” But also… why can’t men ever stand up for themselves when a woman upsets them? Either way, Bailey had her reunion moment.
Amanda “taking accountability” while deflecting for 45 straight minutes
Ciara’s Louvre-worthy clapbacks
The backstage buildup that had us THANKING Bravo for giving the people what they want
The Rome escape plan that “brings a level of avoidance that’s never been seen” - a Chi Chi original quote that deserves journalistic recognition
The diabolical text trail
Kyle and Ciara’s heartfelt moment
Mia and KJ bringing sincerity to Bravo
and all the moments that had us laughing, screaming, and crying at our TVs

Do you ever create SUCH a detailed fantasy in your head about a moment that you end up comparing the real thing to the movie version you already created? Because hi. Same. This week I talk about my self-diagnosed “Perfect Moment Syndrome” - aka turning weddings, weekend trips, date nights, and random Tuesdays into cinematic experiences in my brain and then spiraling when one tiny thing doesn’t go according to plan. We’re getting into perfectionism, expectations, burnout, relationships, my one year wedding anniversary, and why some of the BEST moments in life happen when you stop trying so hard to make them perfect. Consider this your reminder (and mine) to stop living in “what it should’ve been” and start living in what it actually is. ALSO. Summer House reunion night is HERE and Chi Chi is coming back tomorrow because obviously we have thoughts.

I’m bringing in the person I religiously call to dissect all things Bravo: my cousin Caileigh, formally known as “Chi Chi.” Just because we’re cut from the same cloth doesn’t mean our takes are always aligned. But one thing about us? We refuse to let a Bravo conversation die. Chi Chi and I aren’t counting sheep… we’ve got Denise Richards in our dreams yelling “BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO!!!”
We break down the emotional fallout of Kyle and Amanda’s goodbye, Kyle’s tragic Sunday Scaries now that his marriage and show are both over, West’s masterclass in emotional manipulation, why we need Ciara to give CIARA a pep talk about her choices in men, and how Scheana Shay somehow made the Summer House season finale about her. We also make a passionate case for Lindsay and Carl becoming best friends again, discuss Andy Cohen’s obvious favorites, and throw out wildly specific predictions for Kyle and West’s inevitable reconciliation. And so much more. We could’ve kept going.
It’s cousin chaos with zero media training, unmatched Bravo lore, and enough over-analysis to earn us honorary producer credits.
Plus, Chi Chi brings the kind of insider NYC fashion intel that makes you want to rebuild your wardrobe, rearrange your apartment, and reevaluate every decision you’ve made aesthetically since 2016. Her Substack, Seedy Studio, delivers weekly observations that are sharp, stylish, occasionally ruthless, and somehow always correct. She’s going to tell you what she thinks whether you asked or not.

I worked graduation weekend, and it reminded me of a few things.
It’s a grind, it’s exhausting, but so is literally every job? I love having a front-row seat to life’s biggest moments. And apparently getting called in as the “morale booster” is now part of my brand lol.
Graduation season sent me into a full college flashback spiral.I thought I was confident… I was actually just aggressively faking it until I made it. No regrets, but also… anyone else occasionally cringe at past-you?
Had a random table conversation about Spencer Pratt running for LA mayor, which somehow turned into a reminder that people love forming strong opinions with zero context.
Ryan and I got into “energy vampires” and the people who turn struggle into a competitive sport.
That I need to reset my expectations because perfection isn’t it. Maybe the win isn’t everything I didn’t get done… it’s that I was actually out there living.
My irrational fear of being kidnapped means I run through parking garages like I’m in a crime show just to get to my car.
Questions of the week! Ryan: What’s your Chinese food order?Taylor: Are you running through the parking garage to get to your car late at night?

I’ve been a Kyle Cooke stan since day one and this Summer House rewatch only confirmed it: his apology tour is officially over.
Rewatching from season one, it’s clear Kyle’s biggest issue has never been what he’s saying, it’s how he says it. Everyone focuses on the yelling, drinking, and chaos, but misses the pattern underneath it all.
Kyle has consistently carried the emotional, financial, and public weight of his relationship with Amanda Batula while still showing up for her and defending her repeatedly. Not to mention Kyle being Bravo’s ultimate “girls’ girl” defending other women in the house over the years. Remember Cristina? The 17-page email he wrote to the house in defense of Amanda?
And while Kyle continues to show up for everyone, he gets met with his wife subtly turning the house against him and consistently complaining about him from day one. News flash Amanda: Kyle is the partner YOU chose and continued to choose to stay with. At some point, stop complaining about a situation you keep choosing to be in.
Kyle’s delivery often overshadows his valid points, but I am here to say it clearly: Kyle Cooke is done apologizing, and honestly, it’s about time the house apologized to him.
Anywhoooooo. Justice for Kyle Cooke!

TGIF! A Friday episode because the Met Gala takes fully hijacked Tuesday. Naturally.
My birthday was on Sunday, so Ryan and I get into all the extremely important life reflections that come with turning 29 like… wait… did I even fully live my 20s if I’ve never been to a club in Las Vegas? Have I done enough debauchery?
I recap what might’ve been my favorite birthday yet: blueberry pancakes, flea markets, a picnic by the water, fake proposals on docks, and meeting a stranger named Kirk who somehow turned my birthday into an unexpectedly wholesome conversation about life, connection, and talking to people more. Not to mention a fisherman made an appearance and gifted me a birthday present.
I also tell Ryan about making a VERY concrete birthday wish this year. No more vague wishes. I’m talking SMART goals. Measurable. Specific. Scientific. This sh*t needs to happen before I turn 30.
Then my new friend Kirk gives us “questions for the audience” and suddenly we’re discussing:
Why men refuse to say they’re excited about things
The unwritten rules of bathroom etiquette
How to invite a friend to a movie without it feeling like a first date. Who drives? Who buys the tickets? Where are we sitting?
Why adult friendships weirdly feel like dating
Taylor’d Takes on:
The power of deleting comments and protecting your energy online
Why I don’t fully speak on rumors until the SOURCE addresses it
Troll culture and whether “Duty Heads” invented online trash talk. Ryan survived 2009 Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 lobbies. IYKYK.
Questions of the week!
Ryan: What was your favorite game to trash talk in?
Taylor: At what age do we stop going into the bathroom stall with our friends?

I locked in, hit record, and went OFF with my real-time Met Gala takes… because I have questions. Who got the theme vs. who just looked chic vs. Cardi B (I’m begging… make it make sense). The looks I will defend and the ones I simply cannot co-sign. Why hair and makeup might’ve been doing more than the outfits. And yes, Apple Watches and sunglasses at formal events… we’re addressing it. Also, Blake Lively showing up and what that says about Anna Wintour and Hollywood in general.

I took a break from watching ACQUIRED STYLE ACQUIRE A HUSBAND to… talk about it with Ryan.
Brigette Pheloung’s luxury bachelorette in St Barts has the internet talking - to put it mildly. Was it iconic… or completely out of touch?
Either way? She gained 1 million followers, flew private with her best friends, took over St Barts, and put Swan Beauty on everyone’s radar (don’t worry - Ryan goes full conspiracy theorist trying to figure out who they are).
So sure… she can’t “win” everyone on the internet over. But one thing is very clear: she’s winning.
Taylor’d Takes on:
Doing “too much” vs. “not enough” (pick your fighter)
How ACQUIRED STYLE is just like us… rewearing pieces?? groundbreaking
Why controversy = visibility = $$$
Are influencers living… or performing?
Live audience etiquette (please… stop talking)
Gender reveal: wait or find out?
Posting online: sharing your life vs. seeking validation

I am MAD at whoever leaked the Summer House reunion audio. I get into why instant access is killing the payoff, what Andy Cohen and Bravo TV are saying, and why some moments are actually better when you wait. Plus: a PSA on how (and who) to watch the reunion with on May 26.

This episode starts fun… and ends with a question I can’t stop thinking about.
We get into the Alex Cooper vs. Alix Earle situation, call out what “mean girl energy” really looks like (because it’s not always loud), and break down Bieberchella YET AGAIN because I can confirm I’ve caught full-blown Bieber fever. And yeah… SCAMANDA? We’re moving on. Energy revoked.
Then a run-in with Kathy Griffin brings it somewhere deeper: Am I saying too much… or not saying enough? Because being unfiltered feels like the move… until it’s not. But holding back? Also not it. So where’s the line?
Taylor’d Takes:
Alex Cooper vs. Alix Earle - silence vs. speaking up… both are loud
“Mean girl energy” isn’t always obvious but you always feel it
Justin Bieber lore is real… and the way he shows up (with fans + Billie Eilish) proves he gets it
A run-in with Kathy Griffin that had me asking… am I entering my “zero f*cksville” era or just visiting?
SCAMANDA: it’s giving performance, not reality. We see you.
Oversharing vs. protecting your peace… where’s the line?
Subscribe, follow, and send this to someone who overshares… respectfully.
Comment your Culver’s order. We need to know… and warning: Ryan will in fact judge it.

What happens when you stop overthinking… and just say it with your chest? This week, Taylor is breaking down Bieberchella, the Alex Cooper vs. Alix Earle drama, and the biggest realization of all: the people who win aren’t overthinking… they’re just doing.
From Justin Bieber proving he is the show (no theatrics needed) to the internet’s obsession with Alex Cooper’s direct call out video to Alix Earle, this episode is equal parts pop culture breakdown and life reality check.
Taylor’d Takes on:
Why the people who win long-term aren’t forcing it or overproducing - they’re just being themselves
Bieberchella: performance vs. presence (and which is the ultimate power move)
Alex Cooper vs. Alix Earle - what happens when one person says it and the other… reposts it
The shift from perfect → real (and why authenticity is outperforming polish)
Doing things before you feel ready - confidence isn’t certainty, it’s action
“Cults” and what actually evokes emotion - why we ride for what we love
SCAMANDA updates (because Ryan wouldn’t know what’s going on even if he saw West & Amanda at Blind Tiger)

Taylor recaps her wild Sundance night, finessing her way into an intimate post-The Invite premiere event where Edward Norton is her “best friend,” Woody Harrelson is vibing, and she somehow makes Seth Rogen laugh.
What starts as story time turns into something deeper:
The reality of “fake it till you make it” (and when it actually works)
You can only be embarrassed if you let yourself be
Why an unshakable level of delusional confidence can open doors… literally
The awkward truth about meeting your heroes
A reminder that rejection isn’t always personal
If you want something, go get it!
As Ryan says, “to be cringe is to be free”. We’re all just climbing through the cringe tunnel… and there is a light at the end (or so Taylor hopes)
Taylor’d Takes on:
Summer House “SCAMANDA” drama - has Amanda Batula played us for 10 years? Enter: Rihanna (and… do we dare say Michael B. Jordan next?)
A work story gone wild: Taylor gets recognized mid-shift as Taylor’d Takes, which spirals into almost interviewing Hannah Berner… because somehow, all roads lead to Bravo
Not letting fear, embarrassment, or rejection stop you - people can (and WILL) say no… so say yes and make it happen anyway. GO GET ‘EM!!!!!

Taylor pulls back the curtain on the chaos behind her highlight reel-from quitting a job her body was physically rejecting to getting married (twice) and starting a job where she serves stories by day and tables by night. She opens up about what it actually means to take a leap when you’re terrified, how anxiety can manifest physically, and the ongoing question: is therapy helping… or just unlocking new trauma?
She’s joined by her longtime friend and audio guru, Ryan-the self-proclaimed voice of the audience-who jumps in to question, react, and rein her in. They get into the realities of life in your late 20s: making new friends, explaining why you don’t drink, and trying to date in 2026, when dating apps feel like a full-time job you might need a side hustle to afford.
Taylor also breaks down the pop culture chaos we’re all thinking about-like the Amanda and West Summer House situation that has everyone wondering… is this real, or are we all just dazed and confused with Amanda?
Taylor’s figuring it out in real time-trying it, talking about it, and taking you (and Ryan) along.

Seth Marks started his “Note 2 Younger Self” Instagram series because his teenagers straight-up stopped listening to him. Enter the Amygdala Whisperer with a selfie arm, an iPhone, and a lifetime of lessons, Seth began dropping motivational notes to inspire them… not realizing he’d end up inspiring hundreds of thousands of people. But here’s the thing: unlike most motivational speakers, Seth doesn’t just post quotes or bite-sized nuggets - you get the full story behind the lesson, the messy life moments that actually made him realize it.
Seth is a true believer that we own the worth of our earth and the importance of not worrying about the outside because it all comes from within and you control that. He lives to be his true most authentic self, doesn’t care what anyone thinks, and shares it all: his separation from his wife, Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Meredith Marks, how he became a better husband, building an energy vortex that actually serves you, dropping toxic people, and why Plan B’s can straight-up beat Plan A’s. We dig into people-pleasing, trying therapists like ice cream flavors until you find your favorite, thick skin in the age of trolls, the life lessons school won’t teach you, and how breakdowns often turn into your biggest breakthroughs.
As Chicago natives, Seth and I bond over the greatest city in the world, chatting about where you’d actually find him and Meredith on a night out, the restaurant of their first date, his man crush on Caleb Williams (Chicago lovers, this one’s for you), and where he’d sneak off during their separation because he couldn’t cook. Andy Cohen, if you’re reading this, we need a Real Housewives of Chicago… and Seth shares whether he and Meredith would actually pack their bags.
And just when you think you’ve soaked up all the wisdom, Seth drops his skincare routine (thanks to Meredith and all her PR packages), and we say out loud what we want for ourselves in the next five years. This conversation is a reset, a pep talk, and a hang all in one!

On this video episode of Taylor’d Takes, I’m working out with Peter Kraus, founder of Peter Kraus Fitness, and try (keyword: try) to survive the full PKFit experience. We kick things off with a movement analysis where I’m humbled immediately, move into strength training, and then fully spiral into contrast therapy with a cold plunge and infrared sauna. I’m sweating, shaking, oversharing, asking nonstop questions, and letting the conversation completely take over… because focusing quietly has never been my thing.
We talk about how Peter went from having his dad help cover rent so he could still eat organic chicken (because sacrificing health was never an option), to running Worth Personal Training boot camps and driving a pickup truck that doubled as his billboard when he couldn’t afford ads. A dare turned into a modeling career, a win in the same competition Ashton Kutcher had previously won, a moment of chickening out and the pivot that followed. He also reveals the unexpected thing Bachelor fans did after he became the runner-up on The Bachelorette Season 13 with Rachel Lindsay. We get into why long-term health matters way more than abs (Peter Kraus stamp of approval), how to get a “voluminous bum”, what discipline actually looks like when motivation fades, and how the messiest detours can turn into the best breakthroughs - all while I’m just trying to keep up with Peter’s personal training.
If you’ve ever felt lost, backed out of something big, or questioned if you’re doing “enough,” this episode is proof you don’t need perfect abs, perfect plans, or perfect form - you just have to keep showing up.
So… you wanna know my take?

Before sobriety and dry months were trendy, Tawny Lara, also known as The Sober S*xpert, was searching for the answers about sober sex and dating. Although, there was one question that held her back from officially ditching the booze.
"How will I date, let alone have sex without liquid courage?”
After Tawny wrote a hypothesis or two about her future with alcohol, she decided to bravely explore the uncharted territory of alcohol-free dating and intimacy...through a sober experiment. Spoiler alert! This sober experiment led her to being called The Sober Sxpert by Ruby Warrington, the woman who coined the term "Sober Curious", the author of Dry Humping: A Guide to Dating, Relating, & Hooking Up Without the Booze (#1 in three categories on Amazon), writing a weekly advice column Beyond Liquid Courage* about all things sober dating and relationships, a recovery advocate, award-winning podcast host and eight years sober.
I had the pleasure of learning about Tawny's sober journey and her book Dry Humping, a lighthearted and judgement-free roadmap on how to navigate the waters of sex and dating without relying on liquid courage.

Israel Isaac shares his TAYLOR'D TAKES on:
Taylor met Israel a few months ago in LA and was immediately drawn to his larger than life personality, conviction and contagious laugh.
Let Taylor know your takeaway from the episode by writing a review and rating the podcast!
"When I touched down in LA, I was adamant about loving myself and help others see that they can also be themselves. Go all the way with becoming who you desire to be. Don’t let anyone shun you from being your most authentic self.
I posted a picture of me in this blue dress and it blew up. And so that began the journey of me asking myself, ‘What’s it like being a Black queer Christian?’ These were lives I tried to keep separate. The more I accepted myself, the more the world accepted me.
I want to inspire people and if people feel inspired by me, I feel like I’ve won.”
