Kurt Weills original impression was a progression of instruments verse by verse and at the end change the attitude from German marching band to something like Cha Cha Cha. Of all the covers I've heard in my life noone ever paid attention to this original idea. With deep respect to the work of Mr. Weill I tried to bring this back a bit. Ich habe am Ende die erweiterte Textzeile von Hildegard Knef übernommen, weil sie einfach passt. Music written by K.Weill, Lyrics by B.Brecht Arranged and performed by Blind Walker G Piano by Miss G

That's why I love Soundcloud. So many talented musicians around to work with, I probably would be musically dead without it. So now I like to introduce you to Anjù, a highly talented singer/songwriter. Just had the chance to add some bass and hammond to this great track, thanks. Check out her Soundcloud profile, a lot of great tracks to explore.

Last song recorded at The Elephant before they closed. We've been playing while they carried the furniture away. Elvis Costello, The Pogues and many more of British fame had recorded here, as an unknown songwriter it was a real pleasure to be there. Big thanks to recording engineer Jem Noble. Improvisation on a fixed theme. Influences of the Doors, Velvet Underground, Tom Waits and Dub. Transformation Fleurs with Phil Butcher on Piano and Noises. Dubbed by the great Martin Harrison of On-U-Sound. Try out your headphones, it kicks.
