DEVOTION
This song was inspired by the fond memories of when we first met and it's a token of love to my best friend, the love of life, my darling wife, and my purpose partner.
Lyrics:
Longing from afar
Wishing we weren’t apart
The right one, but the wrong time
I knew what I was doing
When I posted online
Hour-long drive, that was the start
I was crazy about you from the start
The smell of your hair
And the way you carried yourself
When you look at me, my heart melts
All of my devotion is yours now
You’re my everything, my entire world
All the late-night conversations
Calling out of work to come and visit
You thought I was too old
But our feelings, they just grew
It wasn’t long before we knew
Picnic, then the bay
Holding on to all you’d say
This Valentine’s
Christine, I’ve gotta tell ya
My life is only better
Because of you
I love this life
That we get to share
Like I’ve always said
I’m not going anywhere
All of my devotion is yours now
You’re my everything, my entire world
All the late-night conversations
Calling out of work to come and visit
All of my devotion is yours now
You’re my everything, my entire world
All the late-night conversations
Calling out of work to come and visit

Do yo know why married men really cheat on their wives? I'm sure you can come up with a lot of good reasons. But no matter what the reason is behind someone cheating, cheating is horribly wrong. I don’t care what you are going through, or what you are feeling. Cheating should never be the cure all to a bad relationship status. It is not the logical solution for issue related problems in the marriage. It should never be an option.
