This is a D&D 5e podcast. Our group consists of Yenny (the DM;that's me), my husband playing Guy Phineas, our 11 year old son playing Bolt, and our best friend/roommate playing Verity Snow; joined later by our newest member Jeffrey playing Beaux. Playing D&D is our way of having fun together as a family during this strange and difficult time. We're all fairly new to the game so we might get some rules wrong or mixed up but we have fun and that's what matters. So we hope you'll have a listen and hang around to enjoy our shenanigans! In this Homebrew D&D Campaign we have Guy Phineas, Verity Snow, and Bolt beginning a new adventure. Following a lead, regarding Verity's missing brother, from a Monk's journal back in the town of Greenest on the Sword Coast; our adventurers arrive in Thraelyn on the Continent of Dragonayre. Come along on an adventure with us for some fun and good ol' D&D ridiculousness and see where it takes you!
Note from the DM: This podcast is just my family, friends and I having some fun playing D&D and we decided to share our shenanigans with anyone who wants to listen. This is my first homebrew campaign and I'm new to being a DM. I make mistakes but we all have fun either way and that's what matters. We follow rules as guidelines instead of law. If you're looking for a serious podcast with experienced players, this ain't it. But if you want to escape reality and pass the time with a laugh, hopefully you'll enjoy yourself here.
Also, the singing and humming in the background throughout most of the episode is Bolt, aka my 11 year old son lol. Enjoy!

In this episode; Verity, Guy Phineas, Bolt and Cora venture into Traewood Forest to look for clues as to where Prince Terril might have gone and are met with a bit of trouble; and another traveler who just happens to be in the right place at the right time. Shenanigans continue in the town of Thraelyn as Guy Phineas, Verity and Bolt continue gathering info about the missing Prince and the possible nature of what has happened. Guy Phineas finds out who his Patron is and well he doesn't seem too happy about what he has to do to get what he wants. Sometimes that's just the life of a Warlock though, right? This is just a silly side episode where Bolt has decided to leave Verity and Guy Phineas at the docks and go off on his own for a bit to just have a little fun. We lost the first couple minutes of recording so to fill you in real quick; Bolt made an athletics check of 20 to wall jump up to the roof of a house and then run and jump across the roofs of houses into the center of town and ended up on the Wayward Sons. This is where the recording picks up. So I hope you'll enjoy this silly little venture of Bolt in the city of Thraelyn.
