Students Spotlight Series is an interview series which seeks to inspire others, particularly the student population, through the stories of other students or very recent graduates, who can be said to have done exceptionally well in certain spheres of life, whilst being students. The interviews take listeners through the journeys of certain pacesetters, understand what they do/did that worked, certain challenges they faced and how they were able to navigate through.

Gaining a full time offer, right after college is definitely very admirable, particularly when it's from one of the top investment banks in the world. It could also be intriguing, when such feat is achieved during a short period of building competency.
Getting to understand that the period or timeframe used to build competency is not a limiting factor, and that in a short time, skills which ordinarily take a long time to develop, may take a much shorter time, with dedication and drive. In this interview, Seyikemi also takes us through how the internship recruitment process went for her, helping us understand the things she believes influenced her selection and how she prepared herself for the recruitment process.
We also get to talk about Seyikemi's love for anime, and other things she enjoys and does for fun.
