Most people think of acquiring habits, the behavior of successful people. Most people see them as a milestone to succeed. But do you really think that is what it is?
When I think about it, first I started trying to know more about successful people, those who are really done exceptional work in their field.
What are they thinking, how they are thinking, what they are eating, what they are wearing, etc. Do you really need to think about it? What they are doing or how they are doing?
the answer might be Yes/no (according to your choice)

13 years ago, Maikel was the biggest zero you have ever seen: That shy kid being bullied every single day, with 0 confidence, no self-esteem, no social skills, and a bad prospect for the future, at all! Until he reached the point of saying "No more!". All of this led to a personal development journey of well over a decade and continuing every single day! Through learning and lots of trial and error, he managed to turn pretty much everything around! Let's listen to the story with his voice.

Are you doing exercise or any physical work to keep your body fit? Our body needs to be fit when it comes to becoming productive in our day. Back then before the pandemic, I was not a person, who does any physical activity or exercise. But on Covid, I was more conscious about my physical fitness and health. Everyone worries about their health at that time, more conscious about their health. And was also. I started exercising daily and it helped me in many ways like it boosts my immunity power, becomes more focused, and energizes what I was doing back then.
So let's talk about the important role of physical fitness in your daily life to become more productive.

In today's episode, we would discuss whether you should wake up early or not? what are the benefits of waking up early?Â
Is it necessary to wake up early? why I should wake up early? what are the benefits? is waking up late bad? Let's find out these questions with research pack answers with some personal thoughts.
I always struggle to wake up because most of my works are related to creative things or writing. These things need extra care for them because when you already drink a lot of water and their no space for water you want to drink, you will not able to drink water because you don't have enough space for the water you want to drink— the brain is like water.
let's figure out what you should do?
