What is A Clink in Time all about?
Exploring the realms of work-life in a time machine
In this time machine, we're out exploring the origins, evolutions and innovations that have shaped a particular aspect of work-life. All our themes are around the concept of Work-Life: careers, culture, fitness, wellbeing, productivity, performance & it goes on.
In this episode, Harsh (our host) and Suraj (our young Clinkster) will turn the DIKW pyramid on its head. Do tune in to get a better understanding of how this concept directs you to make sense of all that is happening around you.
With innovation comes disruption, but also redundancy. Required skillsets and the business model across industries have been evolving at a rapid pace. So, where does that leave an individual who has to find their place in the world of tomorrow? Will our education and expertise gained enable us to evolve as quickly as well? Or do we need a digital hand?
In this episode, Harsh (our Host) and Shruti (our young Clinkster) will talk about the relatively new nudge theory. We urge you to listen in to tap into their debate on the good, bad, and ugly aspects of a simple nudge.
Today, we are not just competing with the world, but with ourselves as well. In this competition, there are number of apps and gadgets available that propel us to do better and reach our goals. But are they really helping us to be a better version of ourselves? Or are they forcing us to become data zombies, mindlessly trying to navigate through the stats they provide? The Quantified Self, if used the right way, can enable us in ways we could not see as possible earlier. But what is the right way?
Mulling over an article written by Bill Gates back in 1996, 'Content is King'* we realised all his predictions have come true. Today Content is king yet he seems to be quite overbearing. If we keep in mind the 3Rs -relevance, retention & reflection we will consume better content instead of scrolling through life.
In this episode, Harsh (our host) and Pranshu (our young Clink rockstar) will dive deeper into the world of feedback sharing. Listen in to uncover the complementary roles that machines and humans play as they continue to walk the earth.
About this episode:
On this episode, Tuhina & Harsh talk about remote working and how 2020 is a pivotal moment, but not the origin. Listen in to hear them travel back in time and analyse how remote working has been influencing work-life through the ages.

About the Hosts
Out of all our team members at Dockabl & Clink, Tuhina & Harsh standout as our Chief Curiosity Cats. They love to explore, read, debate and are by nature wanderers.
Tuhina is an HR consultant turned Sales Mafia who has a more holistic approach to work-life. If she were a gardener she has a green thumb. Whatever she touches flourishes. She's a true nurturer.
Harsh is an out and out Product Guy. He has no qualms about questioning & being questioned. That's what we love about him. He is super pragmatic, funny (watch out for that contagious laughter) and logical.
Together they represent the left & right-brained time travellers. Watch them unravel mysteries of work-life as they zip through time & space.
