Welcome to the Arena of Gor!
This Gorean by-the-book (BtB) SIM has taken a totally different approach to building design and theme. Our rules and processes are genuinely unique to create an entirely new experience for BtB Goreans.
We have become tired of Free Women acting as slaves, SIMs permitting slaves to have male avatars for raids due to low numbers of men, and the unwelcoming nature of some roleplay (RP) SIMs.
So what have we created here? A genuinely unique experience honoring true Gorean men and the deeply submissive women who wish to serve them. We have paired this with the fun and excitement of competitions and games and threaded it together with a warrior school and slave house.
~ Instead of creating one SIM for an entire city,
we have taken two aspects of a city and magnified them both. ~
The build is truly one-of-a-kind. Everything on this SIM is stunningly beautiful, as is the Gorean way.
Set on an island at the mouth of the Tamber Gulf, the Arena of Gor hosts the largest multi-use Arena constructed in Gor, offering spectators sweeping views of the island. Perhaps you will test your luck with the kaiila, tarn, or thalarion races. Or watch the strong, skilled men of the Black Wolf Warrior School fighting in premier matches each week. Beautiful slaves from the Black Silk Slave House serve the Arena’s VIP Patrons. After the fights, the men and slaves move to the breathtaking, open-air tavern to celebrate the champions. Patrons, VIPs, and Fighters banter about the day’s events as stunningly beautiful slaves dance in the sandpits, while others bathe Master’s in the waters and serve perfectly.
Engaging Roleplay
There are many ways to engage with the Arena of Gor while maintaining your Home Stone. You can choose to simply participate in our many events each week, either as a spectator or as a participant. We offer gorgeous “hotel-style” suites you can bring your Companion and slaves to. Stay a few days or a hand on vacation at the Arena and its lovely grounds.
If you wish to raise your game, Freemen and male fighting slaves can join the warrior school, while girls may join the Black Silk Slave House. In addition, we have other roleplay opportunities that support the Arena. Are you an experienced scribe, physician, merchant, slaver, blacksmith, tavern master, chef, baker, brewer, beast tamer? Bring us your best roleplay ideas. The opportunities are endless!
The goal at the Arena is to actively generate RP for yourself and others. This is not a SIM where we sit in our houses and never RP – there are no houses to sit in! The center of activity is the tavern and gardens if there isn’t an event at the Arena.
Warriors
Free Men and fighting male slaves are welcome to join the warrior house to learn and hone their fighting skills. As men advance through their ranks, they not only increase their knowledge of fighting fundamentals, but they compete in increasingly higher skill-level fights. As they gain these skills, they also gain access to better-trained slaves in the Slave House. “To the winner comes the spoils!”
~The Headmaster of the Arena has been in SL Gor since 2007. Over the years, he has been hired to train warriors of many cities within SL Gor; warriors are sent to him to help hone their crafts. He is also a Master Builder, and this SIM design and concept is his. ~
Slaves
As in the early days of SL Gor, the Black Silk Slave House offers a multi-tiered approach to slave training. Girls are assessed when they arrive and are placed at the right level within the ranks of the House. They are taught everything from slave basics to advanced concepts in order to serve the men of the Warrior House, Patrons, and participants of the Arena games, and eventually the greater Gorean community. Slaves may progress to the rank of Sister and train and mentor others at the school or be sold in our exclusive auction house. A rare gem may even become the Second Girl of the slave house, a prized position.
~The First Girl of the Arena joined SL in 2003 and Gor in 2004, and the first significant slave house, Naomi. Since then, she’s studied and served in numerous Gorean houses and in the BDSM Roissy SIM as a sister.~

If you join us, much will be asked of you, and much will be given. All warriors and slaves are voice verified to confirm gender, and we use Discord and SL voice on the SIM. While Discord and SL Voice are not used for roleplay, they are essential to effectively communicate in training programs for the School and the House. We recognize this is not for everyone, but it is the optimal way for us.
Come attend events or host them at the Arena! Our weekly events are open to the entire Gorean community, and the Arena itself can be rented out for a city to train. We also will host dance events in our beautiful gardens or at the OOC dance venue.
