Two old friends discuss a new topic every time. Significant amounts of research go into each episode, so interesting facts are intertwined with quick witted banter. All this makes for an entertaining and educational show that everyone will enjoy... well... that's debatable.
Yallllll welcome back! Straight away I wanna apologize, because the first 15 minutes of this episode was corrupted so that got deleted. Ryan, our sound guy and technician ruined everything, GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER RYAN! Don't worry though yall, Vance and I are having a meeting first thing Monday morning about firing Ryan, he wrecked this episode and we might wreck because of it.
So with that out of the way this episode is still awesome even though we have to skip past the introductions and pleasantries. Thankfully the recording does start right at the meat of the discussion. Gabe Hodge has been a Christian from a very young age, Vance and I were Christians right along with him and nowadays the three of us all disagree with each other, but that doesn't prevent us from having an in depth discussion on religion, specifically discussing the deconstruction of faith or "loss of faith" for lack of a better term.
Yall, welcome back! Seems like we all have more time on our hands lately. So, we figured now is as good a time as any to start talking about God. This episode Vance and I hang out with Pastor Stephen Allen, who we grew up with, but haven't seen in over a decade. We compared beliefs, found a few differences and a good bit of similarities. Most importantly though, Vance created the best game show you've ever heard. Enjoy!
Yallllll welcome back! Doing another group question and answer session. Got a new special guest this week, coming to you live from Pflugerville, Tx the incomparable John R, a voice for our generation. Obviously the star of the show Vance L brings his flavor to the station with his musical stylings, and long time friend of the show Rob S joins from College Station WHOOOOOPing it up. Hope you enjoy.
Yallllll welcome back! So, obviously everyone is aware of Covid-19 by now, and we wanted to take a moment to discuss how our lives have changed over the last few weeks. I ask a panel of folks what their day to day lives look like by comparison to just last month. When did each person first start taking it seriously, what do we think is coming next, and a plethora of other questions all related to Covid. Obviously some tangents and left turns happen, so just roll with those. This is the first episode yet that we have up to 4 people at one time going back and forth, so it makes for some great banter, as well as highlights different perspectives from Washington, DC to Austin, Texas to Pierre, South Dakota. I genuinely believe this Corona virus is as interesting a topic as there is right now, so I hope you agree, that everything about it, is interesting.
Hey yall! Joe truly believes everything is interesting, Vance doesn't always agree. This episode we are covering Cell Phones, and you be the judge, are they in fact interesting, or not?
