How should you respond when someone hurts you? This week we look at a famous teaching of Jesus in Matthew 18:21-35 and learn why citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven practice forgiveness like our King.
U mad bro? The political industrial complex hopes the answer is yes! But according to the New Testament, anger is rarely your friend and usually your enemy.
Why do you do the things you do? Are your words, actions, and attitudes determined by your upbringing, circumstances, or something else? This week we dive into Jeremiah 17:1-10 and see why the answer is found in the trees and what this has to do with the 2024 election cycle.
As we go through life, we must keep lifting our head out of the water and putting our eyes on this “pier.” We must view every experience and circumstance in our lives as an opportunity, allowed by God, to make us more like Jesus.
Disciples of Jesus are representatives of the King Himself and they should be treated accordingly. This week we wrap up our study of Matthew 10 and consider why serving others is the most rewarding life to live.
