Im a servant of Jesus Christ, “Missionary” 43 years young, married for 23 years to my wife amd sister in Christ Ashely. We have 4 beautiful children. Two girls amd two boys. Girls are in college with full student athlete scholarships. One in North Alabama runs long distance. And the young one enrolled at Oral Roberts university in Tulsa OK running short distance. Our boy Oscar is a junior and baby Jordan will be a freshman this comimg year. Honored and blessed with a beautiful family. Im a Hispanic born in a small towm 1 hour south of san antonio called “Cotulla” cowboys/cowgirls. Been there all my life (43 years) like 90% Hispanics grew up catholic (red to the bone) lol! And then converted to Christian when i was about 12 years old (1992) backslid like every good christian does lol, i dropped out in the 11 grade, after passing all of my TASS test. I was hooked on cocaine and booz and woman, couldnt take it anymore! Was living at the time wity my gma. Called up my parents to come pick me up. Took a year off, regatherd myself amd eventually recieved my GED in may of 99! Immediately went to work in the secular, first 4 years i had about 10 jobs lol, super unstable to saybthe least! In 2004 a golden opportunity came honking not knocking! It was the union pacific railroad! Only God! I worked there for 10 years all midnight shift, then came my children, i was never home. In 2013 the eagle ford shale (oil field) hit amd i resigned from yhe railroad to persue the oil field, landed a job with a great furtune 500 company. From 2013 to 2024 i dedicated myself to that oilfield working across 8 counties in south texas! In September of 2020 during covid is when the Lord came and spoke to me. I still remeber where i was. He said, “i need you to sow a seed” being a backsliding christian remeber! Lol, i knew immediately what to do. Without hesitation i sowed! (Mark 4:13) got comected with an evangelical in north texas, we produced two christian tejano albums in the next two years! “La Unica Paz” = The only peace” and the second album “Sale el Sol” = The Sun Rises” the first one gets considered for a latin grammy (christian) category, made the top 80 for consideration, almost made the nominations! So we hit the road helping the evangelist with revivals across texas! At that time we run tye sound amd lights. Little by little the evangelist calls me to the altar to share at that point my testimony. I wanted nothing to do woth the pulpit! I was “comfortable “ behind the mixer board. After two years the Lord removes us from the evangelical field and brings us to a local church here in homtown cotulla, called “La Vina Del Senor” The Vine of the Lord” i said here? Lol! Two years later we get imstructed the “sound doctrine “ and like they say the rest is “History” we went from being “comfortable “ behind the mixer to now preaching the gospel of Jesus Chirst behingvthe pulpit! In dec of 23, the Lord gave us a ministry! Its his, we just the ugly administration lol, remember hes the vine we are the branches! In jan if this year i was still at the secular job makikg well over 6 figures! I had been in prayer for the Lord to remove me or my secular job! I wanted to serve Jesus “full time” well jan 17 of this year it happened! Im now 4 months full time and four years of the obedience walk. We are nonprofit 501c all tax deductible. Outreach ministry available 24/7 we are here to serve not to be served! Amen
Brief Bio: Dr. Fredricc Gerard Brock
Dr. Fredricc Gerard Brock is one of the Lead Pastors and Co-Founders of The
Message Church, in San Antonio, Texas, and is the All School Chaplain at Saint
Mary’s Hall, a college preparatory school, also in San Antonio. He also serves as
an adjunct faculty member at Denver Seminary teaching homiletics. A
distinguished military service member, Dr. Brock is a Chaplain, Lieutenant
Colonel in the United States Air Force Reserve, serving as the IMA to the Deputy
Commandant at the Air Force Chaplain Corps College, Maxwell Air Force Base,
Alabama.
Dr. Brock graduated, with honors, from Texas Southern University with a
Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, where he was also a standout
football player. He also spent a brief time as a member of the NFL’s Houston
Texans. Dr. Brock is also a graduate of Baylor University’s George W. Truett
Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree in Theology. He completed
his Doctor of Ministry degree at the Oblate School of Theology in San Antonio,
Texas, where he was the first doctoral graduate from the Sankofa Institute for
African American Pastoral Leadership. Dr. Brock’s doctoral dissertation was
entitled “I Became: Black Church Identity and Violence in the Community.” He is
the husband of Dr. Kan’Dace L. Brock. Together, they have two daughters, Zoë

By the grace of God, I was blessed to have a strict father who kept me out of the streets. Even though we lived in the hood, my father instilled the fear of the Lord in me at an early age.

I had to help my family get closer to the Lord and be a role model for my sons. Sarah McSweeney grew up in Minneapolis Minnesota and has a lifetime of music and performance experience behind her, starting with piano lessons at age 6. She grew up performing on stage in many venues and various ensembles, winning statewide competitions at the age of 14, participating in recitals and performances with 20 grand pianos on stage played by the best competitors across the state of Minnesota. She also sang the national anthem for a crowd of 40,000 during a baseball game with the Diamondbacks VS. the Giants.
Sarah opened for popular artists like Colbie Caillat (“Bubbly”), Michelle Branch (“Everywhere”), and BB King, as well as recorded original material with grammy award winning producer Ruslan Sirota, (known for his work with Dianne Warren, Josh Groban, and Ne-yo) Brian Standefer, cellist for well-known Austin recording artist and musician Alexandro Escovedo, and collaborated on an album of healing music with Joe Vitale (from hit movie The Secret)
Sarah travels and sings internationally as a solo artist and also performs with the Sarah McSweeney band in local venues in Austin and the Hill Country area.

I'm a 1st grade teacher and health and fitness coach. I love working out and eating healthy ! I've been able to transform my life with my side business all while working from home . I've been married for 18 years and my son just graduated from high school .
Yvette Hardin is a native of San Antonio, TX, and has been singing since the tender age of three. She is a Prairie View A&M University graduate where she, along with a group of women, chartered the Lambda Zeta chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota Inc., a music fraternity. Cumulatively for ten years, she has served as a choir/music director and worship leader in churches and participated in multiple local community choirs on San Antonio’s Eastside. As ½ of female gospel hip-hop duo F.R.E.E. (Forever Radical Edifying & Exalting) with DJ Ms. Eclectic, Yvette had the opportunity to open for gospel artists like The Walls Group, Kierra Sheard, Bizzle, Da T.R.U.T.H., and Mali Music. In 2013, she performed in the play “The Black Nativity” with San Antonio’s Renaissance Guild. Currently, Yvette is in an inspirational group called D.A.Y. Tyme, consisting of members, David Jacobe, and Andrea Sanderson. Their single, “Free2BMe”, is out on all streaming platforms. She’s also part of an upcoming gospel group called David Jacobe and The Family Experience. In May of 2022, Yvette graduated from St. Philip’s College pursing her passion…music. By going after a degree in music, she aspires to be a Music Educator/Therapist, helping others cope with the struggles of life through music. She truly believes Christ + music= her divine purpose.
Pastor Kevin Lanier Pullam was born May 3, 1971 to Pastor William L. and Lady Vietta L. Pullam. He is married to the fabulous and spirit filled La’Tonya Denise Lillard Pullam. They were blessed with the stewardship of 4 sons (Kory, Kamaron, Kristian, Kaleb) and 1 daughter (Kevelyn). In addition to his spiritual gifting and leadership, Pastor Kevin Pullam is a Class A barber lisenced in both Texas and Wisconsin and a veteran of the United States Air Force. In his ongoing formal studies he has received Associates of Arts in Biblical Studies, Liberal Arts, Sociology and Psychology. He received a Certificate in Ministry from Howard Payne University and a BA in Psychology from Texas A & M Corpus Christi. He is near completion of a Master of Science in Counseling (Clinical and Mental Health) and is now enrolled in the Master’s of Divinity program at Southwestern Theological Seminary.
Pastor Pullam served as Senior Pastor of the Friendship Baptist Church in Corpus Christi Texas for 11 years where he considered it an honorable and humbling opportunity. Pastor Pullam cherishes his every moment at his first assignment recognizing that God had placed Him on the pastoral potter’s wheel to begin developing in him a skillset that has proven to be invaluable in his successive years of pastoral ministry.
On June 19, 2011 Pastor Pullam began his endeavors as Senior Pastor of the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Beloit Wisconsin. He continued to take the call of God seriously and stood with great spiritual authority as he was endowed by the Holy Spirit to preach and teach the holy scriptures. In that vineyard, he stretched himself and the Emmanuel family to be equipped for ministry in “such a time as this.” The advancements and improvements he presented are literally too many to mention here. In 6 short years they were able to accomplish some advances that will benefit the cause of kingdom work in and around Emmanuel for many years to come. Pastor Pullam says he shall never discount or forget the valuable lessons learned at EBC. He says, “while at FBC God increased my skill, but at EBC God increased my character.” There seems to be no doubt in his mind that the first 17 years of pastoral ministry were working together for what would be a true move of God toward his ministerial destiny.
On October 1, 2017, the Lord navigated a strenuous and prayerful search for our next pastor to manifest in the coming together of Pleasant Mt. Gilead Missionary Baptist Church and Pastor Kevin Lanier Pullam. Only those who are aware of the extensive history of the PMG and Pullam families would be able to articulate how greately the hand of God has been working for nearly five decades to ultimately bring this Pastor and People union together. Pastor Pullam has seemed to be a natural fit for the PMG family and appears to be the man God will use to lead our congregation into it’s next era. Pastor Pullam leads with compassion, excitement, sincerity, realness, approachability and a spiritual depth that has been encouraging to our multigenerational congregation. We are looking foward to what the Lord will do as He divinely guides our leader and laity.
Pastor Pullam exclaims that he is simply a humble servant who holds to the promise of Ecclesiastes 7:8, which decleares, “The end of a matter is better than its beginning, and patience is better than pride.” From this bible promise Pastor Kevin L. Pullam says his mantra for faith, family, and future is that “WHAT’S TO COME IS BETTER THAN WHAT’S BEEN!!!”

Through Eclectic’s tenure in music, she decided to not only be a lyricist but to broaden her horizon through 2 decks and a mixer. She has been blessed to share the stage with breakthrough artists like Erica Campbell, Kierra Sheard and Tamar Braxton.
She’s also DJ’d events at the SXSW Music and Media Conference, the world's leading music industry event, and shared her talents during the Stellar Awards Weekend. She is slated for the biggest Gospel Concert of its kind “God’s House of Hip Hop Summer Fest”. (DJ Ms. Eclectic is the only female DJ announced to hit the stage) and she recently won Female DJ of the Year at the Gospel Hip Hop Awards and DJ of the Year at the Spin Awards.

My name is Frederick Robert Dernbach aka Frank , I was born in Punta Gorda Florida ...this is my journey , coming from a non reglious family but caring I was Introduced to the word of God through my neighbors, although I was welcomed with open arms by the church at a young age . I didn't know how God performed miracles until my homeless juvenile journey began , from 14 years old to about 17 I was in gangs and carnival life style and became homeless, eating out of trash cans and living in drug infested hotels amd abandoned houses but the Turning point was when I faced 25 years of my life due to my rebellious ways ...boom yes you guessed it I answered the Call of God over my life understanding he has a path for me to walk down amd he rescued me from my self .....there is a point system as a youth offender enuff points you go to programs thr homes for troubled kids and or prison I had some kinda way always flew under the radar not realizing God had his hands on my life .....accomplishments. ....building a ministry to reach and hekp out those i was just like to restore thr lives and turn thr hearts of the people back to God a successful limo service and just as somebody invested in me it is now a charge to keep to invest in somebody elves amd the lives of others .......i have evanglised through the country help build churches and lead the people .....being a guiding beacon of Hope with the help of the lord helping others to understand that thr low points in life is possible to turn around .....showing that you can come from the streets to salvation be down but never out .......

Born in Mexico, live most of my life in San Antonio Texas.
Went to school, raised my kids and work in the healthcare in Texas. 2016 changed my life, after a toxic relationship, I started to discover myself and from inside out. I became vegan, and love a very minimalist life.l, became more aware of my life and my reality. Got into self discipline, mindfulness and self healing. 2020 hits and my job got heavier and heavier, we had so much responsibility and overwork. In September I received n invitation to joint a position in Austin TX. I accepted it. I moved to Austin, bought a RV, I really enjoyed my rving life. Quickly , I realized that I kept working and in reality I needed a bigger change. I sold my house and paid most of my bills, I switch from full time position to part time. I was determined to change my life style , I stared my own business ( trading in the market) I learned to enjoy the process of creating your own reality.
I became a life coach, a yoga instructor, resiliency facilitator, human design reader, reiki master and even an officiant. I knew I was making less money at work but I started feeling better with myself, having a less stress work. Also, I applied for a work visa in Spain and I got accepted after so many months of waiting. Finally in October 15 I received the acceptance for my visa and I decided to leave everything behind and move to Europe.
Now with a very low wage and so many things I have to still adapt, I became an English teacher for an elementary school. I never thought I would love so much this new role. I’m enjoying life ( completely ) and I still wonder what else the universe got for me.

My name is Chad Fisher. I am 37 years old and I was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Failure at the end of December 2019. Before that my ex-wife and I worked full-time as the owner/operators of a guided trail ride facility in Ft. Benjamin Harrison State Park outside of Indianapolis, IN.
Before that I spent nearly 10 years in the Live Production Industry. I traveled all over the country building sets, stages and rigging for A/V presentations. I spent some time in the concert side of the industry but quickly moved to the corporate side of the industry. I worked hard to build a reputation amongst my colleagues that was based on hard work and good communication.
I met my ex-wife in my travels and we dated for 2 years before getting married. In total we were together for 7 years. 4 years into the marriage I got diagnosed and that is were things began to fall apart. I'll touch on how that happened as well as things I learned during my days on the road and the 4 years as a business owner. I as we talk about the ups and downs of life and business.

Savannah Eldrige is the founder of Be Frank 4 She formed Be Frank 4 Justice to help ensure access to justice, after realizing obstacles while assisting her brother Frank appeal the egregious life sentence that he received under the outdated habitual offender statute. Through the organization, she advocates for meaningful changes in the criminal legal system and the empowerment of system impacted families.
In 2020, she formed the Coalition to Abolish Slavery-Texas, working to end the practice of slavery in Texas, and as of August 2022 became the Lead Organizer the Abolish Slavery National Network.
She also remains actively engaged in her community in her service on the Steering Committee of Texas Criminal Justice Coalition’s Statewide Leadership Council Steering Committee, Texas Incarcerated Families Association Board of Directors, and is the current Chair of the Criminal Justice Committee for NAACP 6304.
Savannah has enjoyed a professional career as a nurse for more than 20 years. She also utilized her medical expertise to help promote positive health initiatives for incarcerated persons, and is a member of the Academic Consortium on Criminal Justice Health
Walter Perry grew up on the Eastside of San Antonio, TX. As a youth, Walter got involved in gangs and his troubled behavior eventually landed him in prison at the age of 18 years old. While in prison, Walter got his life together. He enrolled in college and truck driving school and received his Certified Drivers License (CDL), and after his release in 2001, he drove trucks and attended college. Walter got into community work because he wanted to make a difference. During the recession of 2009, Walter had a hard time finding a job because of his criminal record, which led him to depression and homelessness. Its was at the bottom where Walter discovered his true purpose. Despite his struggles, Walter managed to stay active in the community by volunteering and organizing residents to attend public and community meetings. In 2013 Walter founded SUIT UP! MY GREAT MESS: In my early teens my family was living in Houston, the day after Thanksgiving we were homeless. We bounced around from hotels and motels, soon money ran out & we were living in our car. After what seemed like an eternity we were blessed to find refuge in a family shelter in downtown Houston. Not having a home of our own broke us down emotionally, mentally, financially, spiritually & physically. It was hell on earth each blow left a wound, it felt like GOD turned His back on us. I would rage against GOD.
GOD’s GREATNESS: He took my wounds & turned them into scars. Each one a reminder of HIS promise, a promise to never leave me or forsake me. By His Grace we started to see change in our lives gradually. In this time, I discovered my GOD GIVEN GIFT, ministering thru rap music. Veronica Flores-Herrera is the Assistant News Director at KRIS/KZTV/KAJA Telemundo /CW and KDF-TV. She joined the KRIS TV team in Corpus Christi in May 2001.
Flores-Herrera began her career in news in July 1997 while attending Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. She began as an editor for Corpus Christi's CBS affiliate KZTV-10 in Corpus Christi. After graduating from college in May 2001, she was hired as a producer by the NBC affilitate in Corpus Christi KRIS 6 News. In October 2002, She helped produce several newscasts covering a tornado that tore through Corpus Christi destroying portions of Del Mar College-West. The massive tornado not only left the city in shambles but it also killied a Del Mar College professor. In July 2010, Flores was promoted as an Assignments Editor/. A few months later, when KRIS TV merged with the CBS affiliate KZTV in Corpus Christi, Flores was named a Content Manager. Her duties include overseeing reporters and photographers, finding and vetting stories for the newscasts and helping the KRIS TV web and social media teams. During her time at KRIS 6 News, Flores-Herrera has helped investigate several major news stories that have affected Corpus Christians including Food Stamp Fraud in Nueces County, the reselling of government-issued baby formula at local stores, the numerous water boil notices issued in the city, and the downfall of Corpus Christi Mayor Dan McQueen who resigned after KRIS 6 News uncovered the discrepancies in his resume. She has also helped cover stories that have made international headlines including the story of the conjoined sisters who underwent an 18-hour long separation surgery at Driscoll Children's Hospital. She's also been instrumental in the coverage of Hurricane Harvey that hit the Coastal Bend on August 25, 2017. Flores helped in coverage that allowed Coastal Bend residents prepare for the storm. She also helped produce wall to wall coverage of the massive storm as it made its way along the Coastal Bend. She continues to help in stories as the Coastal Bend slowly gets back on its feet. In 2020, Herrera was promoted to the station’s Assistant News Director.
Her work on stories have earned KRIS TV several Texas Associated Press Broadcasters awards, including the 2016 "Best Television Newscast" Division IV. She is also the recipient of the Texas Bar Association’s “2018 Texas Gavel Award”.

Going on to become one of the youngest members of her mother's recording gospel Choir, the City Wide Youth Choir, she also began playing multiple instruments-- most notably the cello and piano. In high school, she participated in an on campus club sponsored by the local YMCA called youth and government where she traveled Texas participating in mock trial and legislative competitions. After highschool, Brittani went on to attend Texas A&M University Corpus Christi where she majored in Criminal Justice, and minored in Philosphy and English. Because of her background, she also recieved a scholarship for non-music majors in exchange for her participation in the music department. She played in the university symphony, and worked with and tutored students in music theory. After graduating with her 4 year degree in 3.5 years, Brittani went on to take some preparatory courses at in Austin and at the University of Texas at San Antonio before being accepted into St. Mary's School of Law in San Antonio. She graduated from the 3 year Law School program in 2.5 years and passed the Texas State Bar on her first try. She is now the owner and senior attorney of B. Pleasant Law, PLLC. Rhonda Garcia has been breaking musical barriers since 1993, when she joined Mariachi Campanas de America, becoming the group's first female member. As a member of Campanas de America, she performed with a "who's who" in the mariachi music industry including Mariachi Los Camperos de Nati Cano, Sol de Mexico, and Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlan. During her tenure, she worked with some of the biggest names in the Latino music industry including Celia Cruz, Vicente and Alejandro Fernandez, and Gloria and Estefan. In 1998, she joined Mariachi Los Caporales, becoming the group’s first female as well.
As a recording artist, she has four albums to her credit, including two with Campanas de America and two with Mariachi Los Caporales. She has also recorded violin and vocals on a multitude of albums by artists including Veronica Castro, Conjunto Primavera, and with Tejano stars such as Ruben Ramos, Elida y Avante, and Michael Salgado.

The San Antonio native is known for his powerful East Coast/Texas lyricism, witty punchlines, and energetic delivery style which he calls "gettin' zealous". After his encounter with Christ in 2004, his high school hobby of rapping became a passion in which he would later use to proclaim the "live zealous" message.
His career began in 2009 as part of the rap duo "Da' Watchmen". The duo released their debut project, "The Choose Life EP". They later became known as E.Z.K.L. (Establishing Zealous Kingdom Living) and released their sophomore project in 2012, titled "Stories of the Heart." The two eventually branched off to pursue solo careers, and SonDaye founded Live Zealous Music.
SonDaye released his solo freshman project "New Creature" in 2014, followed by the "Hidden EP" in 2017. The project featured the popular songs "B-Side" and "Tug of War". Most notable was his 4-day "Hidden EP Devotional" accompanying the record.

Jonniemaerose is a talented singer songwriter with a “sultry, smokey voice.” She comes from Sacramento, California where she has been singing her entire life as a worship leader. Lydia Davis is a counselor and life coach with a passion for empowering individuals and families to be their best and truest selves. Charity Nicole is the Founder/CEO of Universal Doula Pros, R.I.S.E. (Respect, Integrity, Self-Love Experience), The Mother, Father, and Inner Child Wound Experience, among other healing aspects of herself. She is a Certified Birth Doula, a Child Birth Educator Yoga Instructor, a Crossover Doula, an herbalist, however, she is most passionate about motherhood and empowering women with becoming their most true and highest self. Charity Nicole is a practitioner at the Intuitive Living Institute in Palm Coast, Fl and she is currently in midwifery school. Charity’s passion for birthing stems from her own personal experience as a teen mom. Through her experiences she chooses to be the change that she wishes to see in the world. Director of Communications at Community Bible Church in San Antonio, TX. He graduated from Cornerstone Christian School in San Antonio, working at Cornerstone Church after graduation. In 2006, AJ earned his degree in communications from Texas State in San Marcos, TX. He went on to work for Hagee Ministries for 2 years before coming to CBC in 2009. In 2012, he married Isabel Ramos and the two knew they wanted a family. Today’s podcast is the story of this couple’s faith and trust along the journey to a family.
