Best Week EVER~! - 15 min.
This week, Jeff Pulver held the #140conf in LA and some of my very dear friends were there,
such as: @CiaoBella50 @LoriMoreno @MayhemStudios @HennArtOnline @AdventureGirl @3Lunches @BethFrysztak and so many more!
Friday night, the Foo Fighters - my favorite band - held a 3 HOUR online concert for their fans!

And I've been getting a lot of requests for custom wholesale - an oxymoron! LOL So have to
pull the plug on that one for now in small quantities since that is NOT wholesale, but
custom only - it should have a higher price!
And the doctors I ask about skin care are Dr. Perricone and Dr. Murad, mainly. Dr. François
Marceau did some testing on a rabbit's ear in Canada and he is afraid DMAE causes fibroblasts - which are formed during the genysis
of collagen tissue, by the way, but hypothesizes that DMAE may cause thickening of the skin. I have been using DMAE for 7 years and have nothing but fantastic things to say! Of course I am not documented, so I am documenting that fact today! The article:

Save Money on Halloween Makeup - II
Cutting back on extras is an ongoing theme in the United States, but that doesn't mean we don't still know how to have a good time! The greasepaint used once a year for Halloween may stretch your budget a little too far, so I'll tell yu some ways to sidestep costs, mix your own and get great visual effects without breaking the bank.
Food coloring in small portion of everyday face makeup loose eyeshadow/eyebrow color such as minerals or ground up chalk - which also makes paint when mixed with Elmer's glue - into small portion of everyday face makeup to make darker color - blue for death - green for hulk, witch, etc - red for devil, superhero, etc - white for vampires, geisha girl, etc.
burnt cork to get dirty appearance for bum, etc.
Make your own scars, blood, bruises, aging (brow pencil wrinkles, etc.)

My Dad and The Power of Optimism at Work and Play
This week I have watched the power of optimism at work in my own father. I never really noticed how
gifted he is at inspiring others to help him get the very best, but I am now taking notice. This show
will not have segments; it's all about him and the remarkable way he draws people to him and never
lets anything stop him in his tracks. Anyone would enjoy hearing about my Dad. He knows someone almost
everywhere he goes!
At 82 years of age in 2009, our perceptions are changing about just how old that is. There are more
octogenarians than ever now, and the average life expectancy in the US continues to jump. My Dad has
had numerous experiences that would stop the average person in his or her tracks. I am now convinced
that the reason he thrives is because he wants to thrive. He is eternally optimistic.
