In this fortnight's voyage into the mysteries of policy, we ask why Votes at 16 was brought in for the Scottish Referendum, but not the Brexit referendum. We decided on this topic following an enquiry by a 16 year old constituent.
We've heard a lot about rising crime and falling police numbers, with commentators linking the two together. It's certainly a time of heightened attention on crime, with reports such as those of ever rising knife crime, but are the two actually linked?
That's the question we aimed to answer this week on Policy Pods, Darren Jones MP's podcast aimed at answering constituents' policy questions.
Meaningful Vote, treaty approval, European Parliament approval... the road to Brexit is long and winding, but a lot less enjoyable than The Beatles song. In this episode, we tried to work out what the main stops are on that road - i.e. what has to be done, by when, by whom, for Brexit to happen on time.
