008 Having to be perfect all the time is exhausting.  I've had such freedom from overwhelm and perfection in my life because I learned this one simple Bible truth, and that is grace. Grace is like giving yourself a "do-over".  Let's use the financial world as an example. I love that in the financial world with credit cards or mortgages that if I'm not exactly on time or I forgot to make that mortgage payment, that they give me a grace period.  So how can we give ourselves a little grace and free ourselves from perfectionism like the example above? We cover that and much more in this week's episode. For show notes, how to get a free custom journal and more: http://reneeteller.com/giveyourselfgrace/

007 Being overwhelmed is such a big issue today!! Everywhere I turn it feels like as a society we are overwhelmed about something like having to be "perfect" all the time,  having a to-do list that is never-ending, or running from one thing to the next without any time for yourself. If this sounds like you, this episode is a must-listen. The feeling of overwhelm doesn't just happen when we are adults. I remember as a child feeling indecisive about which donut I wanted on a Sunday morning. That feeling even as a child was overwhelming. As I got older, I have been able to free myself from all of that and I am so excited to share with you how I did it in this episode. 006 If God has a plan for my life, how can I get a hold of it? Where can I go and what do I need to do to hear God's plan? These are questions I asked myself when I was younger. Now, as a focused, priority-driven businesswoman, I have to be organized and have a daily plan and appointment calendar. Ever since I did this ONE THING with my calendar, that we will cover in this episode, everything changed. I had more peace every day. That's not to say days aren't crazy, busy, and sometimes chaotic but stress does not have the same effect on my life as it once did. Be sure to tune in to this episode to learn what I did to hear God's plan for my own life and for you to do the same.
