Gregg's life has always been about telling stories including his public art works all over America that tell the forgotten stories of small towns and big cities. The stories he tells on the podcast are more personal. In each episode he brings you an offbeat story or two from his life, in under 20 minutes. Season two features stories about him starting a landslide in Big Sur, finding himself on the receiving end of police brutality, and his experiences with the lighter side of Buddhist meditation.

We welcome Tricia Rose Burt to the show to tell her story!
After spending nearly 15 years with some of America’s top business institutions, Tricia Rose Burt made a dramatic shift and enrolled in the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. This bold move led to a decade as a visual artist until the 2008 market crash forced another pivot. She created an award-winning one-woman show — How to Draw a Nekkid Man — about her transformation from executive to artist and her storytelling career took off after performing with The Moth, where she is also part of their corporate storytelling arm, MothWorks. These days, Tricia combines her corporate background and artistic experience, teaching storytelling to executives to help them more clearly share their ideas and initiatives. She also hosts and produces the award-winning podcast "No Time to be Timid," the centerpiece of the No Time to be Timid movement.

Our next episode of this new season is entitled Touching the Sky, we find a famous blind Indian writer visiting my studio. He’s never seen a skyscraper and plans to feel the relief work on my collection of bronze depictions of New York City architecture to discover what these tall buildings really look like. The whole experiment is a total failure, but not in the way you might think. Fantasy and reality so often collide. It’s a rare moment when they coincide and this was not such a moment.

This week's episode features three tales from my Pig Stories collection. FIrst up is a story about the dangers of a pig farmer raising his own pet pig . Next we visit a roadside attraction where a pig trained to mine gold for the audience decides he’s done with mining. Finally we witness what happens when a 400 pound Duroc pig decides to flop down on top of his owner’s back while she’s lying on the floor reading by the fire.
