Ty is joined by Rain Hayles, better known as Splash Productions, to talk about his journey as a content creator making highlight reels for some of the best hoopers in CT and across the states. Splash talks about his experience working with multiple AAU teams and being apart the Nike EYBL Peach Jam tournament with the New York Lightning. He explains where the idea came from to start Splash Productions and what he hopes to accomplishing going forward. Splash gives us insight into his new doc-series and his dream of working in the NBA.

I got the opportunity to sit down and talk to Eric Yang. Eric is a current UConn student majoring in Communications and is a Senior Producer at Through The Lens. Through The Lens is a content creating agency that is owned by NBA Allstar Carmelo Anthony.  Eric talks about his experience with Through The Lens and how he's worked with Tray Young, Candace Parker, and Napheesa Collier. He's also had opportunities to work with Julius Randle and Caris LeVert. He's also apart of Poto Projects, a small photo agency started by Eric and his Girlfriend. They are prepared to release the first issue of their "DREAM." magazine which will feature some of UConn's finest athletes. Eric also published a travel documentary called Yosemite Lights in March of 2020.

The conversation talks about how the organizations have adapted to the challenges of Covid-19 and how important It is for college students to be able to handle their money. Each individual of the FEC board has goals to change the world of business to help fix the racial divide.
