In this episode we're talking Evolving Spirituality. We both grew up in Christian communities. All the way up until our mid 30s, our religion was the basis of who we were, what we did and what we believed about the world. In 2015, in what felt like a blink of an eye, those identities and beliefs, as well as anything connected to them, completely shattered. It was a devastating loss.
