The Bumpy Road is a podcast that explores the ups and downs faced by leaders in the early stages of their careers, the learnings they gained and the advice they’d give to their younger self. We also asked leaders to provide insights to the next wave of talent – what they look for, what they value, what they believe leads to success in the workplace.
