Good morning
I discuss how we use FTP and the ramp test to promote our rehab. I give examples of the rehab I've been doing and how the apps are helping me stay on track.
I also discuss doing this based on three different scenerios. I firmly believe that if we rehabilitate ourselves properly and with common sense. Follow a proper program and communicate with our teams we will be be better off.
Please have a listen and contact me if you wish or join my team on whoop. Newheart 2014

Whoop Band for sleep and training information including HRV and quality of sleep.
Trainer road for my bike app useable indoors and out.
Tacx vortex indoor bike trainer.
These are the pieces of equipment I use but we are not sponsored by any of them. I just find they all work really well together.
Let's do this together and help each other out. I'm not a super athlete but I have been training and doing rehabilitation work for 6.5 years with a new heart. I might just be able to make you a little better. I'm also thinking that one of you or more could also help me quite a bit as well.
I'm discussing how I'm using the whoop app and trainer road app to keep my rehabilitation moving forward. I have struggled with leg strength since my transplant.
I have noticed by using the sleep, heart rate and bump test that I'm able to monitor my activity better and pay closer attention to what my body is telling me. By doing this my energy level is far better and I'm gaining more momentum by paying more attention.
I have been trying to find the proper mixing and I believe i might be getting closer. Have a listen and let me know if you have any ideas.
Let me know if you want to join one of my teams so we can train together. I discuss this in my podcast.
