After her fiancé passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in 2007, then was gang raped and almost murdered in 2012 Angelena vowed she would never be silenced and chose to dedicate her life to helping others rise above their own adversity. She believes all our journeys are sacred and more than ever, women's voices need to be heard. With her down-to-earth personality and wisdom, she puts everyone at ease and lets them shine.

Agrawal is the CEO of the multi-award winning Canadian jewellery manufacturing company, Best Bargains and recipient of OWIT's 2012 Woman Exporter of the Year award. She is responsible for sales, promotions, advertising, jewellery designing and media relations. In addition to her work at Best Bargains, Anita has used her wide skill set to work with over 50 not-for-profit organizations in her capacity as a consultant to the Canada Council for the Arts and Cultural Pluralism in the Arts Movement Ontario. Over the years, Anita has been interviewed about her work by Canadian and international journals, including the Globe and Mail, Profit Magazine, Canadian Jeweller and more. Anita's passion for community engagement led her to run as both a provincial and a federal candidate in 2007 and 2008, respectively, for the New Democratic Party of Canada. Anita holds a B.Sc (hons) in human biology from the University of Toronto, a post graduate diploma in E-commerce from Centennial College and an MA in social anthropology from Carleton University in Ottawa. She has also taken executive courses at The Rotman School of Business and was selected as one of 12 Canadian mentees for the Accenture supplier diversity training program for 2013-2014. In May 2014, she was a Canadian delegate as part of a delegation to Italy by invitation of the Italian Trade Commission. In her spare time, Anita enjoys making art and volunteering.

Angelena interviews Tina Tchen at the Canadian Women's Foundation Annual Breakfast where she was the keynote speaker. Tchen is an American lawyer and CEO of Time's Up. Her work centers on issues related to gender inequity, sexual harassment, and lack of diversity in the workplace. During President Obama's campaign in 2008, Tchen was one of his biggest fundraisers, raising $200,000. From Obama's inauguration in 2009 until January 5, 2011, she was the Director of the White House Office of Public Engagement, previously known as the Office of Public Liaison. From 2011 until 2017, she served as Assistant to President Barack Obama; Chief of Staff to First Lady Michelle Obama; and Executive Director of the White House Council on Women and Girls. In 2017, she became a partner in the law firm Buckley Sander where she led the workplace culture practice and was head of the firm's Chicago office. In 2018, she was one of the co-founders of Time's Up and lead its legal defense fund that connected victims of sexual harassment with lawyers. The fund has raised more than $24 million by 2019 and has connected more than 3,600 workers in various industries to legal support for sexual harassment cases.

She is known for her association with Network Ten as a newsreader in the 1990s and 2000s when she co-hosted Ten Eyewitness News in Brisbane, Queensland. She later went on to work with Sky News Australia as a reporter and presenter from 2007 to 2015. In May 2017 Spicer released her autobiography, The Good Girl Stripped Bare. She was appointed as a Member of the Order of Australia "For significant service to the broadcast media as a journalist and television presenter, and as an ambassador for social welfare and charitable groups".
