In this episode with breathwork facilitator Lucinda Kerr.we discuss:The importance of really feeling your emotionshow to move them through with breathworknot labelling emotions good or bad/just letting them beblack lives matter and the emotional work around dismantling white supremacyIt was amazing and cathartic chat that covered so much ground around emotional wellbeing. This episode was recorded at the height of the recent BlackLivesMatter movement over the summer but I have left that part in as I believe these conversations need to be continued to be had and should not stop until real change is made.
