This episode was a special one. We speak again with our great friend Kyle Traynor. Kyle is someone that we love speaking to because of his authentic nature. He is real. The topics of 'Gym Culture' and 'Internal Stability' are two very different topics but they interrelate more than we know. The idea that a gym can have a strong uplifting culture and that the culture plays a major role in why a business like Platinum Training Academy can survive the COVID-19 lockdown is something that I will always be proud of.
The fact that this same culture has such a positive impact on an individuals internal stability and challenges that person to be better and live to higher standards is what has saved many people from making huge mistakes with their lives. It's very odd that a gym of all places can have this impact on it's clients/members, but we are very aware of the positive impact that we have on our people.
We encourage you to listen to this episode with an open heart and mind so that you can hear the messages that we are giving.
