We discuss Acts 4 where Peter and John are arrested by the Sanhedrin for preaching Jesus as the Messiah in the Jewish temple courtyard after capturing the attention of the crowd through the healing of the lame man at the gate called Beautiful. Then we discuss the powerful prayer of the believers at the end of the chapter and how us Christians can take some notes from it. We close by discussing the foster care focused ministry, Called to Care, with the co-director of Berrien County, Ivy Lindsey.

In part 1, we discuss the rest of Acts 2 where Peter preaches to both the believers on whom the Holy Spirit has just indwelt and the curious multitude that has gathered and is witnessing the miracle of tongues. We also delve into the prophesies Peter mentions about the coming of the Holy Spirit and "what should we do" when the message of the gospel finally pierces our heart. In part 2, we interview Pastor Mickey Lindsey of Jacob's Well Church in Nashville, GA about the ONE CHURCH PROJECT.
We begin discussing the powerful account in Acts 2 of the Holy Spirit coming upon the 120 believers and how the story parallels to Genesis 11 and the Tower of Babel. God states in Genesis 11 that "one language/voice would make nothing impossible to the people" - we apply that to God's church He birthed in Acts 2.
