I guarantee we're limiting life in ways we don't even realize that we are. Crack a tooth? Learn a life lesson. Episode 30 is a deep dive into a close up and awkwardly personal analysis of daily problems and life for a person with a weird (perhaps dysfunctional) brain. Inside, there are at least 3 identifiable tips in here that may be a great help to those of us struggling with some very difficult and complex personal issues. It's different for everyone, and every person and situation is different, but hopefully we can all continue to try bringing a little more peace to our everyday (and sometimes not so everyday) lives and to those around us.
