In January. Year 7 went on a two day trip to Ypres in Belgium and to the site of the Battle of the Somme in France.
On Tuesday 10th March, Mr Miell will be hosting a marathon 24 hour live radio show to raise money for Honeypot! Our fundraising target is a massive £2000. The show will be broadcast from the Library and children will be making appearances live on the radio throughout the school day.
Viv Carter from The Honeypot Children’s Charity gave us a talk on how Honeypot has been working to enhance the lives of young carers aged 5 – 12 years old. Honeypot are one of our school charities and we have been busy raising money for them.
