Magic is inherently a challenge art form. We are hiding secrets from the audience, the audience knows we are hiding secrets from them, we tell them we are hiding secrets from them, and they try and figure out our secrets. Can framing your magic in a different way, or even framing yourself in a different way, prevent the interaction being a challenge?

Magic Monday has been on for about 7 ish months now and we wanted to give you listeners a little sneak peek at what’s to come. This episode is all about our future plans for the channel, the series and this podcast. Thank you for rolling with us this far. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! We have the whole magic roster with us and they discuss their New Year’s Resolutions. These resolutions are really specific to being a magician. What are some of your resolutions? Hit us up in the comments.
We as magicians have some really bad habits. Now that it is almost a new year, it’s the perfect time to relinquish those bad ones to make room for the good improvement ones. Here a few of Dre and Masato’s personally bad habits they want to get rid of as well as some they think all magicians should not have.
Have you ever been doing a show and someone interrupts right in the middle of it and is just a thorn in your side. You, my friend, have just experienced a heckler. Heckling is a disease that has plagued magicians for years and now we have the cure. No we don’t. Our suggestion is to practice, and find your own way of dealing with hecklers. But, if you need a little nudge in the right direction, here are some tips.
This week, Dre and Masato have another QnA session. In this Magic Monday episode, you find out what our magicians deem their hardest trick. What is difficulty and they also reveal a few stories about how they messed up and was able to recover without a second thought.

We found that magicians could learn from different groups of people. We interviewed a few people at an old folk’s home and decided to apply what they said in order to become better at magic. The one question we asked was “What is the one piece of advice you would give to the younger version of yourself?”
An act is way more than one magic trick or one song or poem. We talk about and rank our favorite cohesive characters and performers in our experience.
