So many wonderful souls are on the strictest of diets believing this will fade their face, cancelling social events because of eating out because of something you have read of been told. This is such false information and so dis-empowering taking people way away from their power. I recommend you change this belief if you want to heal your Rosacea.

There is a big ugly hate that can absorb us,ย control us, self-sabotage usย when we have Rosacea.
Rosacea is so misunderstood because most research is being done by people who have neverย had Rosacea on their face OR you are being encouraged by people who have Rosacea to spend thousands to try and cover it instead of being encouraged and inspired to awaken and heal from it.
Rosacea wants to be the love you were born to be. I know because I hated on myself for years and. Searched and believes all the media for years. Spent thousands on products & treatments for years. You don't have to

Another raw open to the point Rosacea Freedom Talk that needs to be shared.
Yesterday I heard this sentence again. "I was desperate when I meet you Jo I even had suicidal thoughts"
I have heard this sentence many times before from people who email me in pure desperation and from others who I have the pleasure to work and guide.
This is how Rosacea can have us feeling. This was an intrusive thought of mine when I was at my lowest and from my years of experience working with Rosacea sufferers this is how many people find me is when then they are this desperate and I want you to know

Time and time again I hear people saying they have no time. Or use the excuse that when they get the time they will write to me, contact me, start the journey with me as they are so desperate to Heal and fade there face. YET sadly that TIME never comes.
They are so busy to include themselves in their schedules to take time out for themselves to make them-self a priority, putting others before themselves which only fuels Rosacea can cause resentment, bitterness, frustration even anger. Finding, learning, offering yourself TIME is paramount to become conscious, heal, be you and live your best life.

This easy breathing technique is one I love to do for a calming fix. It grounds me and brings around a sense of calm. It is great for anytime of the day - Especially when the mind gets fixated on your face.
