Rebecca Berschwinger is the creator and host of One Little Candle Christian Podcast. Several years ago, Rebecca responded to God‘s call to go forth and empower and encourage believers to know not just what they believe, but why they believe and to stand firm in God‘s transcendent truths. She has had the privilege of teaching Christian Worldview classes to high-schoolers along with creating and teaching Bible studies to the male and female inmates at her local county jail. She has served as a crisis pregnancy counselor for the Alpha Pregnancy Center and most recently as a Discipleship Coach for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.
Along with studying Systemic Theology and for her certificate in Christian Apologetics, Rebecca enjoys her role as a wife, mom of four, and Nana to seven precious grandchildren. In addition to spending time with her family, Rebecca also enjoys reading, writing, creating Christian t-shirts, camping, and gardening.

After the death of my father, someone my siblings and I thought could be trusted, stole our family's belongings along with our inheritance, all without any legal recourse for my siblings and I. Perhaps you have suffered great hurt, rejection, betrayal and disappointment by someone you thought you could trust. Perhaps you've suffered loss or a great injustice as a result of the evil and malicious actions of another. It's terribly difficult and challenging to not harbor bitterness, resentment, and unforgiveness toward our offender. Especially if there seems to be no way to experience justice. But God makes a way for us in our trials, hurts, and afflictions. He makes a way for us to extend forgiveness and experience peace and hope while kicking bitterness and resentment to the curb! It may not be easy but nothing is impossible with God now is it? How does our loving and faithful Heavenly Father make a way for us in some if life's biggest messes? By reminding us of the unimaginable, imperishable inheritance that awaits those who are His! A little about Paul Lee.
Paul is a retired Chattanooga Police Department Captain, with 29 years of law enforcement service. He has worked on several specialized units including Federal Task Forces, five years as a Hostage Negotiator and five years on the SWAT Team. He has been an FCPO member since 1995, is a former Chapter Chairman and has served in various capacities on the National Board. Paul and his wife Donna have five adult children and four grandchildren.
One of life's greatest privileges and blessings is to be a grandparent. As grandparents, it's a joy to be able to treat our grandchild or grandkids to all sorts of fun things. But the greatest joy isn't really about indulging them in material things but in ministering to their precious souls. As a Christian grandparent, are you investing time and energy into teaching them the things of God? Our grandchildren need us to teach them, through word and deed, a healthy fear of the Lord and to be able to stand firm in the faith. Predestination. Election. Chosen. All these words are found throughout the Bible, yet they cause great controversy within the Church. I once despised this doctrine, the doctrine of sovereign election. But God got ahold of me and showed me through His Word, just how amazing His grace truly is! For 14 years, Anita Myles Dames, struggled with same-sex desires. As a result, over the years she searched for true clarity about her identity, “Was this the way God created me? Gay?” She would frequently ask herself.
Receiving rejection, condemnation, and experiencing depression, caused her to live in isolation. In search of truth (still gay) between the years 2008-2012, she came to faith (believed in who God says He is) and went before the Lord, believing that He has all the answers.
It was in the year 2013, the unexpected miracle transpired. God SPOKE DIRECTLY to Anita and instantly erased fourteen years of same-sex desires.
After her supernatural encounter, Anita, out of complete obedience, humbly answered the call to share God's love. She encourages those struggling with same-sex desires through teachings on The Power Of Faith. Anita´s primary focus is educating such individuals on the key ingredients of her testimony:
1) The importance of the activation of one´s faith 2) Creating unity with God through prayer and studying of His word.
Now through the guidance and leadership of the Holy Spirit, He allows her to: minister to the hearts of those who are currently battling—asking the question she too once asked, ¨Who Am I?", encourage and bring awareness to others, exclaiming God is able to renew their mind in Him, but it requires one's faith in God. June is gay pride month and the rainbow is everywhere you look. For the Christian, it can be very disheartening to see God's holy sign of His covenant with the earth and all who dwell on it being so misused and basically blasphemed.
But take heart! The rainbow can be taken back and it's much easier than one might think!

But those who put their trust in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior have nothing to fear and have a great hope! Wonderful things beyond our wildest expectations are in our future because the best is yet to come!
In this episode I have the amazing privilege of talking with Christian Apologist and author, Sara Broyhill Anderson about her life-changing and timely book, The Best is Yet to Come; Facing the Fears of Today With God's Hope for Tomorrow. It is my heart desire to share with you her book that gave me a new found hope and trust in God that I didn't even realize I was missing! As believers, we need to be challenged in our faith and that is exactly what this book will do along with giving you the courage to conquer your fears and be strengthened and renewed in your walk with God as you learn to trust Him with abandon no matter what this life may throw your way and no matter how dark the world may become!
