In today’s episode of the Empact podcast your host Adriane talks to Dr. Lee Cordell, a pleasure focused, trauma informed coach. Dr. Lee starts off by introducing what her main purpose is and what she does with her clients the most. They discuss hustle culture and it's impact on success. Dr. Lee explains how to begin improving with small baby steps and explains how even small life decisions, can have a huge impact. Dr. Lee also shares a personal story regarding trauma and self-healing. Adriane and Dr. Lee continue to talk about moral injuries and where they appear in business and how her kids help her stay more emotionally healthy. Dr. Lee ends with why people should strive to make themselves and their social circles more emotionally healthy and what outlets do we use and how do we achieve it, along with her EASE formula.

Today on the podcast I welcome Human Design expert Christine Michelle. Together, we talk about human design, it’s implications on leadership and business, and how it helps you personally. We start by discussing the five design types (Manifestor, Manifesting Generator, Generator, Projector, and Reflector) and end by listing some more specific examples. Questions to ask yourself so you can stop working ON your blog and start working IN your blog:
- What I the last few months looked like? What has worked? What has not? What needs more time? What needs to be tweaked? What resources do I have that can help?
- What behaviours need to change? How can I accomplish this?
- What resources (time, energy, money) do you currently have and what might you have in the future? What skills have I already invested in, and which skills do I need to invest in?
