Dr Hassan is uniquely qualified to speak on these subjects because at the age of 19 he was recruited into the Unification Church of Sun Myung Moon. After 2 years, his family successfully deprogrammed him from the cult. As a result, Dr. Hassan has spent the last 42 years working as a mental health counselor to help save others caught by the undue influence of a cult.
