We all have wondered why women say they're "fine" when they are clearly not, why we have such crazy mood swings, and why we feel the need to talk about a problem until it disappears. Well you're in luck, cause Ava discusses that and more this week. Not only does she go through a list of things she has compiled, but she also reached out to her friends to see what they have to say. Why relationships should be 50/50, how to have a civil conversation with your partner, and why men seem to be less comfortable opening up are ALL topics covered this week. Enjoy!

PSA: AVA IS SPEAKING FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. SHE IS NOT SPEAKING FOR ALL PEOPLE OF A CERTAIN GROUP.
This week, Ava brings you an episode that should have happened awhile ago, but since it hasn't, here you go! This week is devoted to Icebreakers, little games/activities that aim to help people get to know one another. But since this is a solo podcast, Ava is doing icebreakers all by herself, in an effort to help you all get to know her better. :) Some of the activities are questions that Ava answers, others are games that you can play along to like Two Truths and A Lie and Never Have I Ever. A new Friday, a new episode, and Ava is all fired up for this one. In this episode, she tackles the touchy subject of Disney Princesses, a topic that was fueled by another podcast she listened to recently. Ava comes to you with an OPINIONATED ranking of 12 Disney Princesses, on how progressive they are. She also talks about the unrealistic qualities in the princesses that we see both in the physical and mental aspects. Why doesn't Disney have any LGBTQ+ characters yet? Why is there limited racial/cultural representation in these movies? Why doesn't Disney add a princess in a wheelchair? All this and more is discussed this week...enjoy!
