Find out why you are not able to forgive someone, as I rant how to let go of your hurt emotions and regain your happiness. Subscribe to become a superhuman.
Check out my other handles- https://linktr.ee/RishabArora
Summary of the rant- You cannot truly forgive someone, that bad memory/trauma will always remain in your brain. What you should do instead is to understand that this inner thought will soon start to fade away and loose it’s power over you and you won’t be thinking about it nearly as much as you did in the beginning ( re enforce to yourself that this is just a bubble of shitty thought that comes and goes every now and then, it isn’t something to overthink about because it is only killing your mood, and is of no benefit to you)For example- The bully that hit you or the partner who cheated on you.You might never forgive them and that’s okay, don’t force it. Realize that what you are thinking right now will shrink down from a shitty thought of few minutes a day, to once a week, to once a month, to almost never, and their existence won’t even matter to you after a point.
Know how the Indian Education System failed to teach us anything about health and nutrition; and how FMCG brands fool us through false advertising and play on our innocence.

Summary of the video-
Indian Education System does not teach us anything about fitness, nutrition, sleep, exercise, and general wellness. It's somehow our responsibilty to be aware about everything in this field.
Top FMCG Brands trick us into believing that their products are "healthy", "affordable" and "best in the market" through false advertising by taking advantage of are unawareness and the loopholes in the industry.
Actionable step- Pick up any FMCG product in your house(shampoo, soap, oil, snacks, etc), look at the ingredient list, are you aware of the source of all the raw materials used to make the product? If not, there's a high chance you are unaware about the harmful effects these products can have on you in the long run.
Make sure to watch my upcoming videos as I'll deeply explain the problem of buying FMCG products of well known brands and just how deep this rabbit hole goes!

The BIGGEST reason you cannot stay disciplined (Practical step for long term).
Subscribe to become a superhuman.

Summary of the video- To achieve long term sustainable discipline, you need to be obsessed and in love with what you goals/tasks you do, and they should genuinely align with your interests; be challenging enough and spark your curiosity.
Otherwise you'll ended up grinding on things you're not interested in which you might stick to in the short term but in the long run, you'll burnout and all this while you'll be struggling to have the intrinsic motivation to do the task, ultimately you'll start hating to do it.
Example- Me (who's not interested to study and crack IIM) being forced by my parents to stay disciplined and study for it anyways, V/S my friend (who loves to study by himself for hours about english grammar, maths and current affairs)

Summary of the video:
What is social anxiety- When someone has social anxiety, they might worry a lot about what others think of them or be afraid of doing or saying something embarrassing. This is normal but when these feelings happen a lot and start getting in the way of making friends or doing things you enjoy, that's when it becomes social anxiety.
Origin of social anxiety:
Past experiences- If someone had a bad experience in the past, like being teased or feeling left out.
Too Much Pressure- Some people feel a lot of pressure to be perfect or to do everything just right, especially in front of others.
Worrying about judgments, feeling different from others and being a different person on social media v/s in real life.
Reality of social anxiety (Spotlight effect)- The spotlight effect happens when we think that other people notice and care about what we do but in reality, most people are actually more focused on themselves and their own thoughts/ insecurities.
