There're a lot of things going on in the world that need to be addressed, and we as the younger generation need to have our own voice and more importantly, have our own thoughts. No cap there are lots of things that need to change, but as cliche as it sounds, change starts from within. It's important that we start having conversations about how we feel on the inside and our experiences, and address issues around insecurities and start speaking our truths. That's the foundation to forming strong mindsets and thoughts true to oneself. Join me as we address and tackle these issues together.
Back in November, my father almost lost his life. Following a surgery, he had a cardiac arrest which sent him to coma on a ventilator and only to be diagnosed with COVID-19 on the third day. This episode is a testimony of Hope and Faith in God’s healing powers, and is for someone who may be going through something similar in their lives and who may need that small ray of hope and that tiny mustard seed faith for to give it unto God and let him take care of it. My entire world seemed like it was gonna turned upside down, until when every option humanly possible was gone, where there seemed to be no way, God pulled up with a miracle and turned the whole situation around. Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals Come and listen, as I uncover the entire series of events and how when I look back now, every little piece of it, seemed to have been strategically placed by God for a bigger and better purpose, (me sharing this with the world, is one of them).

We live in a world full of people flexing, and showing what they got, that often leaves us with a feeling of FOMO (fear of missing out). Having us focus on what we don’t have and the things that we are missing out on rather than appreciating what we have, and the fact that what we usually have are often all that we need to get to where we want to be, in order to have the things that we want.
Join me as I talk about how having gratitude helped me get a certain perspective which eventually lead to a whole mindset, geared towards appreciating the tiniest of things. Just operating from a place of gratitude has helped me so much both in my personal life and in my work too, allowing me to channel my energies more towards the positive rather than dwelling in the negatives. So, join me as I talk about all of that.

"I am not good enough", "I can't do this", "I am not worthy", "What will they think about this?" Do you ever have these thoughts run through your mind, because I have and I am sure a ton of other people have faced them too.
Join me as I introduce my podcast, and address "Insecurities", something that has left a lot of people crippled from pursuing the things that make them happy. I had a ton of insecurities growing up, and I am sure you had a fair share too. In this episode, I will go on to talk about how I overcame my insecurities, and how you can overcome yours too.
And if you stick around longer, towards the end of the Podcast, I share one of my own stories about probably the biggest insecurity I had about myself growing up, which impacted almost all aspects of how I grew up and lived my life.
Thank You! I hope you enjoy the Munguli Sangtam Podcast!

Hey! I am Mung and welcome to my channel!
There are a lot of things going on in the world that need to be addressed, and we as the younger generation need to have our own voice and more importantly, have our own thoughts. No cap there are a ton of things that need to change, but as cliche as it sounds, change starts from within. In this podcast, I cover topics and issues that we are surrounded with and we face in our own lives, a lot of it being on mental health and mindset. I will be talking about my experiences I’ve had and am having, and how I got to where I am in terms of my mindset and approach to life, both personally and as a creative.
