Welcome to Girl meets Health! The year was 2014, when Kathrin Folkendt, a young tech exec at the time, started a spreadsheet of women's health startups to make sense of the femtech space. There was no plan, no agenda. Just a spreadsheet and the curiosity of a young woman inspired by those making a difference in women's health. What Kathrin didn't know at the time was that this spreadsheet would eventually inspire the creation of Femtech Insider, the leading platform covering the women's health innovation ecosystem. Since its inception hundreds have told their companies' stories on Femtech Insider, have shared their success and sometimes failures. But who are the people behind these headlines, the people behind the scenes? What drives them, and why do they do what they do? How did they get to where they are today?
