Unfortunately society doesn’t take our monthly cycle into consideration but I highly suggest you start doing it.
In order to lose weight in a successful way and keep it off it is essential to work hand in hand with your monthly cycle. It is natural to have more energy and a slower metabolism during certain weeks of the month and lower energy and a higher metabolism during the other weeks.
Successful weight loss is all about being in the flow and not creating resistance. When you are for example working out intensively during a time where you should be resting your body will start to hold on to the weight even more.
So yes, sometimes taking a nap is more efficient than going to the gym. Start listening to your body and also track your cycle if you are not doing it already. You will notice what foods you are craving and how you are feeling during each phase. Don’t fight against it or start to manipulate it. You don’t sunbath during winter and you also don’t go skiing in summer. It’s part of nature and so is your body. If you work with your body instead of against it you will reach your weight loss goal with ease.

After years of working consciously with the law of attraction, I truly believe that being in alignment is the most powerful tool.
It’s not about the journaling or visualising, it’s about getting into alignment with the help of those practices.
Alignment is the key, it doesn’t matter what you are doing in order to get there.
My life has become truly magical because I am in alignment with my desires.
Everything just seems to fall into place at the perfect timing.
I am not attached to my desires, I just let it happen. I trust the universe and know everything will work out best case scenario, and as a result it always does.
In our society we grow up believing that everything needs to be difficult and a hustle. It’s actually the opposite.
When things go easy and it feels right, that’s a sign that you are in alignment. If it feels like a struggle, then there is some resistance and you are not energetically aligned to your desires.

The easiest and most effective method to decrease inflammation and get your body back into balance is connecting with the earth.
If you have been following me for a while you know that I am always saying we are energy. All we are is energy, frequency and vibration.
In order for electricity to function well you need to ground it. All your cables inside your home are grounded otherwise there would be total chaos. Another word for grounding is earthing. That’s exactly what is being done. You connect with the earth.
We human beings need to do exactly the same in order to function well and prevent chaos inside our body. You need to do this in order to reset your electrical currents.

I started The Coven with a vision
A vision to create a community based on feminine empowerment. For hundreds of years society has tried to divide us. Patriarchy was afraid of the power we hold inside a community.
For thousands of years women gathered in Covens around the world to gain wisdom and create magic together. We hold tremendous power inside of us and this power just grows inside a community of women.
The weight loss industry in general also likes to divide us women and likes to make us feel like we have no control or power. This is a technique to keep us weak.
The Coven is there to break these patterns. Together we will start to regain our power back and reconnect with our magical self.
Yes, your excess weight will come off faster than you can imagine. But you turning into the magnificent woman you are destined to be, is the greater gift that I am giving you.
If you join The Coven you will be in it for as long as you wish. Women with more experience will be there to guide new members and so the cycle continues.
Together we will grow and transform.
Together we will create magic!
