This episode is the result of watching how countries, governments, and financial institutions are handling the current economic collapse. It’s much deeper than just the current virus pandemic. I’m not talking about conspiracy theories, but actual events that showed signs of this recession over a year ago when many I know told me I was crazy for pointing to it. Learn what you can do now to protect yourself and survive and thrive. The governments won’t bail you out. It’s time you take control and it starts with your education.

This podcast couldn't have been posted at a better time. Recorded before the 20+% dip in the market. As I evolve the podcast, I will always focus on education, but it takes more than that to have an impact. Knowledge is not power. Applied knowledge is power. To know and not to do is not to know. Your mindset is crucial in any kind of investing. Plus you must decide your strategy...hold long term, trend trade, or day trade. You can switch between them but be conscious of what your strategy is. Listen in as many of you may be feeling much of the emotions I talked about over the last few weeks and definitely after the recent dip.

Cloud Token is the latest scam and we look into why I can confidently say it. Where there's digital gold, there's digital pirates. I heard this phrase while watching a blockchain documentary recently and it stuck in my head. Scams are not new because of cryptocurrency, but many will try to deceive you to steal your money. This episodes touches briefly on 3 big scams from 2016-2017, and then we look at what seems to be the most prevalent one today, Cloud Token. Many marketers are pushing this project when so many red flags exist that I just had to do an episode dedicated to helping people steer clear of it.

Today’s episode looks at a severely battered market and a rough recap on 2018. We look at what you can do to ensure success. I've been quiet for two reasons: trying to get some real data to share and not just speculation, and I manage a retail establishment so Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday have been nuts. But I managed to get some great deals on crypto for Black Friday and again on Cyber Monday. How about you? I give you some real insight into not only what happened, but also what needs to happen to see the trend reverse and bring back the hope to the markets. We also look at how 2018 has had 2 faces for cryptocurrency this year. 1 being the one most know about, market price action...year of declines. 2 is more bullish in terms of being about the actual fundamentals of the technology being developed and implemented into viable products that could change the world.

The true test is how will you respond? I breakdown what you should really be doing in times like this. I’m not going to tell you to buy the dip. I tell you what you need to do to research and decide if you really want to be in the crypto space. Are you here for a lottery ticket that could bring you millions? Or have you opened your eyes to the current broken system and decided that this is the future? Todays episode takes a look at a heavily battered crypto market, showing serious declines over the last day or so. I spent most of the day trying to figure out the cause, as many news outlets posted articles talking about them doing the same. For now, there is no clear cut evidence of what caused it, but it seems to have triggered capitulation. Capitulation is when investors panic sell because to them, all hope is lost. The good news is this can lead to a true consensus on the bottom and we could experience a reversal. While others cry about the price, I buy. Other news shows Coindesk released a new research tool. Coinmine, who has Coinbase as one of its early investors, revealed a mainstream crypto miner which could help bring mining to a living room near you. Remember, if you hold your private keys, it’s YOUR crypto. If the exchange or wallet holds your private keys, it’s NOT YOUR crypto until you safely withdraw it. You must have trust in a centralized exchange or wallet if you have crypto in those wallets.
