This episode was prerecorded with the intention of releasing it soon after announcing the case against CBC. We chose not to release it as scheduled, however, because of unexpected obstacles. We had hoped that, by now, we would have been able to report, either, that a proper investigation was underway, OR that we had exhausted all avenues with no success. As this episode was prerecorded, some comments are out of date, such as that Nick Fuentes' channel has now not only been demonetized, it has now been completely removed from YouTube. Developments like this further affirm the assumption that underlies the decision to pursue these charges: that free speech is dying or dead.
