Speakwithlarry will give you the opportunity to learn from Mr. James and others, who have created a brand and a legacy for others just like yourself to immulate in order live the life you truly want based on the effort you're willing to put into it.
In this episode I talk about some of the things someone whose image conscious works on when going out into the marketplace. Things like shoes, socks, slacks, cologne, hats, and more.
I love the title of this short audio clip. As you know my objective over the next 90 or 120 days is to gain information inline with the plight or journey of Black people or African Americans and share it with my listening and viewing audiences. Remember, since I'm doing research much of the information I share will be written by someone else so just know I am not taking credit for the content I'm simply sharing and I will always share the creator of the content I share.

This article I'm sharing from some research I did this week on Americans tend to see stronger societal conflicts than people in other advanced economics. I really liked the title and I wanted to share some of it with you guys.
This episode talks about Interracial marriages in all parts of the United States their percentages and much more. Remember, as I create this content the basic purpose is to educate myself and in the process I can educate others as well.
This episode describes a couple of things first how racism became systematic and second what the police's job was during this time. You have to be aware that laws could be made and blacks had to follow them without ever being able to vote on them. Many of the laws were created specifically to imprison them and send them off to work off their made up crimes.
On this episode I give you a break down of each state and the number of black people in that state along with what percentage that is for that particular state. For instance if you're in Texas it has 3,552,997 which comes to 12% in that state.
Welcome everyone, on this episode I'm starting something very different. I'm at a point in my life where I can pretty much do what I want and I'm truly thankful for that. As a black man in America I've been blessed to have reached 63 years old and one of the things I love to do is research. I love to learn about things I didn't know. We are all mentors, I love that title because if you think about it someone is always watching you or you're watching someone else. And as you're watching you're forming opinions as to whether they're someone that could teach you more or whether they're not the person to follow. Often times what will happen is you will catch someone watching intently or they may just come up and ask you a question. Either way always help if you can especially if it doesn't cost you anything.
Consistency is one of my favorite words because without it you can't get better at anything. In order to go from amateur to professional consistency must be a way of life for you. One of the beautiful things about the life that we live is that sometimes were able to identify our passion and actually live within it. When we do that we become professionals at what we do.
Brand, is a name, term, design, symbol or any other feature that identifies one seller's goods or services as distinct from those of other sellers. Branding, is the marketing practice of creating a name, symbol or design that identifies and differentiates a product from other products. The difference between Brand and Branding and more.

I'm creating a book and CD combination and I'm going to cover the steps I took to create my online business. I've done research on what I call the baby boomers and I've come to the conclusion that many of them really need my help to get more comfortable with computers and the internet. It's never been easier to start and online business, but you must be able to become comfortable online, and it doesn't have to be difficult.
Having an auto responder in your website is essential in order to grow your list. Your list is what eventually becomes your bank. The way that works is when someone subscribes to your site by putting their name and email into your query box on your site, they automatically go on a list. Once on the list your auto responder kicks in, it will send out a series of emails that you create, and set up strategically to go out periodically in an effort to make 7 points of contact.
Success is based on the process, not luck. Understanding the process and following it success is soon to follow. Now will it be easy, or will it be quick, well the answer to those are both, NO. But will it be worth it the answer is absolutely, YES.
When you create videos, audios, podcast episodes it doesn't matter you'll have to incorporate a way to come up with titles for your up and coming videos,, audios, or podcast episodes. The same is true for eBooks, books, almost anything that has new or up and coming products.

I've been working on my podcast for the past 8 months, and during that time I've created a (quote) segment, a (interview) segment, and now I'm considering a (relationship) segment. Keep in mind that from a (creator of content) perspective, these are three areas that I enjoy learning things about. And for those who would also consider creating a podcast remember clues are always let for you to learn from.
The way my system works to create videos is, from Tuesday through Sunday I come up with titles for my videos along with the content I plan to use in the videos. After I come up with the title I want to use I take it to the gym with me and think about content I want to associate with the title, while I'm on the elliptic machine. On Monday's I get in front of a video camera and share who I am and what I know. Period...
One thing that you don't want to happen is the entire year go by and you're in the same position as you were when the year began. That's not growth, one way to evaluate what you're doing is to monitor at certain points along the way where you are, verses where you want to be. Now let me share something with you, if you're not doing it chances are very good that you'll end up in the same place. Now that you know, if you don't monitor and make the necessary adjustments then you could actually end the year in worse shape than the year began.
At Speakwithlarry's Podcast we get to speakwith and share a perspective that many would never know about our interviewee's. This is a brief overview of some of the things that are in store for the year 2015 in regards to Speakwithlarry's Podcast. These are exciting times and I hope that you have plans in store to grow whatever it is you're passionate about.
One of the things I created for 2015 was to have interviews with people who are just normal or aveage everyday people. Not CEO's of large companies, or Fortune 500 investors, just regular everyday people who have a perspectve on certain things. I thought this would give the average person a platform to give their perspective in realtime. And who know's you may learn something about the type of person they are in the process. Remember, it's not for you to agree or dis-agree with, only for you to get another perspective.
The foundation for this Podcast was set up by creating 30 episodes prior to beginning 2015,all inline with setting up the foundation of your online business. Which is what my company teaches. My company Speakwithlarry.com I created 5 years ago with a 2 fold purpose, first to help people get more comfortable speaking in public, and second, to create a platform that allows me to interview people in different walks of life,and to get their opinions on different topics. You see, I believe we all have knowledge about something, and we would love to be able to share it,we simply don't have a platform large enough to make a difference, at least in our minds. So Speakwithlarry's Podcast was created, now I'm really excited about the potential for this year,and I hope you are as well. Now let me give you a little heads up on how some of the things will go from the beginning. Self-Esteem is of major importance when it come to succeeding today. The world we live in today has so much negativity that in order to overcome much of it you have to remain positive. I've included a few ways to shift your esteem from low to high, practice whenever you can.
There is such a person, you actually create this person by identifying a series of qualities that he or she would have in regards to your product or service. When you think about how old your client would be, where they would live, the car they would drive and other questions that you'll want answers to you get to create a real person, one who wants and needs what you're selling.
As you grow your business there will come a point where people will seek you out. People buy from those they know, like and trust, and as you become identified as one of those, people will seek you out.
In order to get good at something one of the first things that must take place is your ability to understand certain terms within your niche. Another way to view it is, you can't speak the language if you don't know the language. Alright now you know my secret, the three steps to starting and successfully running your own online business. So a quick recap, set up the foundation, create your products and services, and market, brand and re-invest. Phase one, two, and three.
Once you've created the foundation of your business, the next phase is to create your products and services, that's what will be the vehicle to your companys growth.
Starting a new business is rough, and it requires time and understanding of the business you want to start. Anything that you do for the first time you're not going to be good at, but if you continue and don't stop, you'll get better. Lack of knowledge about something will cause you to stay in what you label as a safe place. Again, unfortunately, there's no growth in a safe place.
When you mention speaking in public to most people their mind shuts down to the possibility. Not because they can't do it, but because of the fear they have of it. I for one must admit, I had that fear, didn't like it, didn't want it, and what I wanted to become required that I go through getting comfortable with speaking to succeed at what I wanted to do.
