All good (or great) things must come to an end, and with Exhibition right around the corner, the AISG Exhibition 2018 Podcast must too. On this, the 6th regular episode, the whole crew gets back together to reflect on the experience and to share their thinking, learning and favorite episodes. We would like to thank all of the guests for taking the time to appear on our podcast and make it the success it was. We would also like to thank you, the listeners for sticking with us and enjoying our journey as podcasters and as Exhibition participants. We all grew so much during this quick seven week process. We hope to see you on our Exhibition Share-Out day here at AISG!
When working with a partner or a group to share ideas with others communication is an essential skill to master, and Exhibition is no exception. This week our hosts, Owen and Jennifer, focus on this important element of our journey. Ms. Tanya LeClair, our Innovation Coach stops by to share some of her thoughts about how technology helps us communicate with our audience and Dominika and Tony discuss their perspectives on what role communication played in their Exhibition experience. Enjoy Episode 5!
*Please note that for the student interview the sound quality drops due to a microphone issue. The rest of the podcast should be fine.
Welcome back! With the Exhibition Share-Out Day right around the corner (next week, yikes!) and students working diligently its easy to get bogged down with too much to do. Hopefully this podcast can give some pointers to our fifth graders who are in the final days of preparation! This week our returning hosts are Muhammad and Sunny and the Transdisciplinary Skill focus is Self Management. Listen in for some tips and life lessons from our Assistant Principal Mr. Fitzgerald and two of our very focused students Alexander and Angela.

One of our podcast members, Muhammad, recognized that there is an overlooked group of people who are absolutely essential to the success of the Exhibition Share-Out Day each year and to the function of our school every day, and decided that their perspective was as valuable as any and they should be guests on our podcast as well. These very valuable staff are affectionately known as ayi (阿姨) and they are the people that help with the cleaning, maintenance, security, manual labor and general organization of the school. This "special episode" is an interview set up by Muhammad to get a glimpse into the work that goes on behind the scenes that makes Exhibition possible. A special thanks goes out to Chloe for taking a risk and stepping in to be our translator! Enjoy!
Welcome back! Do you like socializing? Did you ever consider that it could HELP you as a learner? Well, in this episode our amazing hosts Jennifer and Wendy explore Social Skills and how they impact Exhibition. Our guests are our school counselor Ms. Jenny and two 5th grade students, Rachel and Pavi. Muhammad once again provides the music that gives our podcast that special touch! Enjoy!
Welcome to Episode 2! This week our hosts are Justin and Sunny and our TD Skill focus is Research Skills. In this episode Justin takes a look at an Exhibition teacher's perspective with Mr. Phillips and Sunny sits down to chat with fellow students Sam, Sophia K and Angela to talk about an amazing opportunity they had to chat with a major organization on the other side of the planet! Oh, did I mention that fellow podcast member Muhammad composed and produced ALL of the music? Don't miss out on this fantastic episode!
Welcome to our podcast! This episode introduces all of our podcast crew and updates listeners on our progress so far in the 2018 Exhibition.
