RADIO MIX SHOW DJ George was featured on 4 Major Radio Stations like WPYM Party 93.1 Dance, WPOW Power 96 Dance, WSHE 103.5 Rock and WVUM 90.5. Alternative. George was the first DJ to spin Electronic dance music on commercial radio in South Florida. On Power 96 he started the Late Night Laboratory, which became the most listened to Electronic Mix show in South Florida. The Show was a platform that introduced DJs from overseas to South Florida. Some of these DJs included, Timo Mass, Steve Lawler, David Waxman and John Digweed. The Show released a Mix CD that Sold 10,000 Copies in South Florida alone.
LABEL OWNER Being the First Underground Record Label in South Florida, He produced His first Underground 12" record called "House Your Body". George produced his first album under the pseudonym, Techman 1. Following this he released over 60 different projects with some legendary producers, such as, Noel Sanger, Robbie Rivera, Oscar G, Ralph Falcon, Peter Presta & Charles Webster (UK). Nitebeat Released Various CD Compilations all over the World in countries like BRAZIL, UNITED KINGDOM, JAPAN and GERMANY with labels like PARADOX, AVEX, SONY, LOGIC, and EXTREME. Nitebeat also dapped into Hip hop beats as well. The Label released all sorts of electronic music like Techno, House, Trip hop and Break beats. Their first CD Release was thru PANDISC music in the US. As the artist known as TECHMAN 1.

FLASHBACK 1999.......In November of 1998 George Joined South Florida's Power 96 Mix Team to bring a different flavor to Late Night Radio. On Saturday January 16, 1999 at 2:00AM with the assistance of the Program Director KID CURRY, George started his own Underground mix show called "THE LATENIGHT LABORATORY with host Liquid Todd (Shannon Powell).The Show became the most listened Mix show in South Florida SATURDAY night at 2:00 am spinning Underground House Dubs and Trance tracks. The show was a platform that introduced DJs from overseas to South Florida. Some of these DJs included, Timo Mass, Steve Lawler, David Waxman and John Digweed.The Show released a Mix CD Featuring some Cool Trance Tunes at the time and sold 10,000 copies in South Florida alone. Part of the proceeds were donated to the Joe Dimagios Children Foundation. In the 2000’s The Show helped Break some big hits which cross over to Mainstream RadioALICE DEEJAY - BETTER OF ALONEATB - 9PM TIL I COMEAYLA - AYLABOB MARLEY VS FUNSTAR DELUXE - SUN IS SHININGCHER - I BELIEVEDJ KAYCEE - ESCAPEDJ SAKIN - BRAVEHEARTFUNKY GREEN DOGS - BODYGRACE - IT'S NOT OVER YETMELLOW TRAX - OUTTA SPACE.In 2000 he Performed as THE LATENIGHT LABORATORY in front of "25000" people along with the host of the show Liquid Todd (Shannon Powell) at POWER HOUSE 2000 at The American Airlines Arena in Downtown Miami Presented by POWER 96.5.In 2003 with the assistance of Phil Michaels the Program Director, The show went over to PARTY 93.1 (Cox Communications) to continue it's broadcast for a few years as well. The Latenight Laboratory is still remembered to this date as one of the Pioneer Underground Radio shows in South Florida.

Miami Beach is home to some of the most popular and respected clubs in the world, and the city has a long and rich history of the dance music culture. The new Global Glow Radio show is a way to celebrate this culture and to showcase the best of what Miami Beach had to offer in the 80s and 90s.January 26, 1991 Miami Nightlife Spotlight…CLUB NU was a nightclub in Miami Beach, Florida that opened in April 18, 1987 and closed July 17, 1991. It was known for its glamorous atmosphere and its celebrity clientele. The club was located at 245 22nd Street in Miami Beach. Club Nu was founded by the Turchin brothers, Tom, John, and Robert. The club was designed by architect Morris Lapidus and featured a large dance floor, a VIP area, and a 5 Star Restaurant. Club Nu was a popular spot for celebrities, including Madonna, Prince, Michael Jackson, Concrete Blonde, Indigo Girls, David Bowie, George Michael, Thomas Dolby, Psychedelic Furs.The club also hosted a number of famous DJs, including Paul Oakenfold, Danny Tenaglia , Dj Pierre and Mike The Hitman Wilson just to name a few. The building that housed the club was later demolished and replaced by a Public library. However, Club Nu remains a popular memory for many people who frequented the club during its heyday.

George Alvarado who goes by other Aliases THE LATENIGHT LABORATORY, THE PROFESSOR AND TECH MAN 1 Started his Journey in South Florida in 1979. The Combine influence of DJing, Record label owner, Music store owner, Producer and Remixer has placed him as a big part of the Electronic Dance Movement in South Florida.
George is adept at shifting between genres of Electronic Music like NU Disco, Disco House, House, Tech House, Tribal House, Techno, Progressive and Trance and other formats like Classic Rock, 80's, New Wave, Alternative and 90's Old school. He is also driven by a relentless passion for music, striving to stay on top of the Electronic scene he's helped to grow in South Florida. He continues to work towards building a global brand as a DJ, Producer and Remixer.

In 1999, George Alvarado started along with Liquid of Liquid DJ'S, THE LATENIGHT LABORATORY which became the most listened to Clubmix Show in South Florida. The Late Light Laboratory was a platform that introduced DJs from overseas to South Florida. Some of these DJs included, John Digweed, Timo Maas, Steve Lawler just to name a few. Some of the venues that The Latenight Laboratory performed live were ULTRA, Club Space, Liquid, Club Atlantis, Kit Kat, Club Play, Baja, Club Q, Mission, Resort(West Palm Beach) and City1421 just to name a few. Every Saturday Night George Alvarado and DJ Liquid (DJ & Host)Would transform the airwaves from 2:00 till 4:00 AM ON 96.5 to a whole different level. The LATENIGHT LABORATORY along with 96.5FM were the first ones to play TRANCE music in crossover radio in South Florida. In 1999 a CD was realeased and sold over, 10,000 copies in South florida alone. Part of the proceeds went to the Joe Dimagio Childrens Foundation. Later in 2000 The show was moved over to Party 93.1....A Very Special Thanks goes to my partner Liquid(Shannon Powell) From Liquid DJ's The Voice and Host of THE LATENIGHT LABORATORY, and a very special thanks to all our listeners that tuned in every Saturday night...
