The cycle that Tiff was in was not serving. After having a panic attack that lasted for two weeks, Tiff started seeing a holistic therapist and psychiatrist.

Tiff healing journey started with honoring the feminine energy, which consisted of adopting a regulated sleep pattern, nourishing the body, resting, and learning to receive.

Alison says "what stops us from harnessing resilience is often our mental health. When we are in a state of dysregulation, we’re more likely to be triggered by things and experience thought loops.
