He guides me along right paths, bringing honour to his name. Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me. You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies. You honour me by anointing my head with oil. My cup overflows with blessings. Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the Lord forever.

Matthew 28:19–20 says Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

In this message we learn that God speaks in relational ways, God Acts in relational ways and God says that sins can cause separation and makes God feel distant but he is working towards reconciliation.
What is God like? God is faithful God is merciful He is our Creator The Everlasting One He is God the Uncreated One, the All Powerful One.
In this concluding message on our Reaching Out series we look at practical ways to reach out.
The Bible says in 2 Peter 3:9, God is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
Evangelism is seeking to convert others to the Christian faith
1 Peter 3:15 says ‘But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect’.
To understand why we need to reach out to others, we need to To understand what God has done for us, to understand that lost means lost and also to understand that the end of all things is drawing closer
1 Peter 2:9 says …. you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
Proverbs 9:10 says The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
Galatians 5:22-23 says But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. So Let us trust God to do the work in us
Galatians 5:22-23 says But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
So lets seek to remain in Him, to abide in Him, trust Him to do His work in us and produce the fruit of His kingdom in our lives.
Galatians 5:22-23 says But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
This Palm Sunday service we hear that ....
It’s NOT all about our Status It’s NOT all about our ability It’s NOT all about the appearances. Jesus came to turn it upside down!
In this final part of this teaching on Arise and Advance Pastor Mark Daniel talks about Staying Awake and being alert!!!.
The Bible tells us in Matthew 24:42-44...
Therefore, stay awake, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming. But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what part of the night the thief was coming, he would have stayed awake and would not have let his house be broken into. Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.
In this second part of this teaching on Arise and Advance Pastor Mark Daniel talks about Placing God first in our lives.
The Bible Calls us to place God first.
Matthew 22: 37-38 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment.
In this first part of this teaching on Arise and Advance Pastor Mark Daniel talks about Going After God.
The Bible Calls Us To Seek God So That We May Know Him
Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. Matthew 7:7-8

As we conclude our sermon series on "The sermon that Jesus preached", we look at the remaining Beatitudes-- Happy are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. Happy are the pure in Heart, for they will see God Happy are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God. Happy are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Lets reflect on these beatitudes and seek to ask God to help us to truly live them out

As we begin a new year... Let us Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and He will give you everything you need. [Matthew 6:33 NLT]
Galatians 4:4-7 says But when the right time came, God sent his Son, born of a woman, subject to the law. God sent him to buy freedom for us who were slaves to the law, so that he could adopt us as his very own children. And because we are his children, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, prompting us to call out, “Abba, Father.” Now you are no longer a slave but God’s own child. And since you are his child, God has made you his heir.
"And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Saviour has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.” " Luke 2: 8-12 NIV
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God a may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 NIV

In this second part of a 2-part message and the final message in our series:- Being BTC, we answer the second question... What does the bible say about itself?
What we believe about the Bible In this first part of a 2-part message in our series:- Being BTC, we hear a short message on “What we believe about the Bible”. Join us next week as we continue this message when we seek to answer the question... What does the bible say about itself?
Reaching Out with Good News
1 Peter 3:15 (NIV) …. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have…..
Let us always be ready to share the good news!
Sorry you missed us last week, we had an Elder Ordination Service which you can watch here:- https://youtu.be/7NnkgPdASPA?t=2522 on our channel on YouTube. This week we continue our series Being BTC, and today we look to answer the question. "The Church- What is my role – what part do I have to play in all this?"
In part 4 of our series "Being BTC", we are looking at Prayer. -What is prayer? -The practice of prayer and -The challenges of prayer.
“It is written,” He said to them, “ ‘My house will be called a house of prayer,’ but you are making it a ‘den of robbers’ ” - Matthew 21:13 NIV
[‘The level of confidence we have in prayer is directly linked to our understanding of the one we are praying to’] quote by Andrew Murray
In part 3 of our series "Being BTC", we are looking at "why on a Sunday? and what do we gather for?" What does the bible tell us about the importance of keeping the Sabbath, a day of rest and time to worship God.
In part 2 of our series "Being BTC", we are called to live in obedience to God's word and to seek Him wholly.
On this special day as we join together with a member of our church family as they get baptised, we hear a short message on Baptism and also encouragement from members of the church.
In our new series "Being BTC", We are looking at 'Who we are and who we are seeking to be'. God's intention for the Church is seen in Ephesians 3:10 -11 which says "His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, according to his eternal purpose that he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord. "

Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set out for us…” Hebrews 12:1
Treasures in the Word The Bible says in Matthew 13 verse 44 “The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field.
and also in 2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,
The Living and Active Word The Bible says in 2 Timothy 3:16 – 17 The whole Bible was given to us by inspiration from God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives; it straightens us out and helps us do what is right. It is God’s way of making us well prepared at every point, fully equipped to do good to everyone.
Jesus said Matthew 13:44. “The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure hidden in the field, which a man found and hid again; and from joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field...
There is treasure in THE WORD OF GOD:- It instructs It corrects It helps battle deception of the enemy It strengthens against temptation It equips us to do good, It encourages us It Reveals God
In the concluding part of our series on Anxiety, we look to the Bible to see how it encourages us to deal with worry and anxiety
In this first part of our series on anxiety we look to the Bible to see what it teaches us...
Job 36:26 says “Behold, God is great, and we do not know Him; Nor can the number of His years be discovered
As we prepare for this time of sabbatical, we will be facing change, and God encourages us in the Bible. It says in Isaiah 41:10 ... Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.
The Challenges of Everyday Life can stop us from seeking God ... however we have to learn to seek him ‘In season and out of season' -
It is Good for you that I Go Part 2
Jesus said to his disciples... ….. it is best for you that I go away, because if I don’t, the Advocate won’t come. If I do go away, then I will send him to you
As we continue our series, we look at the period after the resurrection... Jesus said to his disciples... ….. it is best for you that I go away, because if I don’t, the Advocate won’t come. If I do go away, then I will send him to you John 16:7 (NLT)
Jesus had said to the disciples they need to be - Ready to Go and Ready for His Return!
The first Easter Day was a day of confusion and doubts for the disciples as well as being a day of great joy!
As we come to the final part of this series during this holy week, Pastor Jonathan lays a foundation based on the scriptures in his message, starting with Adam right up to today and the questions we might face when trying to reach others, such as...
-If God is so good, why does He allow evil? -How can you say Jesus is the only way? -How can you say the bible is God’s word when it was written by people and what about all the different versions? -What about the dinosaurs?
As believers our objective is to win souls and to make disciples, as we continue our series on Reaching Out, today we learn how to build our evangelism toolkit.
Firstly, Begin with the end in mind, then Seek first to understand and remember to Sharpen your axe.
“An unpreached gospel is no gospel at all because it helps nobody” - Reinhard bonnke
How easy do you find it sharing your faith amongst colleagues, friends and neighbours?
Do we struggle to get going when it comes to telling people we meet in life about the most important person in our lives?
As we continue with our series on Reaching Others, we learn how and what to say when we reach out.
so we can... Reach Out, Save Lives and Grow The Church!
In Our new series Reaching Others, we hear how important it is to Reach out.
Reinhard Bonnke said “The church of Jesus Christ is a lifeboat not a pleasure boat. All hands are needed on deck for saving the lost” He also said “An unpreached gospel is no gospel at all because it helps nobody”
We must ask the question, how exactly are sinners going to repent? How will a sinner repent if we don’t tell them why they need to repent and how they do it?
As we continue with our series on "Reaching forward to the things that lie ahead and seeking for Spiritual renewal and advance",
...Today we look at "Prayer - Relationship with God"
Prayer is important! The Essential Elements of Prayer are Faith and Time
God loves you and he wants relationship with you Relationship that is real and meaningful
Jeremiah 29:13-14 says "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,” declares the Lord ….."
Approaching God
The Temple/Tabernacle was the meeting place with God. Ultimately we go there to meet with Him, to bring life’s issues, and to hear his voice. However we must decide to go in.
In this season of Pressing on towards what lies ahead we see how to approach God
Intercession- Praying with the heart of God for others
God loves you and wants relationship with you Prayer is the primary method of relationship with God Prayer is a journey with God
We need to understand that we need God for everything
God loves you and wants relationship with you. The goal of prayer is relationship with God - In prayer we want to find His presence and hear His heart for the issues that are around us.
Seeking God has a destination - and so should our prayer. As we continue our journey, What things act to hinder us from reaching our destination? Today we look at 4 areas... Deception Distraction Sin Faith
Seeking God has a destination - and so should our prayer.
Matthew 7:7-8 (NIV) “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.
As we continue with our series, we hear about prayer and the stages of the tabernacle...
-Beginning the Journey -Enter the gateway -In the Courtyard -The Holy Place -The Holy of Holies
God is Good God is Love God is over all God is in all * He knows the end from the beginning He is All Knowing All Powerful Everywhere present * Nothing is hidden from him, He has written our names on the palms of his hands * This God, wants relationship with you!
As we continue with our series, we hear more about how we can reach forward to the things that lie ahead.
God’s purpose is to have close relationship with man God wants relationship with us
In our new series - "Pressing on towards what lies ahead" we hear about reaching forward to the things that lie ahead and seeking for Spiritual renewal and growth in our lives.
Paul in the scriptures in Philippians 3:13 NKJV says... "…. one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, " Let us press on towards what lies ahead!!
As we look forward to 2021, In this message we are encouraged to be increasingly focused on God, by staying close, being faithful in prayer and reading the word of God.
Light Up Your World! The Properties of Light And Dark:- This Carol Service we listen to the differences between Light and dark and we see the beautiful gift of Christmas!
As we continue with our series Light Your World, we are looking at the Preparation For The Light. In the Book of Luke we read about Zechariah and Elizabeth and the birth of their son John...
John 1:5 says The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it. In our new series, Light Your World, we are looking at the Light that shines in the darkness During this period of Advent leading up to the celebration of the birth of our saviour Jesus we want to light our world! Listen to the teaching to find out more...
In Part five of our series on The Life and Legacy of Peter, our topic is A faithful Life, well lived - Peter has so much to share with The Church and he leaves a wealth of encouragement, admonishing and teachings.
In Part four of our series on The Life and Legacy of Peter, As we go through the second letter of Peter we see he has so much to share with us about how to live as Christians. We see how the early believers came together as "one new people" and even in the suffering they experienced, he encouraged them to be humble, and to submit to authority and keep their position in Christ.
In Part three of our series on The Life and Legacy of Peter, we hear about Peter's walk and journey, after the death and resurrection of Jesus.
In Part two of our series on The Life and Legacy of Peter, we hear about The Joy and Challenges of Being Discipled by Jesus.
Today we start a new series on The Life and Legacy of Peter. In Part 1, entitled "New Name, New Start - Encountering Jesus", we hear about Peter's encounter with Jesus, and how it completely changed his life.
In the fifth part our our series on Jesus the Face Of God, we are looking at Faith. It will always take faith!
Hebrews 11:6 tells us... …. without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
In the fourth part our our series on Jesus the Face Of God, we are looking at Jesus in respect of His Teaching and Educating- God wants you to understand! To have understanding of who He is! Jesus said to the people who believed in him, “You are truly my disciples if you remain faithful to my teachings. And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
In the third part our our series on Jesus the Face Of God, we are looking at Jesus in respect of His suffering and death. Here are three of many ways we can see the face of God through Jesus suffering and death: 1. At Lazarus’ tomb he defines God’s compassion 2. Praying in the Garden of Gethsemane he defines God’s long suffering 3. On the cross as He cried out to His Father he defines God’s astonishing forgiveness
In the second part our our series on Jesus the Face Of God, we are looking at Jesus in respect of healing.
God wants you whole’
it is God’s will that we are made whole in body as well as spirit, soul and mind!
Jesus is the Face Of God Jesus said "...anyone who has seen me has seen the father..." John 14:9 When we look at Jesus we are looking at God.
In the second part of this series we are encouraged to seek the Lord wholeheartedly! Jeremiah 29: 13-14 says "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. “I will be found by you” declares the Lord."" Listen and be encouraged.
Isaiah 55: 6-9 says “Seek the LORD while he may be found; call upon him while he is near; We are to Seek God, and as we do so, we should remember that -God has promised - when we seek we shall find -We don’t need to know the how or the when - He is God and he will lead us -You will know when you have found what you are seeking for
Jesus came so that we could enter into a new way of living, a new life. This promised land starts with the healing of our relationship to God. God has promised us good things. Maybe you’ve lost a sense of the worth God placed upon you. Maybe your view of His love has been diminished. Maybe you are just worn out. You don’t have to live with the threats of the enemy and the abuser named fear and sin. God can take care of Iron Chariots.
How should we then live? The power of the cross brings redemption and justification; so, how should we walk in the power of the cross?
We need to... -Receive the salvation it offers -Walk in the new life it brings, and -Allow God to have his way in your life
As we continue our series on the Power of the cross we learn about the work of the cross. -The Cross Reconciles -The Cross Releases -The Cross Renews -The Cross brings Truth It is at the cross, the power of God is released and it is at the cross where we can be made completely new!
As we continue with our series, The Power of the Cross we hear about the start of sin and its characteristics. The essential character of Sin -It Separates -It Enslaves -It Hardens -It Deceives ...Jesus came to give us life and the Cross has dealt with sin
In this new series, we learn about a practical application of the power of the cross and through the life of Peter, who went through a personal transformation, we see its demonstration.
In continuation from last week, we are reminded to be careful not to forget God. We are to remember Him and all he has done. Man doesn’t only need physical food to survive he needs to follow the word spoken by God, the appointment made by God, the purpose of God.
