Adolescence - the most important period in an individual's life. They go through many changes- physical, mental and hormonal. If their energies are channeled constructively, they can become geniuses. If not, they can turn to unhealthy ways. Due to the changes happening beyond their control, they are likely to go through extreme mental distress. I wish to provide a helping hand to parents and teachers who are at the receiving end of this unchanneled energies. That's how I have decided to become an Adolescent Psychology Expert.
