Lets get into my fertility story, and how we decided to adopt. Adoption has been a dream of ours for the last couple of years, and we have finally started the process. I think you will be surprised at how easy, but extensive, the process is.
This episode will explain how we got to this point, but I will be making an update episode once the entire process is completed!
I'm sure people have seen the TikToks and social media posts talking about older millennials having their "gay awakening" after being in a long term committed relationships. Today we explore why millennials are coming out later in life, why younger generations are coming out sooner, bisexuality representation in media, and biphobia.

This episode of The Challenge is very much giving us nothing. We get a lack luster challenge and predictable elimination, nothing to write home to.
Adan talks about his embarrassing realization about the plants, our upcoming trip to Hawaii, and plans for next season. He also mentions wanting to start a YouTube channel later this year to document his plant growth. Kinda reminds me of a documenting a pregnancy journey.
Essentially this is one REALLY LONG episode... We go over The Challenge drama, CT and Big T are finally out of the honeymoon phase and essentially go through a FULL ON break up. 4 new partnerships are created due to a surprise double male elimination. We get 2 DQs (one person is a quitter and the other is not medically cleared to continue) and are left on ANOTHER cliffhanger.
Things are going good in the Vargas greenhouse, but this was a rough week for Adan. We talk about plant growth, Adan's mental breakdown, and his plans for the coming weeks.
Who remembers Girl Code on MTV? Can you believe it came out in 2013?! I was 17 years old! ANYWAY... Today we're going over 5 Girl Code rules that all center around friendships. Let's see how my 25 year old brain processes this information.
This was one of my favorite episodes to record and I did it with the perfect person! Alissa talks about her journey with plant-based eating, the spectrum of a plant-based diet, the reason she does it, and some struggles she's had along the way.
Lolo and Nam continue to be the worst story line of the whole season, Big Brother alliance vs. Devin and Kyle continues, and Fessy and Gabby that their relationship to the next level. Overall this episode was packed with storyline progressions, and actually ended on an interesting note.

Dr. Gary Chapman really did something when he created The 5 Love Languages. Today we take a dive into what each Love Language is and how we can use them to show love, and even how we can weaponize them. We talk about what to avoid and want to welcome with each form.
