Donna Mack is a blind person with many credentials and currently Head of the DFW Mayors Committee where she has worked as a disability compliant advisor for the Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium, Texas Rangers Globe Life Field, and much more large and important venus. She has a Masters in Education and a member of the National Speakers Association. Donna is also in the process of becoming certified with the ADA National Network.
Donna also speaks about telecommuting work and how COVID-19 has leveled the playing field for disabled workers. Abled workers are feeling the anxiety and pressures that many disabled workers have felt for years.

Persons with disabilities often make excellent caregivers, because of their focus and attentiveness to others. The goal of in-home caregiving is to keep seniors living in their own homes, with their familiar surroundings, instead of re-locating to a nursing home. This job can be a great stepping stone, to other jobs in the medical field.
