I created this episode before the Coronavirus even broke out. If you check my episodes, you'll notice I took a break from November to March... I was heavily pregnant and have birth to my baby boy in Jan. I'm coming back online because I feel great content πππ now, is needed more than ever.

I wrote this poem about 2 months ago and even recorded it. I apologize for being gone for so long, so much has happened since we last talked!
I had a baby boy in January.
And I've been going through some stuff...
This is a humorous poem. I felt a funny vibe when I had to stop for a train on my drive to work and that's how this poem was born. I loved it. If you don't want a silly π poem kindly listen to some of my spiritual ones.
The shows my recent Mar 2020 trip to Sedona/ Flagstaff AZ for my birthday, it was cold so the baby was inside my jacket (which is really his jacket).

Transformation is when you throw everything about yourself out the window and start over again. Change, by contrast, is changing any small old thing. Transformation, of course, is not easy, but necessary if you want to transcend any current situation. To make a huge change, you have to grow beyond who you are today. Who you are today is a result of your past, living in the past, you can't create a different future. The four poems in this episode are meant to inspire you to transform, not change your hair or buy some new clothes but to murder the past you so you can be reborn.
